After a week of reflecting on this book and giving me a book hangover, I have decided to change my rating from four-star to five-star. Please note this book is not for everyone, and that is okay. However, it is for me. It’s not our typical teacher/strudel romance. It’s beyond that and so much more.

Did I mention something about a ritual? No? Well, let me tell you.
At seventeen years of age, Levana Singh's mother decides to sell her virginity (yea, she is far from any caring mother. ) at the secret ritual.
Saint Sebastian Sinclair is intrigued by the masked girl and has chosen Levana. Sparks to fly instantly until Saint breaks the rules and Unmasks the woman and sees it's Levana. Saint then asks her to leave.
A few events happen, and now Levana is back in the states with her father. Saint is called back to his family’s school as a teacher. Mind you; it's a few months later. Who walks into Levana’s history class but Saint himself. It's game on. Levana is not as innocent as Saint thinks she is. It's glorious.
Duality is full of mystery and secrets. So many twists I didn't see coming. I have to say those are the best kind.
As always, the author writes outside the box. It captives you and keeps a grip on you throughout the book. The spicy scenes are always an extra added bonus and don’t disappoint.

So... the MC's tits are called Penelope and Peach... She talks to them and they... ah... they answer her... sorta. I guess that's all that needs to be said about this one. It's all so ludicrous that I can't rate it any less than 5, for the sheer hilariousness of the read.

This book was so much more amazing than I could have expected! Namdhari takes an old story and makes it incredibly fresh and interesting. There are twists in the plot that are unique and actually surprising. There are hints of the paranormal, with destiny and fate interwoven into the narrative. I absolutely loved both Levana and Saint. The entire time, we know that Saint has a secret that has to do with his lineage and family history (Is it a curse? What is it!?), and I could not stop reading trying to figure it out!
My only complaint is that the teaser in the prologue was barely a part of the plot, and the resolution of that felt a little rushed at the end of the book. I would have liked for it to have been more of a focus of the storyline.

Absolutely loved it! Levana Singh is 17 years old when her mother sells her virginity off to the Winthrop Brotherhood where she is chosen by a super hot and mysterious man, Sebastian Sinclair. Imagine her surprise when she realizes her hot new teacher and her masked mystery man are one and the same!
This is my first Charlene Namdhari book and it definitely won’t be my last. The storyline was super original with some fated/mystical elements added to the overall mystery. We have ALL the taboo tropes… age-gap, dad’s best friend, and student/teacher all rolled into one story combined with some BDSM elements. Levana is a curvy and nerdy girl that’s made herself hard on the outside, but still vulnerable to all the crap that life’s dished out. The chemistry between her and Sebastian is super hot and she definitely knows how to push all his buttons. Sebastian is completely obsessed with her - jealous, possessive, and protective of his “Snow” all wrapped up in mister super hot and handsome🥵 The only thing I didn’t like was I felt we had a couple of unanswered questions still in regards with her friendship with Davien Knox, but hopefully the holes will get filled in with the next book? Can’t wait to see where she goes next with the reverse age-gap!

Let me start with saying that age-gap is one of my favourite tropes of all time. That was one of the reason I wanted to read this book and also because I've never read any books from Charlene Namdhari.
This book was soo soo good that I stayed up to 3am reading it 😁. I was pulled within the story in a matter of minutes. Sometimes you expect certain things from a book and just when you're reading them, they turn on 360 degrees when you least expected it.
Snow and Saint were two very interesting people. She is quite young and he is older that her. When I mean older with the saying that he is her teacher is enough. Their first meeting was soo intense. And my curiosity got the better of me to keep turning the pages. There was also quite of long game of tug and pull between and at one point you can't see who is going to give up first to love the other.
There were other tropes within the book that I don't usually read, but In that case they were perfectly presented by the author. The story was really good and the mystery part of it really surprised me, because the author wrote it soo nicely and tender ❤️.
Hmmm....I am forgetting something... Oh, yes... The heat and the smut between Snow and Saint - 🥵🥵🥵. It was a literal 🔥🔥🔥. The sparks were off the charts. It is been a while since I've read soo many erotic scenes within a book.
I loooved it 🔥🔥🔥.

