kindle unlimited, had read the first set, after having read all the books individually, so wanted to go back through this one

Since I burned through the first three novels pretty quickly, a pack seemed like a good idea (and was a good deal.) Three more novels set in and around a Florida retirement community, with a couple of younger people as protagonists. Each a fun read with interesting characters and unexpected plot twists. Plus, each individual book is a bit short, so reading them back to back makes sense. I'll be getting the next pack soon.

the series goes off track
I really enjoyed the first three books of the series. The characters and setting were unique. In these books, the characters basically go on the road and the charm of the previous books dissipates. I hope that we see more of the original characters and Blade.

Nothing like finding out your boyfriend (who owns a boring pawn/resale shop) has been trained to be a killing machine. Lots of action and adventure, especially for a group of senior citizens just looking for free drinks from their friends disco bar.

Another great book set
Well, another 3 books done. I can’t wait for the next book. These are action packed with laugh out loud parts. In this set we learned a bit more about Declan’s past. Thank you Ms Vansant keep writing.

This is a fun series about a young private investigator living in a retirement village. She is smart but impetuous and when paired with adventurous elderly friends, there’s always something crazy happening.
