Heck of a twist
Just when you think things are going good and you’re getting comfortable there comes that darn twist. Jacinda and Gabriel really have to fight tooth and nail for every slice of happiness they can grasp.

I really enjoyed how the plot progressed and heightened in this book. Although it was a bit slow at times, I am still really enjoying my time reading this series. I love the arcs that these characters are going through and what we're learning about the world and the various cast of characters. Although I don't love this series as much as the books in Dorian and Charley's story, I'm really enjoying it overall.

**Audiobook Review**
I just love this series and can´t get enough of the Redthorns! Sarah Piper keeps us engaged, captivated and thirsty for more with Heart of Fury, which picks up right where Heart of Thorns stopped. Gabriel is disappointed, angry and in a state of disbelief. He drowns his sorrows and is almost inconsolable after Jacinda´s revelations.
The news that a very powerful demon succubus is on the loose in form of Jacinda´s banned to hell sister Viansa is causing all sorts of chaos. Gabriel and the other Redthorns need to seek out Jacinda again as she seems to be the only one able to stop Viansa. But, a powerful succubus is not easily stopped as she uses powerful mind controls, one of which could lead to a fatal outcome.
In Heart of Fury we get suspense, action, swoony moments, emotional confessions, more revelations, and passionate steam. There is a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to have Heart of Flames in my ears and thankfully, the wait is not too long for the conclusion!
Wow, Vanessa is giving me the chills as Viansa, I really felt her devious, evil vibes. The things Shane East says in this book still OWNS my ears. I can only always repeat #Shanessa are just a great audio pairing and always have me enthralled with their performances because every emotion, reaction or mood is on point. Every voice for each character is distinguished and has a different tone to it. Pure perfection IMO.

Shane East and Vanessa Edwin are phenomenal in their narration. Shane’s range of emotions in this series is heart stopping. He seamlessly flows from one character, feeling, attitude, and intensity. Shane owns this series, and I think he knows it. Most of the characters from Dorian’s trilogy is in this story. I’m still seriously crushing on Cole and Adrian.

I'm seriously in love with Gabriel and Jaci's story. I can't wait for the next book to come out!
Gabriel and Jaci have so much passion, so much grit and determination, and so much hurt to overcome both individually and together. They are a formidable team, to be sure, along with all of the other Redthorne Vampires.
In this installment, Sarah Piper has given us more action and adventure, more hellfire and intrigue. I love that Gabriel and Jaci are finally working together - truly together - and are resolving the past hurts they've inflicted upon each other, as well as one's inflicted upon them.
Sarah Piper crafts such amazing stories. People say that the second book in a trilogy is always just one big bridge with no beginning and no end, but not in Sarah Piper's trilogies. She gives us a complete installment that feels like a story unto itself, even though we've got more to come! And thankfully there is not a long wait as Heart of Flames is coming soon.

So this is the 5th book in the Vampire Royals Of New York, but the 2nd book in Gabriel's and Jacinda's story.
It continues on from Heart of Thorns and the revelation of exactly what Jacinda truly is and Gabriel bringing everyone up to date, including of course the manifestation of Viansa, Jacinda's half sister.
There's a lot of anger, bitterness and perceived betrayal between the two now, after the confession to everything, that Jacinda withheld from Gabriel. Even though she really had no reason to believe that any of them would have been immensely understanding.
Again we have the wonderfully talented Shane East and Vanessa Edwin narrating and bringing life and personality to the characters in the book.
Honestly I'm leaving it at this, as I just want to go and read the final book.
So definitely recommend on both book and audio and cya later with my review on book three 😉😉

Vampire Royals of New York: Gabriel by Sarah Piper, narrated beautifully by Shane East and Vanessa Edwin is the second trilogy in this series - dark paranormal suspense, mystery, with sexual tension like crazy - SOOOO GOOD! Vampires, werewolves, demons, shifters, witches, magic galore and SUPER sexy with extravagant fuckery (hopefully that's okay to say). I definitely recommend the whole series - but it's definitely NSFW - requires headphones hotness! It's well written with great dialogue, action, evil plot twists, and so much sexual tension you might combust just listening to it.
I'm posting this review for each of the 3 books because they are a trilogy. Don't pass up this series!!

