Alien Abduction

Rate this book
A New-Adult and adult, multi-genre mixed sci-fi, sci-fantasy novel – what does that mean?

Think, a science-fiction romp between Earth and a spacecraft with a hint of saving Planet Earth from invasion.

Think, Mafia daughter sold to another family – will she eventually fall in love with her arranged husband?

Think, romance, sometimes steamy, with all the troubles, tribulations, and excitement it can bring.

“Jodee faces so many dilemmas, the reader can’t help but wonder how she would react in similar circumstances.”

A stand-alone novel but also part two of the Crantis Marcian trilogy where it is preceded by the internationally acclaimed, 5* Alien Affair, also by Stephenson Holt.
Book one has variously described in 5* from The USA, UK, Germany and India as bonkers, sexy, mind bending, mad, witty, erotic, fast moving, well-written, and entertaining. Book two follows a similar path.

Stephenson Holt is an author that physically writes between 5am and 8am each morning, leaving that painting to sketch and dream for the rest of the day. Sometimes he returns into normality but not for long periods. For most of his life he is constructing one novel while sketching the next novel – it keeps the mind fresh.
His favourite sketch and dream places are;-
I. Lying on a beach listening to the waves.
II. A favourite armchair in the conservatory with heavy rain on the roof.
III. Laying in a hot bath staring at a tiled wall.
IV. Sitting next to a canal where he used to fish as a boy.
V. Motorway driving.
VI. That chair in the corner of the greenhouse, shielded from the sun by that grapevine and next to the olive tree, full of bird feeders.
VII. Gardening with a corner of his eye on the sparrow returning to the nest in the eaves above him and imagining he’s the sparrow looking down on himself.
VIII. Running a familiar route where he doesn’t have to concentrate on where he’s going.

When stuck for inspiration he will;-
I. Listen to an episode of “The Invisible College” a series of ten minute podcasts from BBC Radio 4 that sit nicely on an iPod.
II. Listen to a three album collection converted to CD of Jack Kerouac reciting and backed by either piano or saxophone. Including “Poetry for the beat generation” and “American Haikus.”
III. Fight like a superhero with a six year old grandson.
IV. Walk in the hills.

so good!

All I can say is, wow! This book got me so hooked that I stayed up most of the night reading it. I couldn’t put it down! It’s written in first person, with multiple POV‘s. There is alien abduction, evil ex-husband‘s, breeding, and evil aliens trying to take over the world! If you’re looking for a sexy series about a girl trying to find herself, check out this series!

The Return Of The Bonkers But Sexy Sci Fi - Two years after the events of Alien Affair, Jodie and Brad are living a happy and carefree life on a farm. That is until Steve who was presumed dead returns. He immediately asserts himself into Jodie’s life with an ultimatum that see’s Brad leaving the farm. Steve tries to win Jodie back through some truly vile, narcissistic means but Jodie’s love for Brad wins through and they make their escape. However they soon get kidnapped by another Crantis Marcian and they hear of a diabolical and outrageous plot to take over the Earth. As with the previous book this is a sexual explicit and thrilling read. It reminds me of the Emmanuelle in Space movie series but the aliens here are a lot uglier and nastier. I look forward to reading the next book.

This book moves quickly and easily and there's lots going on. The alien turns out to be evil though of course he's good in bed, and the humans have to pull together to beat him and recover some semblance of a life. One thing enjoyable about the aliens is how freely they talk about sex, to the point that everyone else does too, as we might as well just express what's on our minds all the time. It makes for good reading.

Very cleverly written! Gripping read

This is the second book I have read by the author and I enjoyed it as much as the first (if not more)!
It’s not easy to write sci-fi and introduce other genres into the story. It has action, romance, suspense, and dark comedy, and is written in the first person creating tension that pulls the reader in.
Will the earth be saved from an alien invasion?
