I was surprised this book endorsed a vegan/vegetarian diet for children. While it was thorough, it wasn't my cup of tea. I have hypothyroidism, so I avoid soy and the book has quite a bit of soy recipes/options in it.

Very helpful information. Love the spaghetti recipe. It promotes a vegan diet, but I just can't go there.

They're definitely pushing a pro-vegan agenda, but still some great information even if you eat meat.
