OMG! This book was definitely awesome, this story in The Carrington Cartel: Claim was absolutely exhilarating and the characters were really captivating. This book really lived up to the books named, Claim when different Cartels are trying to claim everything that Gigi, and Axel have. Gigi's ex-boyfriend is set on revenge he believes he was robbed. Axel missed seven months with his wife, he is keen to see his wife and the bundle she has. Can they survive the wrath of others.

This should only be read after Torn. Months have gone by, Gigi is pregnant with Axel's baby, he is still in a coma and she is ruling the Cartel alone. Axel does finally wake and is torn between being the enforcer for the cartel and husband to his wife.

There are more enemies that are made known, while old ones finally surface. I loved this story, Axel and Gigi are perfect for each other and know how to lean on the other.

Claim is filled with some thrilling twists and turns that drew me in and kept me glued to the pages of this story. As Gigi steps up and becomes the powerful woman she is destined to be so do her adversaries. She and Axel have their hands full maintaining what belongs to them. Will they be able to hold on and weather the storm coming at them.

Claim is book two in the Carrington Cartel duet by Chiquita Dennie! This was a well written and entertaining book. It was action packed and filled with intrigue and adventure! Axel and Gigi’s chemistry continues to be blazing hot in book two! It’s filled with lots of interesting twists and turns you expect from a mafia story. You were entertained from the beginning of the book until the very last pages.

How will Axel and Gigi navigate the obstacles that Dario put in place to overthrow the couple…

Gigi and Axel are back and so is the trouble that has become their lives. Enemies are trying to take what belongs to Gigi so it was fun watching her be the strong woman she is. Lots of heat, intrigue, and mafia things to keep me interested in reading. Enjoyed the drama and the trouble. Had to see what they would face this time and survive.
