I bought this after having really liked running Juggernaut 2.0 and it was part way through this book that I realised I wasn't interested in prioritising powerlifting to the extent that the book is focused. Whilst I've used some of the information to figure out I probably have weak legs in the squat I don't want to be prioritising meets for hitting my goal numbers at the expense of my primary sport or general atheticism.
