Insidious Hearts is the fourth book in the Wulven Kings MC series. This can be read as a standalone, but highly recommend reading the previous books to get the full experience. PLEASE HEED THE TRIGGER WARNINGS!
First of all, HO...LY....sh*t!!! How DARE YOU make me have naughty feelings about a serial k!ller/Stalker. Victor Crow aka Ghost, was legit 🥵🔥🔥🔥 and was down for taking justice into his own hands. Stevie aka Little Dove, came from an horrible home life as an MC princess. She convinced herself that she was never worthy of anyone's love. When these two find each other, literal explosions. This was such an amazing story!!

This is the one I have been waiting for!
Victor Crow is a serial ...unaliver who really enjoys his job. He will make those who deserve it suffer, with his own dramatic flair, of course. Calling himself The Harvester of Bones, he is the one who people hire to get rid of the worst of the worst.
Stevie is a MC princess who is locked away from the world. Her days are full of abuse and neglect, is it really any wonder that she falls hard and fast for her Ghost? This was far from a sweet read. This made me laugh, cry, fidget uncomfortably, and then dissolve into fits of giggles. Victor is by far my favorite in this series and Stevie is getting close to earning that title as well.
Pick up this book today and let it tickle your pickle.

Serial killer and MC in one book? Yes please! I haven't read the first 3 Wolven King books, but once I read the blurb to this book, I knew that I had to read it first. I'm not even sure if I'll read the previous ones since Victor stole my heart right away. I love Stevie and Victor's relationships, the chemistry started right away and his sense of humor makes it easy to see why Stevie was smitten right away. I don't think I'll ever get enough of "psychopath romance"

Wow A.K Graves took me on an emotional journey with this one.
Please check TW’s before reading this book because it has some heavy moments.
We meet Victor at the end of book three, this is his and Stevie’s story, and what a story it is! A serial killer and the daughter of the Wulven Kings rival gang.
The story and my goodness the spice in this book! I don’t want to give away any spoilers, but if you enjoyed the first three books in the series, I have a feeling this will probably be your favorite, because it has become mine.

This book is an epic dark and dirty ride. It’s also intensely emotional and gripping. Absolutely pay attention to the content warnings, there are lots of triggers and it may not be a book for some readers. This book hurt so very good. It’s been awhile since I’ve cried this much while reading a book, and I’m still feeling emotional a day later. Having said all of that about it being emotionally hurtful - I also laughed a ton in this book. I love a filthy, damaged, psycho serial killer anti-hero that falls in love and has obsessive tendencies over the heroine (not sure what that says about me - but whatever). Victor hits all of these points and then some. I love him. I could read endless books about him and his “jobs.” Stevie, like Victor, has a horrible past but her present is also awful. She’s his match in most ways and their chemistry and comparability is clear. I loved a lot of the secondary characters, especially Pope, Little John, and Ember. I hope to see more of them!

I love a psychotic serial killer MMC!
This book is not for the faint of heart. It starts of with a tragic backstory for the MMC and the current abuse the FMC goes thru is just awful. So please read the TWs!
In this book we meet Victor (Tor) who is a serial killer / assassin and he's absolutely batshit crazy (be still my heart!). He has a tragic past who shapes who he is, his lack of emotional connection to others, and his need to take life in order to feel anything at all.
Then we meet Stevie. Stevie is the daughter of a MC's prez and therefore the club princess. You would think that she would just be overprotected and sheltered, but its quite the opposite. While she is constantly under constant control, she is also subject to horrific abuse at the hands of her father and other MC members.
Tor is hired to 'take out' Stevie's father and that's how they cross paths. Almost instantly he is obsessed with her. He follows her, watches her, stalks her, and then he happens to witness something horrible transpiring to Stevie which sends Tor into a rage. He has now claimed Stevie as his and he will do anything, kill anybody, to protect her.
But this will be no easy challenge. She doesn't know he is hired to kill her father, and he doesn't know how she will react. Plus her father is conspiring with some dangerous people and Tor needs more intel before he can make his move. Not to mention there is a copycat killer on the loose trying making Tor look more like a vile monster than just a monster that takes out worse monsters.
Stevie understands Tor better than anyone ever has and soothes something inside of him. Tor makes her feel safe for the 1st time in her life. But with so much going on, things will explode before they can even take a leap of trust with each other.
AGAIN PLEASE READ THE TWs!
There is all sorts of triggers that can set someone off in this book. BUT there is no cheating and there is a HEA.

