I Know this is a bad idea. But I think I might take a break from this, and wait a minute to read the last book. Hopefully I’ll come back to it and finish the series….but maybe don’t hold your breath?

Im still liking it.
I feel the same as I did with the other books, my mood is just shifting and Im finding it a little hard to concentrate on it.
I think im gonna read an old favorite of mine, and then hopefully I’ll be ready to finish the series.🤞🏻

Another good edition to the series I really enjoyed this third book and here Olivia discovers her final mate Sebastian who is a snake shifter. He’s been stuck in his huge snake form for the last five years following some serious emotional trauma but one whiff of Jonah’s blood piques his interest as he doesn’t smell quite human. Sebastian comes on board the mate train a lot quicker than Trace did he’s lonely and isolated living alone in the wild and craving a family to call his own. He’s quite close to his animal and it seems to be very close to the surface making him at times almost animalistic in his behaviour.

Lucas is now back from time spent recovering with his treasure and Jonah’s metamorphosis is progressing at a rapid rate with it all finally coming to a head in a dramatic conclusion. This was enjoyable and well written and an easy read I’m anticipating the finale to the series and excited to discover how things will now play out.

Wonderful continuation of the story!! Although that ending killed me!! Trixie is a secret Goddess and I am in love with Sebastian. Maya is always full of surprises!! She is the Queen of the cliffs…even though this one wasn’t too bad lol. I can’t wait to find out what happens next Olivia deserves her HEA and so does my sweet Jonah.

Wild read 😀
It’s certainly building up in this third instalment!
Recovering from the tornado at the end of the last book there’s a lot of destruction caused, and this certainly doesn’t help Olivia’s concern that she’s a danger to those around her 😣 but thankfully Trace, Lucas and Jonah are absolutely dedicated to their mate and continuously show her she’s their everything 😍
Yet the prophecy and dagger determine that there’s another mate out there for her, a creature of the wild, and Seb certainly has that wild edge to him 😏 but he also has a pure innocence that they all ultimately realise he needs protecting 🥰 there some HAWT scenes in this book with a real mix up 🔥
There’s also a lot going on with Jonah and his wolf…be prepared for some developments there!!
There’s also more questions raised about the dagger and the prophecy and the true intent behind them 😬
It will be interesting to see how this all ties up in the last book!

This was my first solo series that I have read by Maya Nicole & it was an excellent choice. This book is an amazing combination of paranormal meets an epic quest. And how the hell can you go wrong with a epic quest?

Oliva is a wonderful character who has had horrible luck with life, one mistake has cost her so much. In this book we add the final member of her harem and it is an interesting addition we don’t get much time with him and I can’t wait to learn more. There is also a few other changes going on with another one of the men that I can’t wait to see the result of.

The Narrators, Bridget & Jake Bordeaux do an absolutely phenomenal job with this audiobook. They completely bring the characters to life & this story was amazing to listen to. I cannot wait for the next book to come out on audiobook! I need book 4 ASAP!

First and foremost, does this book bring the spice? Yes. Is there more Lucas and Trace lovin? Yes. Does Jonah still like to direct? Thank God, yes!

In addition to all that, one of the things I really love about this series is the natural character development and relationship building. Even the damn chicken is growing on me! (Don't @ me all you Trixie fans.)

At this point Olivia and her guys know they're headed to find the newest member of their team, but there continue to be developments within established group as well. Be prepared for some serious Jonah dominance.

She warns you at the beginning that it ends on a cliffhanger, but let's be honest, we all know Maya would never do us dirty by not resolving it all in the last book. Right?!

Smut book - 3.5 stars

If you don’t like smut you’re shit outta luck. After the destruction of the Texas Ranch, the merry band of misfits makes their way to Florida in the RV, where a new mate is found: Sebastian (the snake shifter). This mate totally got shafted. We get almost no connection with him, and he’s not very likeable. Not because of his personality, but because of his shifted form. His snake is sketchy. It just goes to show, the books get progressively less concerned with character development and emotional intimacy. Not that this YA author has any clue about real emotional depth. Also, the whole anthropomorphized dagger gets a bit old in this book. Isn’t it time we found out what the hell this thing is actually doing, instead of giving it a personality??? 🙄

The heroine gets laid, but otherwise is pretty irrelevant and sidelined in her own harem because of the antics of the men.

