Nicholas Glyn Paul Gumbel, known as Nicky Gumbel, is an English Anglican priest and author in the evangelical and charismatic traditions. He is known as the developer of the Alpha Course, a basic introduction to Christianity supported by churches of many Christian traditions.

Valuable resource to support Alpha with wonderful testimonies. Is worthwhile without the Alpha connection but less likely to be read

Boken kunne vært en god innføring til Alpha lederskap, eller ett godt oppslagsverk for Alpha ledere, men slik som den er nå føler jeg at den ikke når helr i mål på noen av delene. Vedleggene er litt for korte til å være en god ressurs for oppslag, mens «undervisnings» delen er litt for langtrukket i forhold til læringsutbytte av å bruke tid på det.
