This book is really something else! I suffer from PTSD and anxiety attacks/panic attacks and this book has really helped me the "5 things you can see" method is brilliant! So many of these tips really helped me and at the end there is a list of numbers you can call to get support! I would recommend this book to any one who is suffering a mental health problem because THIS WILL HELP!
I have found it quite difficult to find books to help with anxiety. Some books are too technical, many are by American authors, not that I mind this, but some of the things mentioned in American books do not apply in the UK.
This book is written by someone who has the condition themselves and that has made a difference to me, that the author knows exactly what you are going through. I like the fact you can pick it up and read any section, or you can read the book from start to finish and use what is most appropriate to your own situation. I will use this book and I hope to improve my own mental health reading this and applying some (not all) of the methods the author discusses.

Id give this book 6 stars if i could.. why u ask? ok this author in his own life has went through stress and anxiety, so who better to help you than him, i gotta admire him also, he is a class example of facing it, and coming out the end as a father of his two kids! he is a credit to his family ! i for one in my job as a chef suffer at times from stress.. i will be reading this book over and over! thank you.. looking forward to his next book hoping there is one ! i highly recommend !

150 tips were indeed a lot. Suffering from anxiety it made me feel better. Being able to be calm at work. The format was very easy to understand. It was indeed a good read. If someone is dealing with anxiety then I would recommend this book.