This book picks up right where the last book left off and we are off following Olivia on another journey following the dagger to her next mate. In this book, we get to see the previously found mates and Olivia forge their relationships with each other and form stronger bonds. In this book, we meet Sebastian who has a very sad backstory and is clearly very naive and needs protection from the world. This installment really hits you hard in the emotions, in the best way possible, and really speaks to how people carry their insecurities with them and allow them to self-sabotage and doubt those around them.

OMG. These guys crack me up. Their banter with each other is fantastic. They are always rubbing each other and cracking jokes. It’s fantastic.

Sebastian is so sweet and I just wanna hug him. How sad his life was. He needs all the hugs and love.

This book was great but something is up with that chicken. I can't stand Trixie. As for the new mate coming in, Sebastian as the character I can see a lot coming from him, pardon the pun, but his introduction to the book seemed lacking, I feel like he needs more to him or his story. He was just so easily adjusted after spending so much time as his snake. But the sex scene with him was fantastic and made me quite jealous. Jonah is getting on my nerves with this alpha stuff. I hope this transition helps him and we get to his story soon.

This is the third book in Maya Nicole’s her creatures series ! This book picks up right where the last one left off.. thank goodness because that cliffhanger was rough!! We get to see the relationship between Olivia and her mates develop. And of course they are off on their adventure to find the creature of the wild. This dagger is starting to make me very suspicious so I hope it really is helping her. Jonah definitely has some struggles in this book but seems to rise above them. Love this series and can’t wait for the final book.. especially since this one ends on another cliffhanger!!

This series just keeps getting better and better. I read this book in one sitting. That is how much I love this authors writing.

We are in book 3 of this series. Olivia is still following the dagger to her fated mates. Harlow is looking a little worse for wear. She is being controlled by someone. Olivia is unable to stop following the dagger. She needs to fulfill the prophesy. She meets her final mate in this book, I think. He is a snake. Lots of Trixie in this book, I love that chicken. I just want to squeeze her (lol).

The steam in this book is way up there. I love it. The steamy scenes make me fan myself.

Amazing Series!!
I know I’m starting to sound like a broken record, but I love everything about this series. The storyline, the character development, the relationships between Olivia and her men and their relationships with each other, the chemistry, the mystery….just “chef’s kiss”. In this installment we meet Sebastian and he just broke my heart a little. What a cinnamon roll with a heart breaking past. And the ending…not horrific, but man I need the last book. My poor Jonah!!! I love going on this quest with Olivia and her men. I think I’ll be sad when it’s over.

Book 3 of this series didn't disappoint! It picks up right after the tornado from book 2 and continues Olivia's quest to find all her mates and figure out where the dagger is leading and whether its a good thing or has more sinister agenda. Olivia finds her next mate, Sebestian, who is a snake shifter which leads to some interesting interactions. His back story breaks my heart and I hope we find out more in the next book. Book ends on another little cliffhanger, eagerly awaiting the next book.

This series… wow just wow. Every book seems to be better then the last and that is making me even more excited for the final book. However I really don’t want this story to end, I love Olivia and all her guys. We get to meet a mate and he is just perfect. This book has a lot going with the dagger, the prophecy, and one of they guys animal. There are some pretty steamy scenes and of course everyone’s favorite chicken Trixie trying to steal the show. There is a bit of a cliffhanger hanger, nothing terrible, but I can’t wait for the next book to come out!!

I think Sebastian is my new favorite character!! I just love everything about him and he’s such an amazing guy with a broken background. He really needs this group, as do all of them in their own ways. Olivia is steadily working on her relationships with her men while trying to find out where her life is headed and there’s a ton of pressure because everything feels like it’s on a really short time frame. Things are coming to a head and we are finding out new things about Olivia and her men as their powers/abilities morph. There’s a lot more on the horizon!!

