Doubtless book 1 of a new series. 4.8 stars

I have to admit that I really like any book written by or co-authored by Michael Anderle. He just has a knack for adventure/action. This new series does not disappoint! Dante Shale really gets his clocks cleaned, but for someone unfriendly and chilly; he certainly seems to make the right friends. He actually makes a new friend Naseem who volunteers to help him with a massive social project. Maybe a little different mixture of the type of action??

Another good story by Michael Anderle. There was really weird creatures, including the Nightmutts, yucky characters for sure. But the Cresent-Kissed were the best, the way they took care of the MC, Dante Shale, when he was injured helping the Cresents.

There could be some romance since Nasreen, the pilot who helped him kill all the pirates and flew away from the deadly planet, showed up. AND the F-bomb was used 36 times.

As for the narration: Michael Braun's voices were perfect and his emotions were great, too.

fast paced, plenty of action, interesting character

As usual Michael’s book is on point with action, entry, and great pacing. There is good character development but I will have to read on to determine what I actually think of the main character. There was somewhat of a superficial outline of his personality in this book, seems a little bit impersonal and unreachable Will read the next book to make that determination fully. The book is worth the read. If you like Michaels books you will enjoy this one.

Hard hitting

Oh boy...out of the ballpark for an fast action, high stress action adventure! Secrets and idiots, adventure and betrayal...and characters that jump out of the electronic page. A world that will pull you in and want to keep you there....definitely going to continue this adventure...with thanks MA!!

Realistic

When I began reading 📖 I felt like I knew the main character. And the more I read the more I knew that true human beings were emerging. Looking forward to the next stage.

Wow

Dante is offered a job to pick up something Dirtside. He does this pretty much for a living. This time everything goes very wrong!
