Après avoir lu le premier tome, je me suis aussitôt jetée sur le second. Et je n’ai pas été déçue. C’était tout simplement génial d’autant plus qu’il est bien différent du premier tome. Bon je dois bien dire que maintenant je n’ai qu’une envie c’est d’avoir la suite entre les mains. Le prochain tome va être absolument génial vu comme celui ci se termine. Lire ce manga ça me donne tellement envie de me replonger dans les jeux vidéos. C’est toujours un vrai plaisir de retrouver Sora ou encore Riku accompagné de Mickey ou encore Donald!

Dans ce second tome, pendant que Sora, Donald et Dingo poursuivent leur voyage, Yen Sid partage plus de détails avec Riku et Kaïri au sujet des trois héros de la Keyblade portés disparus : Ventus, Terra et Aqua. Mickey révèle alors qu’il a une petite idée de l’endroit où pourrait se trouver Aqua, car il a croisé cette dernière il y a fort longtemps, errant seule dans le sinistre royaume des ténèbres…

Dans ce second tome, on ne suit pas Sora et les autres mais on retrouve Mickey avec Riku et Kaïri. Yen Sid a tenu à les voir pour partager plus de détails concernant les trois héros de la Keyblade : Ventus, Terra et Aqua. Dans ce tome on va donc suivre de nouveaux personnages. C’était un tome tout simplement passionnant à lire. On se retrouve plongée dans le royaume des ténèbres pour retrouver Aqua. On a des petits clins d’oeil à Cendrillon ou encore Blanche-Neige. Aqua erre depuis tellement de temps dans ce royaume, ça m’a vraiment fait de la peine pour elle. La pauvre, surtout quand Mickey la retrouve et qu’elle se rend compte tout ce temps qui est passé. Ça fait tellement plaisir de retrouver tous ces personnages, surtout que l’univers de Kingdom hearts est un univers tellement exploitable, il y a tant à faire au final.

Ce second tome était à la hauteur de ce que j’attendais pour mon plus grand bonheur. J’attends de pied ferme le troisième tome et j’ai déjà plus que hâte de me jeter dessus et de le dévorer en un rien de temps encore! L’histoire est super intéressante et voir tous les personnages de la licence, c’est vraiment un pur plaisir. Lorsque l’on est fan de la licence, ce manga ne peut que nous plaire au final. Et même si vous ne connaissez pas les jeux vidéos et que vous êtes fan de Disney, et bien lancez vous, vous verrez ça en vaut largement la peine!

I liked this volume, but it wasn't as funny as the first one. They did add some more humor to it, but it wasn't as good as the first volume. However I did like what they added for Auqa. Definitely an improvement from the game.

Enjoyed the second volume in the series. It mainly covers KH 2.8 which is all about Aqua getting out of the realm of darkness. Enjoyed how it made the story a little more lighthearted, while the panels were drawn well but nothing too original. Pick this one up if your a KH fan.

Again, I am enjoying this series. I played the third game, but, per usual, the manga has a much better story telling style than the games ever had. No offense, I enjoy the games, but the manga series had much more in depth detail and the artwork is enjoyable.

Aqua's storyline and character has always been one of the better written parts of the entire franchise. I do think the manga enriched her storytelling.

Great artwork, and does a good job of introducing Terra, Aqua and Ven into the manga storyline as the events of Birth by Sleep haven't been.

I wish I could give this 2.5 stars, because it wasn't overall bad per se—just disappointing. I liked the Kingdom Hearts II and 358/2 Days manga adaptations, but so far, I'm not really enjoying this one.

I was hoping the manga would be loosely adapted from Kingdom Hearts III, since the story in the game was kind of bonkers—but maybe that was my mistake for having the wrong expectations.

At times, it felt like I was just reading a video game script on paper. The story is almost a shot-for-shot remake and doesn't really add anything substantially new.

The art style is good, and overall the pacing is nicely done. But if you're looking for a shot-for-shot remake without the gameplay to tie everything together in a quick, engaging way, then this might be the book for you—just not for me.

Rhoolala en grande fan c'est un immense plaisir de retrouver ces personnages, ces univers. Le centrage de ce tome sur Aqua est émouvant.
A chaque tome, l'envie de refaire les jeux me prends. L'ambiance, les valeurs, les relations. Je suis addict à cet univers et j'y replonge régulièrement.