This book is a hard read. You have first to be able to get through the heartbreaking and extremely unsettling prologue to get to the story. This part is pure torture if you love children, but it explains what happened that lead to the birth of The Harvester of Bones. I honestly don't know if I would have done so well were I put in his place. To say that he went to hell and came back is an understatement. He somewhat manage to become this playful, adorable person with so much wit and an irresistible need to tease everyone who crosses his path, even those who are contracted. I love the way he banters, the way he explains everything. I find him endearing when, having no clue as his to deal with feelings, he asks again and again to clarify the meaning of everything relationship related. That's very sweet! I truly wish I could have been able to hold him and his baby brother when they were kids...
Stevie is still living through hell. Victor will be her saviour, of course, but she won't be easy to save. Being subjected to extreme violence on a more than regular base, you get confronted with the consequences of long term abuse. This was an absolutely must have anticipated book that I had been waiting since book three for. A.K. Graves has done it again and created a phenomenal alpha male who wins your heart right from the very beginning. And she managed to pair him up with the most amazing FMC possible! It takes one heck of a strong woman to put up with Victor Crow and his level of crazy!!
This is Victor and Stevie’s story and it’s most definitely not for the faint hearted. Stevie is from a very abusive home and knows nothing else and still longs for the love of a father and family she will never get where she’s at. Victor is a man who has had to fight all his youth to keep his brother safe and alive until the day comes he failed his brother and he’s once again forced to kill those that hurt him and his brother. Grown now he’s become a serial killer who lives to save those that can’t save themselves and eliminate those that pray on the weaker. Then he meets the one woman that is his perfect match and he must save her and have her all to himself. Victor is the perfect blend of Psycho, Crazy, Possessive and Protective while Stevie is the strong feisty unbreakable woman that compliments him in every way possible.
This book will have you feeling so much and there will be parts where A.K. Graves Literally rips your heart out but this wouldn’t be as phenomenal as it is if it didn’t. Lots of emotion, tons of twists and unaliving, plus a whole bunch of steam!! The books in this series just keep getting better and better with each one but I definitely could not pick a favorite I love them all!! If you have not started this series I highly recommend it because though you don’t have to read books 1-3 before this one I recommend you do for side character background. This is a must read book!!

Victor is mine. I’m licking him. Bruised, broken, and intrinsically changed by how he grows up, he still makes an effort to help the people who matter to him. I think that’s what really matters for our broken MCs.
He obsesses about what matters to him, is a master of his craft, and he’s definitely mastered the art of stalking Stevie. It’s almost cute because he watches out for her, while keeping away those that want to hurt her.
Stevie has secrets. Her home life is awful, but she feels like it’s her lot in life. There were so many moments where my heart bled for her, because she thought this is just how things have to be. She goes to work, school, and comes home without any real social life to speak of. She has one friend, and she keeps much of her life to herself. She’s the girl who thinks she doesn’t deserve love because it’s not in her future.
Their love story is epic, and each book in the MC series gets better and better. Housekeeping reminders for this series: it’s not typical motorcycle club, since the members of the Wulven Kings don’t treat women with anything but respect. That is not to say that the other MCs aren’t twatwaffles.
Everyone needs Victor and Stevie in their lives, and the twists and turns in this book kept me surprised every step of the way.

This is book 4 in the Wulven Kings MC series and if you think it couldn't have possibly gotten any better than the first three, You would be so wrong. This series is one of the best I have read and this one has definitely raised the bar to a new high.
This book is reminiscent of both SOA and Dexter series but it also has so much more in it. The main characters of this book, Stevie aka Baby Dove and Victor aka Ghost, Tor and many other names are truly the epitome of Nature vs Nurture and yet again A.K. Graves does not shirk on the hard subjects of life nor does she shy away from dealing with them and the hard blows that come with them. Readers, take the authors trigger warnings to heart if you are a person that needs advance notice that life can get ugly.
I personally will recommend this book to any adult reader that is interested in this genre because I love the mix of how misery, angst, anxiety and hard life situations can be blended with someone learning that love comes in many forms. I don't give spoilers but I will say, if you enjoy reading the darker side of things, have an open mind, love action packed, fast paced and memorable books, this is absolutely the next one you want to read.

A.K. Graves has a unique way of ripping your heart out and stomping on it in one chapter then making your panties wet in the next
4th book in I expect nothing but greatness from a.k. Graves and this series and I was not disappointed this book has been my most anticipated read of 2022…
And don’t even get me started on that plot twist! I was sure I had it right throughout the book but bam!! 💥 I was so wrong 😑 and… and! the trauma in this book was insane and definitely a hard read so please check TW but honestly the way A.K. Graves handles these tough topics so smoothly amazes me every time! The deep love I have for Stevie and victor rivals all previous couples in this series don’t get me wrong I absolutely adore each and every single character A.K. Creates but there was just so much more with Stevie and victor you can truly feel the infinite love they share. 🖤
Stevie is perfect (mwah chefs kiss.)🤌🏻 and victor 🥵 cough couch DADDY cough cough 😉
The spicy scenes are soooo hot pantie dropping hot y’all so do yourself and “her” 😏 a favour and read this book.

