If, like me, you're a bit of a novice in the world of real estate, this is a great book to give you the essential background, particularly if you're considering a career in property. It's well set out in clear sections which you can dip into, and it breaks down much of the jargon while also pointing the reader to texts and other sources for further reading if required.

Can thoroughly recommend it.
