Lung was the Minister of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of China in 2012-2014.
Long Yingtai is an amazing writer and the love for her two babies is quite deep in the book. It is also very interesting to see the funny family moments from her calm writing.
From the title of this book, the author wants her child to grow up slowly , she's not rushing anything . The author writes down all the memorable moments she had with her 2 sons . She shares her experience and her feelings.Only when her son is in university does she realise that her son has grown up and wishes that he would grow up slowly hence the name.
This book is a really touching book, you can feel the emotions of the author through words and this book will make you think of how time flies.
this story is about the life of a mother with her husband which is from another country and also her sons, the writer could write about her feelings clearly for how she feels about her sons grew up, and she also clearly described how they grew up.
Great book that describe the inner emotions and thoughts of a mom so well. Would recommend it to all moms.
I really like the way she writes prose. So beautiful and you can just sit back and relax with a nice cup of team. I'm on to reading other books by the same author.