Duality is a journey from the start. There is spice, there is mystery, there is chemistry, there is banter. I had no idea where this story was going at times, but it was one that I found myself struggling to put down. Levana and Saint’s story spans continents and time, but everything is worth it in the end.
I really loved Levana. I felt for her with how her mother treated her throughout the entire story. She loves history, she is insanely sweet and the love she has for her younger sister is strong. She will do anything to make sure that she is safe. Saint is really a mystery for so much of this story. You know there is a some secret about his family and there is a ritual that involves his family, but no idea why. Though, the man is absolutely delicious and I seriously couldn’t get enough of him!
The chemistry between Lee and Saint is insane! I absolutely loved it. I loved everything about their relationship. Even, though Saint tried so hard to fight their connection and not cross those lines given the fact that she is his student and also he is friends with her father and they have a history.
Like all of this authors books, this is really just one that you need to read for yourself.
If you’re looking for an age gap, student/teacher, enemies to lovers, slightly suspenseful romance this is one to check out.

Charlene hooks you in there right from the start, and it's hard to put this book down. Levana lives with her mom and sister in England. Levana first meets Saint when she escapes from her school group tour at Winthrop Castle. Levana takes her sister's place to save her when her mother puts her up for a brotherhood ritual. Between her mom and others, Levana always gets picked on or bullied. When her father finds out, he comes over from the USA and takes the two girls to live with him. Levana can't believe it when they get a substitute teacher, and it's Saint. This one has everything mystery and intrigue and a BDSM age-gap romance. Saint can't figure out what is happening for the first time in his life. He's never felt like this with a woman before in his life. He's usually a one-night-stand guy or goes to a club, but he's falling for Levana. He tries to hold himself back with the age gap and who Lavana is though he is still possessive and looks out for her when she gets herself into strife.
I received an arc for my honest review for NNBB. If you love a fast-paced story, you will love this read. However, heed the author's warning; it is a BDSM age-gap romance if this is not the genre for you.

Charlene has a way with words. She has is able to captivate the read with anything she writes, and she succeeded again with Duality.
I have been so looking forward to reading this book, as soon as Charlene said she was writing a student teacher romance.
Duality is written in dual POV and is a student teacher, older man romance.
I would say whatever categories this book could fit into but I don’t want to give anything away. 😉
Levana hasn’t had it easy in life, with a mum who criticises her with every chance she gets and a low self esteem. There are only a handful of people she can count on and trust. Levana maybe be vulnerable on the inside, but on the outside she is a wild fire. She isn’t afraid of saying things as they are. Even to bullies who just want to put her down.
Saint meets Levana whilst she is on a school trip.
Levana saw Saint with his manhood 😉 in a blondes mouth. She couldn’t help but watch. Until Saint spots her, he tells her off, but Levana has some sass of her own to give. Saint isn’t used to someone disobeying him. He much prefers his females submissive. Which he won’t get with Levana. She loves to you around with him.
Duality is full of twists and turns which keep you guessing. I love that in a book.
With every chapter I just wanted to keep reading.
The chemistry was on point 🤌🏻 and I loved the characters so much.

The push and pull, right and wrong are intriguing and the consequences are damned. There is an undercurrent of a backstory playing out, and you have to keep your wits about you to pick up on the little hints here and there. You will question where this author is taking you? But buckle up, keep reading, the plot twists will have you guessing and guessing, and when the secrets are finally revealed, you will be left wondering how this crazy, talented author comes up with these wicked plots. What I loved, Levana had a backbone even though she was hurt and bullied on so many occasions. She loved fiercely and protected those who deserved her trust. Saint was mysterious with regards to keeping the secrets of the brotherhood. And while he tried hard not to fall for Levan’s antagonizing games, and to keep his distance, she did not make it easy for him.
The chemistry was off the charts, the building anticipation kept your kindle steaming up and we all know this author knows how to keep her audience entertained in that department. I suggest a fan nearby for a certain scene. The author introduced a few characters that have left me fascinated. Rhett seems to be a player, shrouded in the mafia world, but how so? I am not sure, we will have to wait for his story. Overall a unique plot, with well-developed characters that kept me clicking the pages, wanting to know why Saint called Levana, Snow? And what the secret was that seemed to be the unspoken word between the Winthrop brotherhood. Bring on book two Ms. Namdhair, I need to know more!

