I really liked Kaley's character. Raised on a farm, she knows the definition of hard work. She is smart, dedicated, and treats those she loves with respect. Her new job, and dream/goal is to be a a respected journalist. Her assignment is to get an official interview with bad boy Colt.

Colt was a member of the MC. He is dedicated to his brother's, and thought of the President, Dax, as close to him as a father would be. Readers will find out early that Colt is in conflict within himself. Money is no problem because he is singer and he inherited his father's farm.

When Colt and Kaley meet, sparks fly. Two people who are just trying to get by, while trying to figure out what they want, and who they are.

Colt and Kaley is a sweet quick read. Not heavily a biker story, more of a mention of the club throughout. Kaley scores an interview with Colt for the paper. She doesn’t really get much to write a story about him, but she ends up getting a lot more of him. Colt is mad when an article she “write” comes out in the local paper. Kaley is appalled when she reads it! She wrote none of it, but we soon find out who did! How will Colt’s reputation recover from the story? Does he even care? Maybe this will be the thing to change Colts life for the better.

This short story is part of the Nomad series, filled with drama and intense chemistry that stirs up tough emotions from the past.

Colt and Kaley share a wild, passionate night that ignites something within Colt, a feeling he hasn't experienced in a long time. Their chemistry is undeniable.

Colt is not only a member of the MC but also a famous singer from a well-known ranching family, constantly under the scrutiny of gossip and rumors.

Despite Kaley being a journalist, Colt takes a chance on her, hoping she will respect his privacy and understand his aversion to interviews.

The story takes an unexpected turn when a blast from Colt's past threatens the new foundation he's trying to build. While the story is mostly light-hearted, Colt's past resurfaces, revealing some heavy truths. Kaley supports him through this turmoil, bringing them closer together. We enjoyed this story in this ongoing series.

This is the 2nd book in this series of short stories, and this is Colt and Kaley’s story. Colt is the son of a wealthy rancher, who left due to family issues, and become a singer, and then he joined the Skulls MC. Kaley is a journalist who is assigned to interview Colt, and there is an intense connection when they meet. This is a well written story which is sweet, and a quick read, with drama, tension, twists, romance, emotions, and love, which leads to a steamy page turner. I look forward to reading more from this gifted author whose work I highly recommend.

Colt and Kaley are a sweet couple. This is the story of the start of their relationship. They seem to have a lot in common and a real connection, which I liked.

I loved this short, and sweet story, it is less a MC story and more a tale of 2 people meeting and overcoming a family drama.

I found no typos or spelling mistakes, nor did I find any continuity issues. This is a well written story, told with skill, the characters are believable and I wanted to keep reading it was just that good.

This is Colt and Kaley's romance story. It's a well written, easy flowing and entertaining read that is focused on the main characters and not on the MC lifestyle.
The characters are likable and the storyline is filled with instant chemistry, passion, steamy love scenes and a bit of drama that will keep you interested.

Colt & Kaley is a stunningly sweet romance filled with colorful characters, a complex back story, and plenty of steam. I love how Jessie Cooke continues to build the world of the Skulls MC through her love-story novellas. Mixing in the cowboy elements makes it even hotter, and the way that Colt and Kaley each navigate their worlds as they continue to collide is awesome.

Kaley is a reporter and goes to the MC house. Colt is instantly attracted to Kaley. All is not what it seems, there is a twist and and Kaley is sent there for a purpose. This is a great story, and it is was a pleasure to read. I really enjoyed this story.

Really enjoyed Jessie Cooke is a new author for me. I've always loved MC books, Kaley is a reporter who did an interview with Colt who is a musician but the article she wrote and turned in isn't what was published. Turns out Colt's past is about to make a return.
