Londyn’s been attracted to bad boys before and has always gotten hurt. That’s why even though she’s attracted to Maverick, she has to stay away from him. Maverick has just gotten out of jail after three years. He sees Londyn and knows she’s the one for him. This was a quick read with likeable characters. Both Maverick and Londyn have pasts they need to let go in order to be great together. They have a great connection and lots of chemistry. Can’t wait to see who Jameson falls for. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Maverick is out of prison after 3years now he moved to Daisy Hills to get on his feet again. He meets Londyn and they develop a huge crush on each other, but Londyn is hesitant to go after a bad boy. Bad past relationships made her hesitant. Instalove, sweet, romantic, fun to read, steamy and with a sweet HEA and no drama😍😍😍😍

I love these short romantic reads, and all the books set in Daisy Hills are great. This series of bad boys, however, is my favourite. We've met Londyn before and I was looking forward to her finding her HEA. Maverick is a great character, and I particularly enjoyed the sensual build up in this story. Who doesn't love cupcakes, after all? It's great to get a peek into the lives of earlier characters, too. Counting the days until the next one is released!.

Fun with Fudge Frosting
Maverick is the fourth book in the Bad Boys of Daisy Hills series and this one I fell in love with. The story is about Londyn Moore, who we first met in Lawson as she is his younger sister. Londyn came to town two years ago following Lawson. She was hired by Hazel at the Dress for Days store, even though Londyn never wears a dress. In the last two years Londyn has found her calling as she has an innate sense of what dress will look great on what woman and just how to style things. Even as Londyn has settled into the welcoming and warm Daisy Hills community she still finds it hard to let her guard down and trust people. So when she first spotted Maverick Erickson, the newest bad boy to come to town, she knew she needed to stay far away, as she has always been drawn to the bad boys even when they are not good for her. Maverick came to town a few months ago to work at the Daisy Hills Ranch after he was released from prison on parole. He has never worked on a ranch before but he has found he enjoys it a lot. Maverick was in prison for assault because of a fight he got into, after someone said something bad about his older brother who is dead. He knows his temper had gotten away from him, and it was not the first time, but he has found some peace in the Daisy Hills community. What he was not expecting to find was a curvy spitfire with purple streaks in her hair that sets his soul on fire and other parts of his body. But it seems that Londyn has been hiding from him so he has not had an opportunity to put his considerable charms to work. That is until she runs straight into him and smushs her celebratory oreo cupcake all over herself and then smears it on his face when he deems to tease her. Let's just say that it is going to take more than just a replacement cupcake and a slip of a paper to make things right and finally get the girl of his dreams in his arms forever.
I am so happy that we got Londyn's story and that she finds her very good bad boy who does not break her heart but cherishes it and her instead. Maverick is a man who did some very stupid things when he could not handle his own emotions before. But now he knows what he wants and has found his place and what will become his community and family. This is a great addition to the bad boy series and also a great addition to the community of Daisy Hills.

This is book four of the Bad Boys of Daisy Hills series and the main characters are Londyn and Maverick. Londyn had moved to Daisy Hills to be with her brother, after an abusive relationship and now works in the local dress shop, finding her calling in being able to know straight away what dress will suit a customer best. Even though she herself never wears a dress! Maverick was offered a second chance with a job on the local ranch, after he was released from prison. He is a ranch hand but has no previous experience of working on a ranch. He likes the hard work which allows him to forget about his past and why he ended up in prison. Everyone looks at him as a bad boy, but none know his actual past, nor why he ended up in prison. He fell for Londyn the very first time he saw her, but believes she would never go for someone like him.
Amazingly, his boss and others in the town seem to be pushing him into action with Londyn, obviously seeing how they react around each other. When Londyn walks straight into him in the street, while looking at her lovely cupcake she just bought herself as congratulations for a promotion at work, the heat between them is obvious. Londyn had sworn off bad boys but there is something somewhat different about Maverick. She has tried to avoid any places he might end up in the small town, but it doesn’t work when even the bakery owner is against her wish to be left alone and passes on her address. He goes to her home and asks her out on a date and as they say, it starts from there! This is a very short but steamy instalove romance set in Daisy Hills, with the bad boy never being quite as bad as they might seem and a curvy woman falling for them. Always with a HEA ending. This is book four of the Bad Boys of Daisy Hills series each book reads as a standalone and each has its own bad boy hero and the queen who brings them to their knees. What most don’t realize is a lot happens in small towns and there is a bad boy or two in every small town and they are trouble magnets. Londyn hasn’t had the best experience with bad boys in fact the trauma she endured by his hands have her a little leery of all guys but especially those with a reputation proceeding them, moving to a small town to rebuild her herself and make a life for herself meeting someone was the last thing on her list. So, when she meets the sexy local bad boy well that is her cue to stay far away from him even though the connection is there her plan is to total ignore it and him. Maverick sexy as all get out local bad boy but overall good guy meeting the new girl in town has him wanting to get to know him but all she does is avoid him at all costs and no matter how hard he tries to get her attention ends with her ignoring him. The connection was instant and insane neither can forget they met the other so fate is stepping in making sure they meet by them bump into each other literally outside of the bakery and the magnetic pull is stronger than the first time they met and this time he isn’t letting her get away this time, he will show her that he really is a good guy who won’t mistreat, hurt her in any way but will she give him a chance to show her, is she ready for another relationship, and will they find happiness?.

