Hana Willis is too busy writing best-selling romance novels to worry about romance herself. But with her sister and her best friend walking down the aisle soon, Hana realizes it’s time to start looking for her own Prince Charming instead of just writing about them.
Chas Rossi is the epitome of a successful businessman, but his parents’ nagging that he start a family has him looking over every unattached woman he meets. When Hana walks through his door, he finds a woman who might be just what he’s been looking for.
Pace McCoy never slows down between owning a bar and operating a dog rescue. With a failed engagement in his past, Pace has sworn off love. That is, until he gets to know Hana and her dog Lulu. Soon all his thoughts are about her and he’s rethinking his take on love.
When both Chas and Pace take interest in Hana, she finds herself in a love triangle unlike anything in the books she writes. Chas is polished and driven, while Pace is rugged and kindhearted. How will she know which one is the one for her?

Allison Wells is an author, wife, and mother who is also a logophile (a lover of words).
The desire to write came early for Allison. After graduating from Clemson, Allison became a newspaper reporter. Tired of constantly writing bad news, she began writing novels. Now, Allison writes for regional publications and enjoys writing southern novels with elements of faith.
In her writing, Allison feels led to bring an element of reality to her readers. She recognizes that living a Christian life does not mean everything is rosy all the time, and she wants to represent that with her writing, while still wrapping things up with a happy ending.
Allison's motto is Life is Short, Eat the Oreos.

I've been trying very hard to write a review without spoilers, so, here goes. This book is Hallmarky (in the best sense!) I loved how Hana wasn't the damsel in distress type. Most female MCs in a love triangle tend to be annoying, but surprisingly Hana was not. And I fell irrevocably in love with both guys!

If you like, likable Female MCs, guys who you wish you met in real life, quirky dialogues, cute kittens with weird names, and most of all, clean (that means no smut y'all) writing, then THIS is the book for you!

Perfect for Meg Cabot and Sophie Kinsella lovers, Allison Wells does not disappoint.

I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. And i honestly loved it! It was the sweetest romance with dreamy men and a relatable heroine. It's funny and cute. I love the diversity of the characters and the bits of Hana's family's culture that we get to learn about as well. All in all, this book is a great escape and I really enjoyed it!

This fun read reminds the reader that we may not always want what we wish for and that playing with another's emotions even with the best of intentions can create chaos. Love doesn't always follow a perfect plan.

I received and advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. When I heard the author talking about her inspiration for the story on TikTok I was instantly intrigued by the story. This sweet romance had everything you look for in a hallmarky style story. The characters had depth and were likable and I loved how the story was weaved together keeping me turning the pages for more. Definitely recommend this book for an easy read and a nice escape to a charming Southern town.

I just finished reading @tennlitcon’s book club selection for August: Two Princes by Allison Wells! I’ve been on a cozy romantic kick lately, so Two Princes was a great choice for my current bookish era. Also, how could you say no to a book that heavily features adorable dogs?!?! 🐕

Two Princes follows FMC and romance author, Hana Willis, as she unintentionally and unexpectedly, finds herself as one member of a love triangle. I know that love triangles aren’t everyone’s favorite trope, but I promise you that the love triangle in Two Princes is written in a way that’s respectful to all three characters involved and keeps honesty and transparency at the forefront.

One of my favorite parts about Two Princes was that both MMCs were great guys. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know both characters, their backgrounds, as well as their tumultuous shared history. That being said, it was pretty clear to me which man was the better choice for Hana. However, the journey for her to come to the same conclusion was very fun to read!

Pet lovers, I think this book will especially appeal to you! A good portion of Two Princes takes place at a no/k!ll animal shelter and features discussions about responsible pet adoptions. Additionally, FMC Hana’s terrier, Lulu, is a major part of the plot! If you enjoy dog parks, fur baby snuggles, and kittens, you’ll definitely want to add Two Princes to your tbr!

In the pages, you will find:

✍️A romance author FMC
🤴Two super sweet MMCs
🐾Adorable pets
🥢Delicious food
❤️Closed door romance (kissing only)
🔎A mystery
📈Character growth
🥰A super sweet standalone contemporary romance

I don't read a lot of romance or rom coms but I am so happy I gave this one from Allison Wells a shot. Such a cute and real story. No far-fetched romance or over-the-top characters here. Just real, relatable, peeps. And it was a fun read. I loved that the author featured pets in the story too. The dogs and the rescue make the store even more loveable. The characters are all flawed and deeply developed family storylines as well.

If you want a clean, cute romance without the unnecessary fluff, grab this one!

Hana is the girl next door in a horrible debacle--two men that are perfect for her. Sigh! This book wasn't my typical scene, as i prefer historical fiction. That being said, this book quickly pulled me in, and had me rooting for my favorite contender. This story is sweet, and I enjoyed the character development of each character. I felt as though I was in the scene watching it play out, and I could see the characters clearly, as the author brought them to life perfectly. It was a very happy change of scenery in my library. I enjoyed it very much!

I found TWO PRINCES to be a cute, light-hearted story (something you can read to relax and kick back). While I wasn't thrilled how the minister was portrayed/received, the author is skilled at crafting different family dynamics. Hana's career as an author was a fun touch!

As a writer of best-selling romance novels, Hana decided it was time for her own love story. Soon, she found herself in a love triangle. From the beginning, I rooted for one prince. Allison showed the struggles Hana faced when the two men pursued her. Pace and Chas both possessed desirable but different characteristics, which made Hana’s decision between the two difficult and kept me, as a reader, guessing who she would choose in the end.

Two Princes will grab you from the beginning and keep you wondering who will capture Hana’s heart. I highly recommend this sweet story. You won’t be disappointed!

I received an advanced copy in exchange for my honest review. This review is my own opinion.
