Tiko Saint Victor and Troyana Baldwin have been friends since birth. Attached at the hip for the span of their lives, they’ve developed an unbreakable bond that takes priority in both of their lives. Through the ups and downs of coming of age, failed relationships, and deferred dreams they have managed to preserve their friendship. Yes, there have been naysayers, doubters, and suspicions, but none of the chatter has been able to break this inseparable duo.
That is until Troyana begins dating someone who has forever on the brain and Tiko feels their friendship changing. He’s used to having his friend at his disposal day and night. Now her time is being unevenly divided between him and her new live-in boyfriend, whom Tiko doesn’t particularly care for.
With the drastic changes and the thought of losing Troyana, Tiko begins to realize that there may be more to their friendship than he’s been willing to admit. And now that his mind has figured it out his body is betraying him and reacting to the not so platonic feelings that he’s having for his best friend. The awkward moments and close calls become unbearable, and he finds himself in an internal battle having to choose between keeping his feelings under wraps to maintain the sanctity of the friendship while suffering in silence or expressing his true feelings and risking it all.

“I love you as my best friend and now I’m in love with you”
It was the cute moments on the couch before the “romance” really started. I love when best friend relationships are solid before the romantic relationship blossoms. Tiko was not happy about Troyana’s relationship, not only was it eating into his time with her but her mom was trying to control so much of her life. Those protective instincts were there the whole time.
The transition from best friends to lovers escalated perfectly and that “public” scene lives rent free in my head. 🥵
This book had me smiling big the whole time I was reading it, especially at the dinner and them singing Drunk in Love. 😅🤣 I love the natural comfort between Tiko and Troyana and how much they valued their friendship in addition to the relationship that were building.
I loveeee every Saint Victor brother, looking forward to the next brother’s book.

Destined Love

I love a good friends to lovers story and this one was 30 years in the making. Tiko and Troyana had been the best of friends their entire lives. To them their interactions were normal, but to those around them they were overly friendly. I loved how goofy they were together. They definitely brought the best out of each other. As there relationship started to shift they were both hesitant and scared because neither wanted to lose their best friend. When they crossed the line, they went all the way in. They could not get enough of each other and their courtship was accelerated.
I still struggled with the writing style at times, but overall I enjoyed Tiko and Troy. The editing also left a lot to be desired. I am bought into the Saint Victor brother's and look forward to seeing how their lives pan out.

Best friends turned lovers. This was cute. When Tiko answered Troyana question about what he wants with I wanna f@#k you T Booty....I threw my panties in the air. These brothers in this series, oh my oh my oh my. Well once you get a taste for the ocean you can't help but to dive in.

I ❤️❤️ a good friends to lovers story.
OMG I just love these two. I am a sucker for a good friends to lovers story. Tiko and Troyana friendship was everything...from their chemistry...to the love that they had for each other...to how fiercely protective they were for each other. I really just loved how seemless it was for them to transition into their new realtionship once they decided thats what was happening. Overall this is a solid read.

The authors style of writing was a little off putting to me. It's like a 3rd person pov that took away from the story. I really tried to like the h & H because the story there interaction was good, but then the author introduced a crazy side plot with the mom that doomed the story for me.

Nice and Easy
Tiko and Troyana gave readers the best story ever. The story about best friends becoming more produces a sweet love story. I mean, sweet as in another Saint Victor brother found his one. Not sweet as in a vanilla story.

Amazing
I truly enjoyed this story. I laughed, cried and was turned on reading tiki and Troy friendship turned romance. I need to go back and read book 1 now. I finished reading it in one setting.

It was inevitable!
The two best friends of 30 years were bound to cross the line. Once the catalysts happened, (engagement and curiosity), they dived on in. Blurring lines that everyone else thought had been blurred long time ago.

😒While Troyana’s momma is up to no good, setting her up with a man that’s nowhere near her style/speed/liking…to avoid the pressure, she pretends to be in a relationship with her bestie, that soon evolves into the REAL DEAL🥹😁
This book reads at a good pace (I’m not too fond of slow burns), so if you like a ‘to the point’ cute, friends to lovers, romance book- then this might be the one for you🥰

Tiko is even sexier than Tyce and I didn't think that could happen lol. I love this! You get friends to lovers, fake relationship and surprise pregnancy all in one. And Tiko and Troy are crazy hot. I loved Tiko's decisiveness. He showed almost no hesitation. He was clear about wanting Troy and keeping her. What a sweet story.
