You are cordially invited to the wedding of Mia Kingsley and Austin Coleman.
Or you will be if a snowstorm doesn’t blanket the town with piles of fresh snow, making the trip to the chapel near impossible.
But the Coleman family is not about to let a measly little storm ruin Mia and Austin’s perfect day. After all, Magnolia Sound is just the place for a perfect wedding wonderland.
*This story was previously released as part of the Snowy Ever After duet*
Samantha Chase is a New York Times and USA Today bestseller of contemporary romance that’s hotter than sweet, sweeter than hot. She released her debut novel in 2011 and currently has more than seventy titles under her belt – including THE CHRISTMAS COTTAGE which was a Hallmark Christmas movie in 2017! She’s a Disney enthusiast who still happily listens to 80’s rock. When she’s not working on a new story, she spends her time reading romances, playing way too many games of Solitaire on Facebook, wearing a tiara while playing with her sassy pug Maylene…oh, and spending time with her husband of 30 years and their two sons in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
So excited for Mia and Austin to finally tie the knot in a Christmas Wedding but will a freak snowstorm divert their happily ever-after. Soon the Coleman family will step up and provide the wedding of the Christmas season.
A perfect afternoon read that will leave you smiling at the end. I just love Christmas weddings!!
"Wedding Wonderland" is part of Chase's Magnolia Sound series and features the same main characters as book #7, author Mia Kingsley and contractor Austin Coleman. It works relatively well as a standalone, though readers who are already familiar with the previous books of the series will enjoy the numerous cameos from past characters.
Ever since Mia and Austin got engaged, Mia's mother has been pushing them to have a big wedding in Boston, but they've decided on a more intimate event in Magnolia Sound. The one thing they can't agree on is the timing: Mia wants a wedding on the beach next summer, while Austin wants to get married before the end of the year because he hates the thought of having to wait any longer to make her his wife. He manages to convince Mia that a holiday wedding will be romantic, but she's not sure they can plan something on such short notice. Thanks to the amazing wedding planners of Meet Me at the Altar, it looks like they just might be able to pull it off until a freak snowstorm threatens to wreck all of their carefully laid plans. Will Austin and Mia ever make it down the aisle?
This was such a cute story! Mia and Austin were more in love than ever and it was wonderful to see them working together to overcome the challenges of wedding planning. I particularly appreciated Austin's efforts to protect Mia by acting as a buffer between her and her overbearing mother. I wanted to cheer when he finally told her mother off in the end!
Overall, I loved "Wedding Wonderland" and highly recommend it for all contemporary romance fans. I look forward to my next "visit" to Magnolia Sound.
I absolutely LOVED Wedding Wonderland by Samantha Chase , she have provided readers with amazing characters. Who doesn’t love a holiday wedding? I love all the characters in Wedding Wonderland, they feel like family! Samantha Chase’s Wedding Wonderland is the story of the wedding between Mia Kingsley and Austin Coleman. I love that Samantha Chase included everything that I have come to love and expect in her love stories in this short story. I loved spending the winter snowstorm in Magnolia Sound. Mia and Austin decide to take matters into their own hands and planned a winter wedding right before Christmas. One of my favorite parts of the story was how Mia and Austin use Meet Me at the Altar as their wedding planners and Mia finds her dress at Enchanted Bridal. A freak snowstorm cancels their wedding and honeymoon. I love how the extended Coleman family works together to make Mia and Austin’s dreams come true. I love the Christmas gifts that Mia and Austin exchange with one another. My favorite part in the book is the epilogue and how it wraps up all the details of Mia and Austin’s happily ever after, and it did not disappoint I love all the surprises that Samantha Chase has included in Winter Wonderland. It contains all the elements that I have love most in a Samantha Chase story, romance, great characters and setting, bittersweet moments and the plot twist that ties it all together. Amazing story. I could not put it down, I loved every moment on every page.
In Wedding Wonderland we get to go back to Magnolia Sound. We catch up with Mia Kingsley and Austin Coleman, from the book The Way the Story goes. I just adore Christmas romances and Christmas weddings and in Wedding Wonderland we get both. I love how Samantha Chase incorporated her Enchanted Bridal series into this story. I love how everything came together. In Wedding Wonderland you get a story filled with love, hope, enchantment, family and friends. You are left with a sense of belonging. When several mishaps occur you see love, friendship and family triumph over all.