Roller coaster of emotions
This book is about Londyn and Maverick. She’s lived in Daisy Hills for almost two years, and has settled into the small town beautifully. She’s now celebrating a promotion she’s been given at Dresses for Days, and treats herself to a celebratory cupcake from the local bakery, where Cassidy has made a special one just for her. When Londyn leaves the bakery, she’s so fixated on looking at her cupcake that she doesn’t see the brick wall of a man she unceremoniously slams into! He manages to stop her from falling onto the ground, but her precious cupcake isn’t so lucky.
Maverick seems out of place in Daisy Hills, and Londyn hopes he’s just passing through. He’s the type of bad boy she thinks she needs to avoid – no matter how much time he takes up in her head. But he’s been given a chance to step back into society after a stint in jail, working at the ranch. So he’s definitely sticking around for now, and he’s also definitely noticed Londyn, and has been thinking about her since he moved there weeks ago. And a trip to the bakery gives him the opportunity to start to make amends and get to know the curvy beauty.
It’s an entertaining story that’s fun, funny, sweet and steamy – a great combination! This pair fall hard and fast, so maybe it is something in the water! I’m looking forward to Jameson’s story next, and am hoping to get an insight into what happens for this coupe next. I give this book four and a quarter stars.

My one and only complaint is that I wish we knew more about Londyn, but as it's a novella I'll let that slide.
This book has definite insta-love vibes even if the two major love interests have been in town scoping each other out for a while. Even if one of them avoids the other like the plague because of their past.
Londyn is adorable and getting her life together after a series of unfortunate relationships and events in her life. She's bubbly enough that the people of this town take her in and see her as one of their own and they try as hard as they can to break down her walls and get her to let them in.
Maverick is a reformed bad boy whose found a home in Daisy Hills and is looking at Londyn like she's the answer to a very important question.
All in all, the steam is done tastefully and is a delight to read. Their cute short story gives you all the facets you're looking for in a novella that promises a HEA.

Londyn is attracted to Maverick but is wary because of being hurt before. She stops into a local bakery to get a treat after getting a promotion at work. On her way home she runs right into Maverick wrecking her cupcake. Upset because its ruined and all over her top she smashes some of it onto Maverick. Mavericks runs into the bakery to get her a replacement when he gets some help locating where Londyn lives. When he shows up, she is still cleaning her top, so she answers the door in a cami top. Sparks fly between them as he gives her the cupcake. When he sees chocolate close to her neck he leans in and licks it off her. Is this the start of something between them? Will she give Maverick a chance?
This is a great story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is book number 4 of the Bad Boys of Daisy Hills series and focuses on Maverick and Londyn. Maverick is new to town after serving his time in prison and has his sights set on the girl that stole all of his attention. He knows that they are meant to be together and that she wants him as much as he wants her, despite her attempts to stay away from him. Londyn has been actively avoiding Maverick because of a traumatic experience from her past. Thankfully, Maverick is determined to win over his girl and willing to prove that he is the one for her. I absolutely loved this story! This is my first read from this series but I already know I’ll be continuing this series.

