She has self-published four novels since 2015, Tess, Hidden Gems, Arcadia Deception and its sequel, Flight Control. After six years living in a motor home including several months in the Yukon during gold mining season, she and her husband settled on Vancouver Island, sold their home on wheels and began their newest adventure—grandparenting, retirement, and putting down roots. "Hidden Gems" is the perfect title for this lighthearted mystery.
Who are these 10 individuals and why were they selected to live rent-free in a gated community?
Like an 'ensemble' TV show, layers are revealed, characters interact, details fit together, and the reader begins to guess.
Curiosity keeps the pages turning. Descriptions bring realism. Lovable characters, each with a past and a dream, make this story memorable.

I have read all four of Terry Leinemann's books now. Her latest, Hiddens Gems has to be my favorite so far. You quickly get drawn into the new world for ten strangers. They all seem to have their own secrets and you can't help but want to keep reading to find out more about their pasts and why they have all been brought to this walled community.