Gabriel finally lowered his defenses only to be betrayed by the witch who’d stolen his heart. Working together with Jacinda will be the only way to defeat the evil in their midst, but will he end up killing her or tying her down to the bed, never letting her leave. The second book in Gabriel’s series is just as hot as the first, showing us more of a duet who’s head-butting and threats, tenderness and passion, only keep the reader on a knifes edge, needy but also satisfied. Sarah Piper has once again brought me to tears, made me laugh, and fan myself with her wonderful storytelling. This is a story I could read multiple times and never get enough.

Better news, the cliffhanger is ever so slightly gentler than the last one, so I feel less used hard and put away wet than the last time. I hate cliffhangers, and if I'm telling you I'm expecting it, and reading as I go, that tells you I trust this author to carry me to the finish line with a killer finale. Get it! Buy it! GO!

OMG!! I absolutely loved this!! Sarah Piper has a way of bringing you into the story and you can't put it down!! Then again who would want to with a dark sexy vampire like Gabriel WITH a sexy British accent!! I'm not one for spoilers so I'll say READ this series!! You can picture the characters & scenes!! The authors way of writing is so smooth & keeps you wanting more!! This was a binge read for me! My family was on their own during this book lol.

This book was a fantastic read that grabbed me from the second that I started reading. It moves along nicely making for a very good and relaxing read. The characters are amazing and you cannot help but fall in love with them. You feel as though you know them and you want to see them succeed in what they need to do. The story is interesting and will keep you reading until the end and then you are needing more. This book needs to be read, no doubt about it.

One of my favorite series! Ms. Piper captures the love, respect and admiration of the Redthorne family and their allies. The romance aspect in these books is off the charts along with the heart stopping lovemaking scenes! The humor and the back and forth banter is something I look forward to in Ms. Piper’s books. I wait anxiously for the third book, but I also dread the end of this series. I want more installments, more of the Redthornes!

The hype around this book has been unquestionable and, admittedly, that made me both eager to get my hands on it and terrified to read it. I mean, what if I was to be the one person that didn’t love it as much as others? (That seems silly now because of how truly mesmerizing the characters were are). That said i enjoyed reading this book. And i am so happy i started this and can’t wait to finish this series

After finding out Jacinda was part demon Gabriel felt betrayed and turned against her . After Jacindas sister took over the bar and got Gabriel to do her bidding and Jacy put herself in harms way to save other Gabriel admitted he had loved her from the start a confession that all his family seemed to know before he did . I love the chemistry between Gabriel and Jacy and I can’t wait for the final book I reckon sparks are gonna fly big time .

I'm not a huge fan of these stories that create unnecessary cliffhangers just to drag you into the next book in a series. Everything throughout the story is a struggle and Gabriel and Jacinda just can't seem to catch a break. Well, when they do, it is spicy! Overall, it was decent. I probably need to go start at square one (I jumped in randomly here) and perhaps re-read this in the order of the Vampire Royals it is meant to be in.

I love the humor and banter in this installment. There is a cliffhanger, but thankfully it didn’t try to kill me like some of her pervious ones have.

Oh,the Chemistry !!!
I like this book because of the characters and the plot. You never know what is going to happens next but you can bet it's exciting. Great Characters that's for sure. Absolutely love this instalment by Sarah Piper fantastic story love that it carries on and develop so well. Only thing is Gabriel is a bit of a antihero and I love that about him really enjoyed the fourth series of the conclusion to this. Absolutely fantastic narration as always by Shane East and Vanessa Edwin

Ahhhh, so in love. Not sure who I love more Dorian or Gabriel. Guess I will just have to take both. So glad the wait for book 3 is not long, as whoo, what a way to end this one. Once again Sarah completely lost me to her world and I am not so sure I want to return to reality. Bring on book 3!!!

Thus series is just as amazing as the last, if not better. Reading about Gabriel and Jacinda definitely keeps you on your toes. The twists and turns, the smut and the gore. I loved everything about it. Can't wait to read the next one.

This is one twisted story. These Redthorne men are in it for pain. Physically and mental. However, I honestly think Duchanes really just wants to die. Why mess with Gabriel at all? Why take the chance with his viciousness? Good luck Renault!

It is a beautefull story of a man that is broken and a broken women and you see how they put each other together again. Spice is on point , plot is amazing . The questions that i had at the end of 3th book are now anwserd . Loved reading it

This book was just absolutely amazing. So scorching hot but also heartbreakingly romantic at times too. This book had me on the edge of my seat right up until the end.