Where to start…. Charlene writes the most unique stories that completely separate her from the rest…
She has many qualities i love from her …. and Duality has it all …
Steam… the hottest scenes ! Levana and Saints chemistry is instantly electric. their connection is powerful and together they are explosive!
Each encounter was filled with delicious erotic ness, spicy and tingling!
age gap and forbidden only heightens the desire 😍
Saint is one HOT intense, bossy Dominating Alpha and despite Levana’s lack of experience or her young age, her defiance and confidence, courage and strength is a total match for him!
twists… wow! now i won’t lie. i was totally confused but as always it fell together piece by piece and all is revealed… so brilliantly thought out and nothing was how i expected.
Plot…. sometimes you can just guess where the story is heading but honestly i can say i had no clue where Charlene had taken this, a truly captivating read.
Characters - always so many characters to live more than just the main two. I mean anyone else want Rhetts story or even Senior Sinclair or her dad (and that twist ! jaw dropping!)
and also the one character we simply hate, the conniving selfish ones who does nothing to cause trouble.
another unexpected read from this author as quite simply blew me away! There’s loads of re-told fairy tales out there but Charlene just wrote the dirtiest one never been told before….

Sleeping beauty who? Don't know her. I only know Sebastian Sinclair.
Duality was a great read. I very much enjoyed it despite the hiccups caused by the 'Zon. Though I did get an ARC, it stressed me out a bit to not know when it would officially go live.
Sebastian is thirty-five and Levana is seventeen. They do take up a student x teacher romance when he becomes a professor at her new school in California. Though these two - they have previous history. Lee had been prostituted to the "brotherhood* by her mother when she meet, unknowingly, Sebastian for the second time that week.
There is sparks and banter between these two, despite the taboo age gap. Secrets find their way in but that's in no way keeping them away from each other no matter how much they push each other away.
Towards the end of the story, there was a bit of a PNR twist that took me by surprise but I found myself enjoying it nonetheless.

The prologue and the beginning of the book leave you wondering if you are indeed in a student/professor story. As the book unravels, the answer is yes and no, it's so much more than that.
Levana is a beautiful soul, very mature for a 17 years old girl, she's gorgeous and sassy. Unfortunately borned from a bitch of a mother, who fed her insecurities. Fortunately she has a kind father, a trustworthy sister and a fairygod mother as an aunt.
Sebastian/Saint is the whole package : alpha in all his splendor, but hot and cold at the same time and you will understand at the end why.
From the start their chemistry is instantaneaous and grows further all through the book.
As the plot thickens, you're left intrigued, captivated and waiting for the dots to connect. Between the brotherwood, Snow,... the secrets pile up to be unveiled.
Anyway, it's not the usual age-gap romance, it's a beautiful love story mixed with mysteries and very spiced scenes.
Don't miss it, you're in for a ride : once upon a time a prince meets his princess...

Damn I was waiting for to long time for this book and finally when the ARC comes Charlene left me speshles!
Thie is the story of Levana Singh 17yro girl and one school trip that meet her with this dark and mysterious man,who she call him her Winthrop Prince.

i enjoyed the book, as with all Charlene Namdhari books. you never quite get what you expect, in the best possible way, what i expected to be a simple yet naughty teacher student romance is actually something darker and i love it. i will say there are elements that might trigger some people as it is an age gap romance, plus a few other darker moments, so if you think that might be a trigger for you maybe read a few reviews first,
Levana is a great character she is strong and self assured but with moments of vulnerability, i love hows shes not a skinny lass and finds the strength to own it even when others try and tear her down, Sebastian Sinclair. is what you want in a man hes strong, sexy, complex and has principles he fights hard to keep.

