First half of the novel is a series of idiotic but hilarious misunderstandings. The author made MC to one of the silly/s*upid cute type (he's not dumb, but can come off as a little... not all there) but it's not as bad as the ones that are missing half their brains trying to be cute. ML is at first skeptical because he happens to listen on some rather inappropriate thoughts, then extremely protective as he falls in love. Their relationship is pretty cute.
Main issue with this: novel is supposed to be pretty comedic, which is fine if you hold that for everything, but I was extremely uncomfortable with how they treated the father. He's a sh*tty character but if they were going to make out the other "elder" figures to be such great people, given the circumstances, I don't think the father warranted anything like what happened. Would've preferred the others treated worse to lessen the annoyance of double standards. 3 because of this and because I started getting rather bored. (Disclaimer: I don't love stupidity and lack of logic/comedic effect for the sake of comedy, so this novel didn't quite suit my tastes. If you like silly (傻白甜 style) MCs then this may be good for you)

altough there's a plot hole but it's oke la..the story very sweet with just itsi bitsy conflict. from all the character i dislike MC father, his IQ unbearable. there's a lil bit action fighting zerg. love MC and ML interaction, the missunderstanding tho make me laugh. overall it's a good story to rilex and enjoy my time

I WON'T BE SWAYED BY FLUFFY EXTRAS

After the majority of the novel was quite detailed around plot progression, they actually dissolved ECO and destroyed the Zerg star in around 5 chapters. Like what? And since it was a big info-dump, it was SO boring.

Even if I love the main cp and Yi Nuo is such an entertaining MC early on, the info-dump was just too much.

We stan the little fish cub tho, would've loved to see more of Li Yue since his personality seems like such my cup of tea.

Ps: I must say I knew they somehow would overcome the mc being immortal but still, the little cloud thing was quite convenient not really in a good way since it was solved immediately.
