What Amazon readers are saying

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This cookbook is really instructive for those who are on are wish to pursue a low oxalate diet. In the introduction, a comprehensive list of individual foods is categorized according to their oxalate level (Low, Medium, and HIgh) and then within the recipes themselves, the ingredients are identified as either L, M, or H.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family is always looking for ways to make our meals healthier. I've read through (never testing) another similar cookbook for low oxalate foods, this was superior. There is a detailed listing of different foods and their rankings (low, medium, and high oxalate foods) at the beginning of the cookbook. The recipes are a decent variety and we tried the cauliflower soup (it was great btw).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Sage Crusted Cod recipe sounds to die for (can't wait to try it out) and the Butter Coffee with Sage recipe is such a unique take on coffee! You'll find some hidden gems in here, and I recommend you take a look!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got this book because I was interested in cooking more low oxalate foods. On your own, this can be very difficult to pick up and learn. Especially considering that finding the right meats can be very difficult. This cookbook not only breaks down tons of different options, but the ones I have tried so far have been absolutely delicious! Definitely recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful recipes and clear and comprehensive food lists ranked low, medium, and high for oxalate level. Presentation motivates me to want to cook and makes me feel confident that I’ll be using ingredients aligned with my dietary needs. Thank you!