This was a no brainer five star read for me! Sebastian "Saint" Sinclair meets his match with the much younger Levana at his family castle one day. Despite the 18 year age gap there is a spark and banter that connects these two. Levana meets him once again unknowingly when her mother tries to sell her virginity to a secret brotherhood that happens to include Saint. As if that weren't enough fate has them cross paths yet once again as student and teacher igniting a forbidden attraction neither can let go of. Despite mutual feelings, Saint has many secrets and a mysterious background that is enough to throw many hurdles into their love story. This book had all the forbidden angst I craved! It was so well written and I felt Lee's pain with the Saint's hot/cold nature. Even more so I didn't see any directions the plot went and found it to be unique. I loved that Lee was a curvy girl with insecurities that felt relatable while Saint struggled with his feelings and family history. There was plenty of steam to be had and the pacing of it felt like it came at the right times. I just absolutely adored this book and hope the series continues with Lee's sister and other side characters.

Wow, I’m speechless after reading this story. This had my stomach in knots from the start and all the way till the end.
This age gap romance was a absolute perfection and I didn’t want this story to end. Saint and Leavana didn’t know they were the perfect soulmates as they first laid eyes on each other. But some source of power kept pulling them together and they overcame the spell that was put in them.
This wasn’t your ordinary love story, the a twist and turns were nothing I expected, it was so much more. The intensity of this story gave me a huge book hangover. I just wanted to shout out to everyone to read it because it was that amazing!!!

Finished this late night.
I think I dreamt of Saint and the dark and delicious man that he is.
I had no idea what to expect wheh i started this book.
I'm a massive fan of Charlene.
I love Charlene and the way she writes.
The plot twists she sews into her stories just blow your mind.
Saint Sinclair did not disappoint. At all. Sir. He is 🥵🥵🥵. He's such a bossy alpha dom. I just can't.....
And Lee.... I love her.
The tension and chemistry between these 2 despite the age gap is off the scales hot.

Levana and Saint have an extremely complicated story. But boy did I enjoy It! This is a emotional journey that I’m happy I took. Levana mother is a mean person without a maternal bone in her body. Levana and her sister have a complicated relationship with both their parents. When they go and live with her father, she is stunned to see someone from her dads past that is now entangled into her life. This story goes back and forth between both families. Each family has their own form of dysfunction and each family has a secret. But boy were these some Doozies! Between family drama, secret societies and the normal teenage drama boy did this book pack a punch. I enjoyed the layered story and amazingly detailed characters. I look forward to reading more books by this author.

This book is so much more then the blurb or an age gap teacher/student. This is a romance of epic proportions. A secret brotherhood, mystery and suspense give an almost fairytale vibe. The spicey push/pull between Levana and Saint is positively delicious. You will have so many questions but at the end you will see how beautifully woven the author wove this story. Fantastic read!

This is my first Charlene Namdhari book and it definitely won’t be my last. The storyline was super original with some fated/mystical elements added to the overall mystery. We have ALL the taboo tropes… age-gap, dad’s best friend, and student/teacher all rolled into one story combined with some BDSM elements. Levana is a curvy and nerdy girl that’s made herself hard on the outside, but still vulnerable to all the crap that life’s dished out. The chemistry between her and Sebastian is super hot and she definitely knows how to push all his buttons. Sebastian is completely obsessed with her - jealous, possessive, and protective of his “Snow” all wrapped up in mister super hot and handsome🥵 The only thing I didn’t like was I felt we had a couple of unanswered questions still in regards with her friendship with Davien Knox, but hopefully the holes will get filled in with the next book? Can’t wait to see where she goes next with the reverse age-gap!