Oh this series just keeps getting better. This book takes us on another wild ride as we keep going and following the dagger that will lead us to Olivia's next mate. And he is hot. And a snake. Named Sebastian. Things are heating up between Olivia and her mates. And Lucas and Jonah are heating up as well. Ohh the MM scenes in this one. I have a feeling more MM action is in store for us because there's definitely some hints. Book 4 is slated for next year and I can't wait. The conclusion is bound to be epic.

Once I hit play I had to know what was going to happen next! This series is such a refreshing change and is just full of the unexpected and oddness. I love that way the author approaches mate finding the way the knife is is just running amok! Every new book leaves you growling for more with these killer cliffhangers!


Really can’t wait to get my hands on the next audiobook! Love love love these narrators! They just nail it on the head every single time! Loved the sssssweet way they approach all the characters!

i’m still enjoying it however the smut is getting to me. the series is moving very slow with no real movement as far finding out who is behind all this. another reason why the smut is annoying is i rather have them go on dates and stuff like in the first book. in the first two books it made sense for things to go slow bec we saw olivia bonding with her guys but now i’m tired. at least the books are short. i just know the ending will wrapped up too easily bec we don’t have much left. hopefully not and i’m wrong. anyways on to the next book.

This is the third book of the series. It was so good. It hit an emotional high with the insecurities of everyone and how they work through it. You could feel the emotions they all struggle with. You will also laugh so hard and the steam is off the charts. This has been one of by far my favorite series by the author. Each book is always an anticipation of wondering what is going to happen next! Highly recommend this book and this series.

This is the third book in The Her Creatures series and picks up from where book 2 finishes. You will find this book to be just as enjoyable as the first two infact all Maya's books are great reads and yet again ends on another cliffhanger.Yet again we find Olivia meeting a potential mate, the steam is off the chart and her harem has a great relationship going on even with the Insecurities that seem to rise. This book will give you a good laughter whilst reading

This is the 3rd in the series and it might just be my favorite. You get to meet a whole new mate of Olivia's, but that's not the entire book. You get to see development for the group as a whole. You get to see individual development, and growth. The whole story line with the dagger has me more roped in, and on edge with what will happen next!! There is another cliff hanger which I don't mind. But OMG I cannot wait to read what will happen next !!!

There was some serious spice that was top notch. I’m usually not a fan of growing harems but I’ve enjoyed the new addition in this story. I’m very intrigued to see how the next book goes.

Excited for the final

I am in love with these characters and their story, everyone has their own trauma and they are all coming together to conquer it. The smut was so yummy especially the Skype call 🔥🥵 the harem has really worked well as a group 😉

I'm so excited for the final book but also sad to let these guys go 🖤 it has been such a fun read. From the belly laughs and snorting to covering half the page so I can't skip over anything in my excitement.

This book comes back swinging after the cliffhanger we had in the last book. In this one we see a more emotional side of things for all of the characters as well as Jonah transforming and becoming more like his wolf. We are also introduced to Sebastian who they find in Florida in the Everglades. Learning to add a new person to their pack already formed is flowing easily. I really enjoyed this and it was spicy. I can't wait to read the final book!

Creature of the Wild is book 3 in the the series that leaves you with a serious cliffhanger. But also a new member to her harem. A snake shifter Sebastian. He seems young, and sweet, but he has a very distinct other side...or wicked tongue...

Why alpha

I love the new character of sebastian, the adorable snale shifter with a wicked tongue. Im also really glad Trace is okay after the end of the last book. But im hating the changes to jonah, i loved him in the first book when he was sweet and nice and slim, but now hes just kept growing and getting more muscular and hes gotten really dominant and angry, making all the other characters "submit" so he can be alpha- thats gross and i hate it. I want the cutie back.

Is this a great work of literature? No. Is it ridiculous and entertaining? Absolutely! Wait until they get to Texas and can’t stop talking about the chicken. I could not stop laughing. 🤣 It’s beyond ridiculous 🤣 And OTT smut, if that’s what you’re looking for.

I’ve enjoyed the interconnected series and the journeys each have taken to find their mates. It’s been a creative and entertaining ride.