Wedding Wonderland was sweet and romantic and very light hearted and entertaining. Samantha Chase is my all time favorite author. I found myself laughing and having heartswooning moments. I became invested emotionally in Mia and Austin and found myself feeling as if I were actually there and not just reading a story. I was left feeling the Christmas spirit which I have not felt in years and actually feeling hopeful. I could not put Wedding Wonderland down. I loved every aspect of the story. Thank you Samantha Chase for reviving the Christmas spirit in me and for the wonderful, romantic story filled with adventures and love and hope. Very enchanting and magical.
Wedding Wonderland by Samantha Chase was a cute, lighthearted read that gave me a bit of that cozy, feel-good escape I look for between heavier books. I liked revisiting familiar characters and the charming atmosphere Samantha Chase always brings to her stories. It had some sweet moments and the kind of small-town warmth that makes her books easy to get lost in.
That said, this one didn’t completely grab me the way some of her other stories have. The pacing felt a little uneven, and parts of the story were predictable, which made it harder to stay fully invested. I also wished for a bit more emotional depth and development between the characters—it felt like everything wrapped up too neatly and quickly.
Overall, it was a pleasant, easy read but not particularly memorable. I’d still recommend it if you’re a fan of Chase’s books or looking for something light and festive, but for me, it fell somewhere in the middle of her works—a solid 3 stars.
I loved Samantha Chase's first story about Austin and Mia, so I knew I had to read about their wedding - and I was right. Wedding Wonderland captures all the madness and stress of a "big" wedding and provides a few laughs, lots of drama, appearances by most of the Magnolia Sound characters and even the Meet Me At the Altar crew. There's even a scene with Austin's Aunt Georgia that had me blinking back tears - and if you're a fan of the Magnolia stories, you know that it took some very fancy writing by Ms. Chase to accomplish that because Georgia hasn't always been a particularly sympathetic character. Anyway, this one's a great read, at Christmas or whenever you feel the need for a magical wedding.
Wedding Wonderland by Samantha Chase features one of my favorite couples, Austin and Mia, from Magnolia Sound is finally planning their big day while circumstances seeming to conspire against them. This story depicts all the madness, craziness, and stress of a "big" wedding while providing a few laughs, lots of drama, appearances by most of the Magnolia Sound characters and even the Meet Me At the Altar crew. I love how the family and friends pull together to make Austin and Mia’s big day so special. This is a wonderful, sweet, snowy, holiday novellas, featuring a holiday wedding, set in a small town, with a snowy setting, and off-the chart chemistry; perfect for warming you up on a cold winter's night.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
I was extremely excited to see that this story was set in my favorite Magnolia Sound series focusing on Mia and Austin and their wedding. I always like going back to Magnolia Sound and this was special since it was their wedding. As always, Austin’s family is always there for whatever needs to be done and unfortunately all Mia’s mother wants to do is take over the situation. Unfortunately, when things start going south and Mia and Austin have to make a hard decision, his family comes together behind the scenes to surprise the two of them. I especially liked how Aunt Georgia even stepped up with her surprise for Mia and Austin. Great book and story. What a fun visit to Magnolia Sound for the holidays.
This was a sweet story about Austin wanting to marry Mia as soon as possible. Everything seemed to fall into place for their wedding in about a month until Austin accidentally sees Mia in her wedding dress. It seemed like everything went wrong after that. When a big snowstorm hits and they have to cancel the wedding Austin's family decides to help these to out. Austin's family and their friends are great! Loved the ending!! I read this in paperback!
In this story you will revisit Mia and Austin as they planning their wedding. Though things don’t go as planned I live how it turned out (no spoilers). I also love how Austin stood up for Mia with her mother. It was my favorite part next to the wedding. I love winter weddings.
Oh My Goodness! What was not to love about Mia and Austin's wedding. This is following Mia and Austin's first book The Way the Story Goes. This was another great addition to the Magnolia Sound series. This story was written so well you will feel the emotions as they are happening on the page.
Mia Kingsley and Austin Coleman are planning the winter wedding of their dreams. The dreams did not include a freak snowstorm and cancellation of all their best laid plans! The Coleman family ups their game to make the wedding one for the books!
Always fun to go back to Magnolia Sound. This time is even better because it is for Mia and Austin's wedding and a snow storm that hasn't happened in lots of years. Will their wedding be canceled or will the family once again pull together and make it all work?
Short novella, but loved it. I loved the characters and their love story. Super cute with an awesome family too. I wish there had been more of a resolution or understanding with her mom, but I loved what happened with them. Very cute story.
Samantha has done it again and written a wonderful Christmas novella. This novella Wedding Winterland is part of the Magnolia Sound series. Mia and Austin set a date for their wedding and started planning. I loved this book as much as I loved this series as a whole!
