At last, English-speaking Christians have access to the Hebrew Scriptures in Jewish order! This volume offers an uncluttered reading experience, without the distraction of verse numbers, columns, or study notes. Well-written book introductions by an impressive team of Bible scholars provide up-to-date scholarship on each book's historical context as well as thematic guidance for readers. This is a daring project. It was high time that somebody attempted it!

This is a great resource for students of the biblical text who wish to have access to the Hebrew book order in English, providing a rich reading experience alongside notes and suggested further reading from a wide array of scholars.
