Fantastic story😁😂
This story was OFF the charts FANTASTIC!!!. It was so moving, exciting, entertaining and just WOW!!. I can see this series going on for a while with everything that is going on with the vamps😊😂(hint, hint). Juliette is a FANTASTIC storyteller and is a PHENOMENAL writer😎😍. The Vampire Lover - Wow! Oliver and Piper are funny, romantic, and so much more than I expected! (Piper may cause Oliver to be the first vampire with grey hair and a migraine!) After The Vampire Awoken, I couldn’t imagine how Juliette could write a book of equal importance in the Moretti Blood Brother world. I should have had more faith! This book is steamy, action-packed, and has Juliette’s signature humor. I LOVED it! There are bombshells you won’t see coming, new villains, and lots of new twists and situations that leave you wondering what happens in the next book in the series. It was good to see favorite characters from the Moretti world woven in and helping to fill out the story.
Overall, The Vampire Lover is an excellent story with lovable main characters, has a wrenching (I almost killed a box of tissues toward the end!), but HAPPY ending, and it left me craving MORE!

Oliver, you naughty, handsome, charming, naughty boy. I think he's naughtier than Craig and I didn't think that was possible.
This book is a major player in the Moretti Blood Brothers series. It holds so many secrets about what's been happening and introduces a few new characters. And not all of them are playing nice.
Not only is this book full of spice and naughty moments but there's parts of the book that will give you heart palpitations.
But don't worry, like all of Juliette's books, they get their HEA.

Oliver falls for the brat.
Oliver was just promoted to Ari’s 2nd-in-command/head Assassin at the Institute. Oliver’s very good at what he does, but he still is a little unsure of himself, thanks to growing up with his crappy father. One thing Oliver knows is he doesn’t want a mate. He likes playing around with all the ladies. That is, until he meets that mouthy brat Piper, Sage’s sister. In the last book, Sage mated with Ari, the leader of the Institute. In this installment, they are hot on the trail of Xander Tomassi of BIOZEN. Fearing for his life, Xander is in hiding and has brought in the Russian Bratva to serve as his bodyguards. The head of the Bratva, ruthless Mikolay Mikhailov, has demanded the product Xander is creating.
Reporter Piper, while looking for Sage, gets involved because she smells “a big story involving vampires”. Piper is a pain in the butt most of the time, but Oliver is hot for her…he can’t get enough of her, they can’t keep their hand off the other. But Piper brings on her own troubles with her inquisitive snooping mind. Piper has daddy issues, and getting this ‘story of the century’ would prove she’s somebody, too.
These two, but heads of the entire story, just can’t get enough of the other, all the while denying they are mates… right to the end. This series continues…Linda

"No!" He growled. "I don`t rape women.

The story follows seamlessly from the end of “The Vampire Awoken”. Piper, Sage's sister, is looking for Sage and at the same time is working on a secret project that will help her professionally.
Oliver and Sage are two very sexual beings; if they don't throw "niceties" at each other. Their mutual attraction is palpable between the lines. Piper's sass, stubbornness and naivety are sometimes a challenge that can make even a vampire grow gray hair.
However, beneath this surface lies a very insecure and vulnerable core. That's what Piper has in common with Oliver. Both long for recognition and understanding. In the end I found it quite interesting that you can probable NEVER please Sage and Piper's father (Not even Ari can do it. lol) .

Oliver has the task to keep an eye on Piper, his boss new sister-in-law, for she’s a noisy reporter and the last thing their race needs is her sniffing around her sister’s new boyfriend and discover something that might jeopardize their existence. But soon this task proves harder and harder.
Piper is worried: her reporter instinct tells her her sister is in trouble and even though they have not the best relationship she feels the need to investigate her new boyfriend for he’s the key to her strange behavior.
But every time she gets close to something important she hits a wall until she finds her sister diary …. And the man she keeps dreaming about appears in her life.

Ms. Banks has done it again. This series gets better and better. I loved Oliver and Piper’s story. These were two wounded souls from their youth who found out that they were worthy just as they were. For me, the last half of the story was an emotional roller coaster. I felt like I could feel Piper’s anguish of giving up life as she knew it and her humanity. And as for Oliver, he unfortunately couldn’t change his being and didn’t really have a choice. In the end, their love was worth fighting for. Can’t wait for Kurt and Madison’s story in the next book.

Oliver was angry with Piper. She was just a distraction for him. But little did he know what was in store for him. With each book the vampires come closer to finding out what exactly BioGen is doing. Kurt and Oliver were shot with the same serum they were using to subdue the vampires and Sage was in the lab trying to find out what it was. Now a new name comes up, the leader of the Russian mafia. Now they have to find out his role in all of this. On to the next chapter of the Moretti blood brothers.

Oliver has a job to do and it doesn’t involve smart mouthed Piper. Piper is a journalist And she knows something is up with her sister. Oliver knows where her sister is but he can’t tell her and he thinks she just might be his mate. However it has to be her decision if she accepts him and who he is. If she doesn’t then he most likely will perish but he won’t push her to decide. She is one sassy troublemaker! And Oliver is just wonderful! I love these two together.

I love this series. It's got vampires, what's not to love?
Seriously, it has taken off and has a good arc. I love that there is a strong central story line.
BUT, why does every mating have to have the male denying it, until it's so obvious?
Also, the vamps talk about Brayden's parties and their bisexual selves, but there are no gay/bisexual vamps. Is it ok that to indulge in that 'lifestyle' when unmated, but rule one "no poofters" when it comes to mates?

Piper and Oliver are hilarious and oh so steamy. Both need to get over their self conscious issues of abandonment and realize what they need is right in front of them. So fun watching these two fumble around each other and the anticipation of whether or not they’ll get their s**t together is so worth the ride.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy this book as much as the others due to Piper being so unpleasant in the previous book. I was very wrong & she is such a good fit for Oliver.
They both have similar issues that they need to work through but the best bit is that they spark each other so well with some hilarious dialogue.
The end was a rollercoaster but so worth it.

The existence of vampires is once again in danger of coming true, but the greatest danger only appears to be increasing. Meanwhile, Oliver appears to be falling for Piper. Once again a wonderful book that I had difficulty putting down.

Juliette has written another masterpiece. This book has a great love story, steamy hot sex, mystery and lots of angst. You will love Oliver and Piper's story. A definite must read, because there is a big mystery that will develop and a new villain.
