Okay. I grabbed this because I just kept seeing it at Barnes and Noble and laughing at the ridiculous name. I decided enough was enough. So it was just for science, for the plot, for funsiessss.

I didn't expect this to be so cute. Well, I had no expectations but it was seriously adorable. & Since I go in blind, I was a little surprised that it was omegaverse.

I don't tend to read just romance much. But this was refreshing. I like that our Alpha is so considerate and just openly loving. Not just some douchebag jackass. He's not dominating the entire relationship, and he seriously puts a lot of care into it. & it's just super cute. Will be continuing the series, and even throwing it out as a rec.

Happy pub month!

Okay, Hana and Renjaku really said "this is our life and we're doing what we want" haha and I love that for them. While I do think they both need to communicate more, especially with that kind of ending, I'm grateful they're at a stable point to operate from.

I seriously hope the next and (final??) volume will be stress free and family drama free. They deserve it. And Hana needs more nesting materials (does Renjaku really need underwear? So extra).

Continuation of Scattering His Virgin Bloom. Hana, the late blooming omega, and Renjaku, the cool alpha, are mated and living together. But Hana has insecurities and it doesn’t help that his family he has walked out on ages ago, reach out to him. He hopes they’ve changed, but no such luck. And he learns things about Renjaku he had no idea of, like that he has a little sister. And she might be even worse than Hana’s family.

I didn’t really like this all that much. The atmosphere was oppressing and there was nothing but sex to distract from it—and even that was occasionally used in coersive manner. I liked the original better, gave five stars for each volume, but I don’t think I’ll continue with this.

It’s been a couple years, but I remember fawning over the characters in the first 2 books. I may need to reread them again, because I found myself being a bit annoyed with them in Love Frenzy. And why is it that every family member that comes out of the woodworks is a total d0uche?

I will be reading the next one and maybe even rereading the others, but it is with trepidation and to only find out/remember why I loved them so much.
