No practical guidance of how long and what order to take so many vitamins. You need to talk to your primary care, which is controversial to what the author noted, that the physicians don't want you to take too many vitamins due to the lack of sufficient scientific research. I read the book in two days, maybe I will try some recommended vitamins, after talking to my doctor.
