The gang now has a new addition, Suriel, who has Cal caught up in an attraction she hasn't quite felt before. After dealing with Seth for a second time, the group goes back to their missions but with another heavy darkness looming over their shoulders once again to spark trouble and mischief.
For the series as a whole, I think this was both a random and interesting way to wrap it up. To me, the book felt rushed and a bit forced in the areas of comedy and spice. It was a decent way to end, but unexpected to say the least. Again, like in book two, I felt like some things were really repetitive and unnecessary to say if you've read the rest of the series. Cal was more or less insufferable this book. I get that being magical makes you more subjective to being horny and such but it was just weird at the end with everything going on in hell and I just wasn't feeling that. Personally, I wasn't feeling this book at all but it was nice to have gotten to read it despite it not being my cup of tea. Like I said in my review for the first book, if you like books that are more spice than plot, give this series a go and see how you like it.
