In this case, Creating Cooperative and Collaborative Work Relationships is book number 6. In this phase, Donahue explains the differences between a good boos and the type of leader everyone wants around. I really liked this book. I believe it is important to treat people like humans and not numbers, especially in the workplace, and with this reading, I was able to learn more and understand the approach I can have with someone if we are just kind. Respect is the number one key when it comes to laying a foundation for a proper relationship and Donahue is here to teach exactly that. I recommend this to anyone in a leader or higher rank.