Victor was abused by his parents but he took it to keep from hurting his younger brother. One day when he is sent to school he returns home and finds out his father had hurt his brother, he takes bat to him. Life has made impossible for Victor to protect his brother from being broken. This starts Victor on the path to being the Harvester of Bones aka Ghost.
There is a new player in two that trying to copy him or lay blame at him. When he is giving a hit on a president of a MC, he comes across a sexy little thing, Stevie, who knows so much about Ghost and logically tells him there is no way the latest killings are by Ghost. Victor may have found the only woman who could understand him and accept him.
This book kept me enthralled from the very beginning, I knew I was going to like Victor. These two individuals have been so damaged by life, beaten down and found their ways to cope. They are perfect for each other, Stevie is not squeamish of the stuff Victor has done.
I cannot wait for the next chapter in the Wulven Kings MC series.

Omfg Ak Graves did it again she had me at page one I freaking love Viktor Aka Harvestor of Bones and
Stevie story they are the perfect pair crazy for each other the emotional rollercoaster of drama love and their dramatic childhood made me so angry and cried so many tears for this couple to come back for more of this amazing story that was so intense and such a emotional rollercoaster that gripped me at the heart. This book hurt my heart and soul but in such a good way . I’ve haven’t cried this much while reading a book ever and I am still so emotional raw from their story an I loved how Viktor was such a crazy psycho for those that matter to him and Viktor was so funny ,witty,sexy and such a entertaining character and loved how the book showed you how Viktor and Stevie became the people they are from their childhood. A.K just nailed this book it is so freaking good and heart wrenching I just love love this book it was so captivating to me I had to read it a second time . Arc review.
Sinister intro. There is such a darkness in this introduction. One may accept what is presented or not. Lives lost and new ones re-invented.
A complex read, as I came into the series only from this book, therefore I have missed what what has happened beforehand.
Victor is a complicated character due to his loss, a killer with no regrets but hilarious in his kills. Weird but humerus.
Stevie, daughter to club leader of Demon Seeds, has and is still surviving with abuse, both mental and physical.
Club wars, death a plenty, copycat killer, 🔥 hot sex, it is all here.
There is a twist, no spoiling. POV, as stated, reviewing Arc, this being the 4th book in the series. Was a little mix matched for me as mention of previous situations was a little confusing as I didn’t know of the characters. This is not taking away from Victor and Stevie, their story must be read to understand. Guess I’ll be going back to the beginning and become acquainted.

Our author has done an amazing job with her characters and locations, back story and current happenings You need to read this series form the beginning for a richer reading experience.

You ever have those moments you crave to read a serial killer book? Oh no just me? That's okay because it just means more for me to read. Now if you toss in romance Im all in. I will not apologize for bugging you Ms. Graves over this book only because we have that type of friendship. . You can read this as a standalone but I wouldn't recommend it because of the side characters and the others give you a glimpse into what this book is about. The main characters, Victor and Stevie, were opposites in so many ways but that's what made this book so interesting. The storyline was crazy just like Victor but I loved every minute of it. While I was hooked on Victor's next-level crazy I was still focused on Stevie. Can we talk about how wonderful she was because that girl had my heart from the beginning. These two just clicked and because of that, they got the love they craved. It was the happy ending for me. Please read trigger warnings because this book is pretty crazy.

Victor, a man with an interesting hobby, finds himself drawn to Stevie, a CNA, when he is researching his latest subject. As the story progresses their first meeting causes a fright, their second starts with a fight, and if they are not careful outside forces could make the lose sight. Insidious Heart stays true to the title and venomous intentions to corrupt the reader to the darker grey side of life. None of the characters have an easy street in life, but each nugget revealed had me falling deeper in love with the book. This abysmally dark romance kept my twisted heart beating through out each step. Reader discretion advised due to dark subject matter and/or possible triggers.

Omg, this is Victor the Harvester of Bones story, we met him in Spider's story and I couldn't wait to read this as soon as I knew his was up next.
He meets Stevie outside the Nursing home she works at and is instantly attracted, ok, obsessed with her, when he finds out who she is it doesn't detract from the fact that he has been contracted to kill her father who is an abusive piece of work who keeps her locked up when home and thinks nothing of lecturing her and he's also trying to set up the Kings. There is also another serial killer on the loose masquerading as Victor, so not only does he want to protect Stevie but also needs to find the killer and clear his name. If you can clear a serial killers name with a serial killer? Food for thought .......
I love Victor and his nicknames for each of the Kings, this is a really fantastic book and I couldn't put it down.

Heart of the Ghost
Omg Ghost is here and I am in love with him!!! This book took me on a wild ride, lots of steamy scenes- med to fast build, and the secrets at the not only the beginning but end that blew up gives you a shocking finish to the story if Victor aka Ghost and his lady Stevie. This book builds on the character development and the depth of their emotions are everything. I absolutely loved getting the backstories to each character and how it shows the evolving if each of them separately as well as together. This book does give its characters its own hea and the next book will be another character from the series.

