Yes, I did it in ten days! To be honest, I don't usually complete these challenges, but I was ready.
Each day is clear and very helpful. I have initiated some habit changes (like "No Facebook in the morning!) and have found my confidence and courage to keep working on these things. Yes, it feels good. I do believe that small steps can lead to great successes.
To do the work in each chapter will require more than 30 minutes a day though. If you are seriously committed you will take the time needed.
The title makes this sound a bit Law of Attraction-y, which it isn't at all, and to be honest I'm sceptical most people do it in the 10 days as planned, but there are some good, practical tips and exercises if you want to make positive changes.