I enjoyed this romance story with all of the characters. The two main characters were Londyn and Maverick.
Londyn is celebrate her promotion by going to a bakery to pick up a gourmet cupcake. While leaving the bakery she dumps into Maverick and mess up her cupcake. He makes her mad by what he said to her.
Maverick has decided that he want to date Londyn. She been avoiding him. While going into the bakery he dumps into her. She not to happy with him. They both argue with each other until she leaves. He decides to buy her another cupcake and deliver it to her.
This was a short romance story that had quite a bit of steamy parts. It also had a few funny parts that had me giggling to.

I could not put this book down until it was finished, I loved every part of it. Hot and steamy, instant attraction, & two great characters.

When she moved to town, she was determined to build a life for herself. When she and Maverick first meet there is a connection one Londyn tries very hard to deny but when they bump into each other outside of the bakery the sparks are undeniable. Will Maverick get his chance to knock those walls down around Londyn's heart and will it lead them to a happily ever after? This book had me in their corner cheering for them to find their happiness!

This was a really cute and steamy instalove romance. I loved the cupcake scene and I mourned the demise of the cupcake. I liked the build up of the story but I missed a bit of reasoning behind Londyn agreeing to the date with Maverick but apart from that I really liked the story and I look forward to the next book in the series.

Londyn has lived in Daisy Hills for two years she won’t make friends and she definitely stays away from bad boys because of her past and she will definitely stay away from bad boy Maverick who has only been in town for 3 weeks he’s sexy but dangerous so when Londyn see’s Maverick she runs the other way even though she doesn’t really want to. I loved this short story and the characters and I highly recommend this book it’s well worth the read.

It's been awhile since I read Kali's work and coming back with this bad boy book was HOT with the MCs having intense chemistry. It was nice to have everybody in town cheering for the couple. No angst...romance and a lot of love...NICE!.

This is a short sizzling hot romance between Maverick and Londyn. She's fighting the pull toward him. Will he win her over? It's well written with descriptive scenes and is a great novella. I enjoyed reading their story.

Ms Hart has written a great series, we have arrived at part 4 of the Bad Boys of Daisy Hills series. Part 4 takes us into the story of Maverick and Londyn. And as we all know that when you live in a small town everyone knows each other and also knows everything about each other. Their story was enjoyable to read and also funny, how despite living in a small town and Londyn still suffers from a broken heart, they grow closer to each other. I haven't read all the books in this series yet, but I'm definitely going to read the others. I highly recommend reading this book and the others.

Oh Maverick!
I read this book in one sitting. I love the characters and their storylines. Bad boy Maverick is attracted to Londyn, he's trying get her attention. I read this book in one sitting. I love the characters and their storylines. Bad boy Maverick is attracted to Londyn, he's trying get her attention. This is such a fun read and good addition to the "Bad Boys of Daisy Hills" series. It is a short quick and stand alone read about Maverick and Londyn. Maverick has just gotten out of prison and sees Londyn and knows she is the one for him. Londyn who has been hurt in the past is a bit hesitant to start anything with him. This is a entertaining, cute and sweet story with some definite sexy.

The author has given us a quick read that pulls us into the lives of Maverick and Londyn and does not let go. They each have moved to Daisy Hills, hoping they can leave their pasts behind them.

I’m a New Daisy Hills Fan!
Kali Hart’s “Maverick,” Book 4 of the Bad Boys of Daisy Hills series of short instalove contemporary romances, is the first title I’ve had the chance to read in her Daisy Hills world, and I don’t know why I didn’t pick one up sooner!!! Maverick is a super-sexy paroled ex-con working on a ranch in the small town of Daisy Hills, but don’t let that little tidbit of info fool you - he’s a big, beautiful man with a heart ready for love despite the fact that he might be a little rough around the edges. Having been burned too many times to count, the gorgeous and guarded Londyn is apprehensive about letting Maverick get close, making their road to HEA all the sweeter when it comes together. This one is sweet, sexy, and packed with relatable characters that we can’t help but love. Now I gotta go find the rest of them!!!