Will 'The Ghost' & Stevie be each others salvation?
This is 5 star read. excellent from start to finish. I normally don't read dark romance but I'm really glad that I went outside my comfort zone & challenged myself to read this book. The storyline and plot for Victor & Stevie may be dark, dirty & painful but your attention is held from the very 1st line to the last line. Be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster ride that will test your limits. You can't help but feel Victor's pain which started tragically in his childhood & also the daily pain & suffering Stevie goes through at the hands of her abusive father. If you want to challenge yourself I would highly recommend reading this book.
I will definitely be reading more from this author.

Oh my I've been looking forward to this one since I finished Spider's book and I must say A.K. Graves did not disappoint. No matter what I say the words won't be enough to tell you how incredibly good this book is. Victor and Stevie's story while tragic due to the things they both endured during childhood. As these two come together to over come their prior abuse, sadistic and haunting upbringing.
This one is definitely not for the faint of heart (be sure to heed the triggers) but if you can handle it buckle up as this one takes you on one heck of a roller coaster ride. I recommend this thrilling page turner.

Oh my god. I wasn’t expecting to start this book with tears. Victors story is so tragic!
I cried so much.
This book was amazing. It was tragic, it was wonderful. It had some many mixed elements and I loved it. There was so much secrecy and when I thought I was guessing right I ended up being wrong haha.
This book definitely went harder on the triggers but it made me love it that much more.
I fell in love with Victor and Stevies story.
I can’t wait for more of this series!

Victor, AKA Bone Daddy, AKA Tor… is probably one of the most complex characters I have read in a while.
There is SO MUCH going on with this guy.
A serial killer with a conscious sounds strange, but here it makes totally sense. (And I feel odd putting that in writing).
When Victor begins to watch his newest mark, he finds what he least expects. And that, my friends, is what we didn’t know we needed for our Tor.
I feel as though if I comment on any certain part that I love it very well could become a spoiler. Every little part has purpose.
Happy to have this happy ending.

Wow! What an awesome book! It starts out tragic with victor and his little brother in a orphanage. The truly sadistic things that are done to them shaped victor into ghost. I believe everyone has their own counterpart victors is Stevie. I was shocked by all the sadness and brutality both these characters suffered throughout their lives. Yet despite all that those two come together and things just unravel and hidden truths come to light. I defined recommend this book just mind the trigger warnings.

Victor Is One of Kind
This book really tested my fortitude and broke me before putting me back together. Ms Graves has done this to me on the past and she always delivers. This entire series is so raw and powerful. Both Victor and Stevie had such tragic childhoods. It was beautiful to see them find a deep pure love to rival the pain they’ve experienced. I was a big fan of the show Dexter and I feel like this is the love story I always wanted for him. It is imperative that the reader heed the author’s trigger warnings before diving in. This is a dark romance that deals with some really difficult and painful scenarios. Beautifully dark.

The first few chapters were really hard to read through. I got the belt growing up and thought that was bad, I can’t even begin to imagine being in Stevie’s shoes.
I know Beau and her father are the same person but it throws me off. I’d rather it just be one or the other.I wanna sucker punch her dad in the face so bad!!

I really enjoyed this book. I loved Victor and Stevie. While there is a lot of heavy subject matter, and it does get morbid at times, A.K. does a great job countering it with a lot of levity. Victor constantly had me laughing out loud, he had a fantastic sense of humor. I loved how protective Victor was of Stevie, which is something she so desperately needed. Both of their stories will just pull at your heartstrings and have you rooting for them to find and keep love and happiness.

If you like hot serial killer, biker clubs and a beautiful heroine this books is for you!! I loved Victor and Stevie what a story these two have! I loved the storyline and how these to characters has there own story to tell but meddled together to make it brilliant and let me tell you the spice 4/5 in my opinion. If you have not got a chance to read this book or this series I suggest you drop everything and do it now!!!

Victor Crow and Stevie makes a great match. Graves lists the total package. This book is filled with so much.... The plot twists, turns, smexy scenes, heat, heat, and some more heat. Graves did great with providing the history of both characters and builds each of them to their potential throughout this book. As Marbles perfectly sums it up," Looks like you're in bone daddy. Oh boy is this some dark romance. Ghost is born with pain & from pain. You can feel his rage & intensity as he zeeos in on Stevie. The Wulven Kings are not pure or evil but you can't help respect the brotherhood & their woman. The darkness of the love or list between Ghost & Stevie is disturbing but works out in their world. Stevie at times really frustrates you especially when she doubts ghost. All in all a dark story that spins a crazy tale with a HEA.
