Many questions. Why are the Shudrak so compelled to lay their lives down for Subaru just for completing a trial which was said to accept him as an equal? I mean they said they fight for him for reasons of pride, but that seems very far fetched. Also, why is Subaru a God Tier crossdresser/makeup artist?? I get the Shudrak said they have some makeup supplies, but bro just converted them to women, fake chest and everything. Can't help but roll my eyes at that, so the whole invasion was far fetched as well. what WAS really good about this volume, though, is Todd Fang. He seemed like a chill guy, friendly and all, but under the hood, an absolute psychopath willing to kill anyone he deems dangerous at a drop of a hat, whatever the cost. I fucking love Axe Guy. much better than the aura monster larp The ending is quite the teaser for what's to come next as well. I think I'm on the last volume left translated so far, so my RZ sprint is slowing to a halt now.
