I get stuck in freeze mode often, and I know it’s my own thinking causing this. Learning new habits and ways to “rewire” those thought processes from this book, easy to read and even read twice as a refresher when I feel that stuck mode creeping on.

I’ve read a few of his books, I feel like this was probably my least favorite and the least helpful, but I realize that’s probably because that’s not an area I feel that I need particular growth in right now. I feel like it’s just more individualized and specific for certain people.
