Nanny Cam

Over-the-top in a marvelous way! From the beginning, Barrett is certain that it's only a matter of time before Emma becomes his wife. His confidence is entertaining and a bit hot.

I didn’t care one bit, because I fully intended on making it official: I was going to marry Emma Andrews, age difference, be damned, and give my kids a family again. I was going to give myself a wife again, this time a smart, kind woman, who I wanted more than I’d ever wanted anyone.

The ex is... the only dark spot in the story. She really is something.

By the way, this note from the author at the beginning entertained me and properly set the stage, "If you love OTT possessive heroes chasing the bad-ass, sassy women who torment them, then you’ll love His Obsession series."

Good

This was a good story. Barrett and Emma have been attracted to each other for the six months she has worked for him. His attraction to her is driving him crazy but she is his employee and that is not a good line to cross. He finally gets his chance to claim her when he finds out her visa is going to expire. He loves her and can’t let her leave, his kids also adore her and she is helping them heal after their mother split on them. He is going to marry her to solve all of their problems. He will do anything to make her his.

Safety and Spoilers
Safe. No om drama, H’s ex causes some drama by showing up at the H’s house when she is alone and bad talks the H to her. She tells him how selfish he is and he only cares about work and so on. H shows up and kicks her out. Nothing is really mentioned about H’s past except his ex wife was a ONS. She got pregnant with twins and he married her to give kids a family. He never loved her and became cold, distant and a workaholic till she left. h was a virgin. No abuse.

Emma Andrews left London for NYC to become an Au Pair for the Bonneville family. Barrett Bonneville's twins are her life.

Barrett Bonneville has been secretly obsessing over his Children's Au Pair ever since she moved in with them. As a single father he needs all the help he can get but his obsession with the Au Pair is taking over his life. He watches her while he's at work and loves any opportunity to be near her, but the age difference keeps him away.

Emma needs to find a way she can extend her visa without having to leave the Bonneville's and when Barrett finds out it's the perfect opportunity to make her his wife. Is he only helping her to keep her with them or does he genuinely have feelings for the young woman? And his ex-wife returning only makes things more complicated for them.

Short cute read. Middle of the road, no major dramas not much of a story line apart from an obsessed father.

Super quick insta love story. As the title suggests, the hero becomes obsessed with the au pair for his children. Spies on her via nanny cam. She has insta attraction to him as well. The ex-wife makes a quick appearance in the story, but she isn’t cause for angst. The au pair, Emma, will not have to worry about being 2nd best as the children love her and the hero only married the woman after the ONS produced twins.

*hiccup in the story, but not what I would call a black moment

So if you need a quick love fix with an alpha obsessed hero than you can easily fit this in between the laundry cycles!

This is book number 2 of the His Obsession series and focuses on Barrett and Emma. Barrett was a single dad to twins, Chloe and Henry, and completely obsessed with their nanny, Emma. Emma was 15 years younger than Barrett but he was determined to win her over and make her his wife. Emma had been just as head over heels for Barrett since she started as his nanny but due to her expiring visa she was in danger of losing her life in the states. When Barrett overhears her visa situation, he finds the perfect solution to make everyone happy. I absolutely loved how they both loved each other from the start and wanted everything with each other. They were absolutely perfect for each other and brought out all of their best sides. This was a great addition to the series.

Barrett is one swoon worthy scorching hot single father!! Completely obsessed with his children’s au pair and not even a little apologetic about it! Although for as obsessed as he is about her, he somehow manages to miss the fact that she has feelings for him. Her upcoming visa expiration is the perfect excuse to begin exposing his feelings, marry her, and keep her by his side forever. This book has tons of heat, obsessive moments, heart and passion woven together into a beautiful romance. There is a little drama with his ex and his workaholic tendencies. These issues were written really well and handled in different ways than I think I’ve read before. All the layers of this obsessive romance blend into a book I would definitely recommend reading.

I enjoyed this short romance story with all of the characters. The two main characters were Emma Andrews and Barrett Bonneville.

Emma Andrews a young woman that working as a au pair for a man that has two children. Her visa is close to expiring and she not sure what to do. She doesn't want to go back home.

Barrett Bonneville is a divorced man with two children. He works long hour and has hire a au pair to live in the home and help with the children.  After time he has been starting to have feelings for the au pair.

This was a quick read. It has action and drama throughout it. It was a little bit steamy.

This was not only an insta love story but a story about a man, Barrett, and woman, Emma, who fall for each other and make a family. Barrett is obsessed with Emma and watches her on the nanny cam's every day at work, at a job he hates. Emma has fallen in love with his children and she hasn't admitted to Barrett that she loves him. They combust when they are together. Their chemistry is hot. Will Emma get it all, Barrett, the twins, a permanent visa, and love? Love the story. Read the story and find out, you won't be sorry.

Sigh-worthy age-gap romance! I loved this follow-up to ‘His Student Obsession’. Barrett is the hunky father of twins who is obsessed with his lovely British nanny, Emma. This story is heart-warming and both the main characters are really likeable. Even the ‘need’ to get married because of Emma’s expiring visa is an acceptable part of the story that doesn’t stretch belief. There are some funny moments too – especially with Barrett stealing Emma’s pink panties and the way she sasses Barrett’s ex-wife. Another great read from the pen of Gia Bailey

Barrett, the male lead, has been obsessed with Emma, the female lead, since she became his twins’ au pair. Emma is likewise attracted but hasn���t acted on it because he’s her employer. As her visa approaches expiry, Barrett has a solution…

This short story is dual POV, well written, and a steamy and sweet romance, exploring recovery from emotional abandonment and non-threatening obsession. I enjoyed both lead characters and their personal growth throughout the relationship development.

I love reading novellas, because they are short and I get to read more stories, but I absolutely hate it when it’s over and I want more from the story😂
This book was really sweet. Even though the age gap, it shows how much Emma and Barrett cellars for each other.
The whole nanny cam thing is a bit stalkery for me but whatever works for them… I like how they made a big happy family and how good Emma was with the twins.
Overall it’s a short and sweet story. I’ll definitely read more from the author.

This was a really good short and steamy OTT book. I really liked Barrett and Emma together. Barrett is obsessed with Emma while Emma has basically been in love with Barrett every since she started working for him. This book offers longing, a greedy jealous ex, steam, cute twins, and a great HEA. I enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Gia as a great author.

The chemistry was on fire and loved the pull and push between these two characters. you are going to love this that you need to read the whole series. I know I did!.

Obsession is not for me. 3*
This was a rather short novel, but unfortunately, it didn't impress me. The storyline was banal and inadequate to be of interest. Not to mention the nanny-cam stalking and the fact that it was of no consequence to the person being spied on. The characters were underdeveloped, the whole book lacked substance and left me underwhelmed. The two kids were sweet though.

Barrett needs a nanny, Emma needs a job. She the perfect nanny for his 2 kids and the perfect women for him. He just needs to make her see how much she means to him. This novella was a little better than the first in the series. It was just...too rushed and had gaps in the storyline that left much to be desired. The spice level was below par and the angst was almost non-existent. I have to say it wasn't up to the author's usual standards. It barely made a one-star rating.

Why does this girl every chapter describe him as huge? We get it, he's huge, his body, his hands, his feet, everything about him. It's a short story, I can remember that without her saying it every two seconds... Literally, I wanted something short, and it was kind of a good read, but would I recommend it? Nope. Cos I hate it when the hero gives up his job for a silly reason.

3.5 ⭐️A short read. Emma is a British au psi for Barrett’s twins. When her work visa is about to expire Barrett steps in after stalking her on the nanny cams which is how it found out about her visa. It was an enjoyable read.
