USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR Hope Ford brings you a steamy cowboy romance about forbidden love and the lengths a cowboy will go to for the woman he loves.

Amanda

I might be young and naïve, but I’m not stupid enough to fall in love with my family’s enemy.

You know that old story about the Hatfields and McCoys? Well, in our case, we’re the McCoys and they’re the Bryants. Fence line disputes, cattle crossing to the wrong land, you name it, they’ve been fighting about it. I’m not sure Chance Bryant realizes I’m a McCoy the first time he asks me out. That time I’m able to say no. But eventually I can’t ignore his charm, and I definitely can’t ignore those lines that fan out from his soulful brown eyes. We have to keep this a secret, though, because if my brothers find out, they’ll kill him.

Chance

I’m too old to play stupid rivalry games. I want Amanda, and she will be mine, no matter what.

The first time I catch sight of the curvy new owner of the local bookstore, I’m a goner. I don’t care that I’m nearly a decade older than her or that she’s an innocent. I especially don’t care that our families have been fighting over trivial things for the better part of forty years. What I do care about is how it feels when I make her smile. And how those lush curves feel pressed against my body. I’ll do whatever I have to to claim this woman and make her mine, body and soul.

Savage Cowboy is the fourth book in the Whiskey Bryant Brothers series. If you love reading alpha cowboy, forbidden love, secret baby, small town romances, then you’ll love Chance and Amanda’s story. Each book in the series is a standalone.

Very Sweet.

Loved it. The only thing I would change is make the hero grovel a little bit more. I think she gave in way too fast. Then again, it’s a short read but who doesn’t love a tortured hero that has to grovel?

Todos en este libro son una red flag, el male mc y la familia de la protagonista son de terror. Ninguno respeta nada. Me caen todos mal. Finalmente termine está serie 🥳🥳

From the first time that Chance saw Amanda he was enchanted so when she declines his offer of a date it only makes him more determined. When he finds out she is part of the family that his family has a feud with he isn’t deterred and now he just needs to convince her.

Amanda knows that her overprotective family would never agree to her dating Chance due to the feud, but she wasn’t prepared for his determination. Before she knows it, they are involved in a secret relationship but what happens when her family finds out?

A charming cowboy meets his match in a bookstore owner so despite the fact they had some turmoil to overcome there was no denying they belonged together.

Hope Ford has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Amanda and Chance. Chance is a cowboy and works on his family ranch. When he sees Amanda, he wants to know her. He has asked her out but she turned him down without giving him a reason. Chance is outside talking to his brother Giffin and this is when he finds out that Amanda is a McCoy. His family and the McCoys have been at odds with each other for a long time. Griffin is at Amanda's bookstore to support his fiance Hailey. She is an author and has a book signing at the bookstore. Chance goes into the bookstore with Griffin and waits to talk to Amanda. When everyone leaves the store, she asks him "Is there something you need?" He tells her that there is but it isn't a book. He tells her that he wants to take her out to eat. She tells him that it would not work out for them since their families don't get along. He tells her that he doesn't care, he wants to get to know her. She is still giving him a hard time about the date. They agree to go out to dinner that night but something comes up and they have to reschedule the date. When they go on their date, they have a good time and Chance knows that she is it for him. Chance goes to the bookstore to see Amanda every day and they have been seeing each other for about a month when they first sleep together. Chance doesn't use protection and after they talk about it. He tells her no matter what happens, he would be there for her. Chance has decided to go and talk to Amanda's father. Chance tells him that he loved Amanda and wanted to marry her. Amanda's father tells Chance that Amanda hated living on the ranch and if he made her move to Chance's ranch then it would drain the life out of her. When Chance leaves, he goes to see Amanda. The first thing he asks when he sees Amanda is "Why did you hate the ranch?' She tells him that she doesn't hate the ranch, she just doesn't like her family's ranch since it reminds her of her mother. He tells her that things between them will not work out. She tries to get him to explain but he doesn't. He walks away from her. Amanda talks to Hailey and is told that she would be there in twenty minutes. When Hailey gets to Amanda's apartment, Amanda tells her what has happened. They are talking and Amanda tells her that she thinks that she is pregnant. Hailey goes to the store and buys a pregnancy test. It comes back positive. Hailey asked, "Are you going to tell Chance?" Amanda tells her that he didn't want her and that she is not going to force him into something he doesn't want. Hailey goes back home and she lets him have it and tells him that Amanda is pregnant. Hailey tells Chance that Amanda is not doing well. Chance leaves and goes over to Amanda's. When he gets there, she is not sure she wants to talk to him. He tells her that he is sorry and he would never leave her again. She and the baby meant the world to him and he would spend the rest of his life proving it to her.
Will Amanda and Chance work things out between them?

Chance and Amanda are the forbidden love. One is a McCoy and the other a Bryant. Their families have been feuding for years but Chance isn’t going to let a feud stop him from finding love. A sweet instalove with drama as always. I love this series and I am so glad chance got his HEA.

2.5⭐️ I think I've had enough of cowboys for now. These Bryant brothers fell in love easily and liked to imagine their girl getting pregnant. The first book was my favorite from this series because King was really good to Natalie’s son. The rest of them are so-so.

I loved this book! I thought Chance and Amanda were awesome together their intense connection and chemistry. Chance and Amanda's family have been feuding for decades but once Chance gets a look Amanda for the first time years, he knows then that she is the woman for him. Amanda is hesitant to following her feelings for Chance because of their feuding families but she can't help but fall in love. These two have a little bit of a bumpy road, thanks to outside people, but they do get a really sweet HEA. I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait to see what Ms. Hope has in store for us next!.

Think the Hatfield’s and McCoy’s yep but fate don’t care, and the heart wants who the heart wants this is book four of the Whiskey Valley Brother’s and each one reads as a standalone but connect through each of the brother’s if you haven’t read the other’s it isn’t necessary to understand but why not read them each one grabs you and holds you until the last page has been turned. Their families have been feuding for so long that no one really knows the reason why, yet the feud continues. Amanda sweet, has so much pressure on her because she is the youngest, the only girl, lives with overprotective brother, parents and she has crushed on only one man, but his last name is Bryant although that hasn’t stopped her. Chance sexy as all get out Bryant has eyes for Amanda only from the moment, he laid eyes on her but know they can’t have anything serious without offending their family and yet in his heart he knew she was the one for him. The attraction is insanely intense, and the magnetic pull can’t be ignored so they give him but determined to keep their feelings a secret although that doesn’t stop the relationship from developing to something neither of them can walk away from. Amanda knew her brothers would act a little overboard but some of the things they said their actions was just ridiculous considering the families don’t even know how, why, when, the feud started. Chance realizes he loves her and being the man he was raised to be goes over to speak with her father needless to say things didn’t go as planned and breaking it off with Amanda hurt them both considering he promised to he wouldn’t ever hurt her but the pain she feels is mirrored in the pain he feels but will they work it out, what did her father say to make him walk away, will they teach their family love conquers all especially feuds, and will he get their own HEA?.

2.5 stars. ⭐️⭐️💫

This was on par with the previous book in the series. I’m not a fan of the instant attraction trope, and I felt that this was just again too fast for my liking. Our main characters were pretty bland as well.

We follow the final brother in this series, Chance Bryant. He’s got a bachelor image and he says whatever he thinks and when he meets Amanda McCoy in her bookshop he is instantly smitten and asks her out on a date there and then. Only for her to decline his offer, due to the fact she’s a McCoy and that her family and his have been rivals for 40 years. Chance however doesn’t care about that and only wants her and will do whatever it takes to keep her.

My main issue again was it being an insta-love scenario and I thought the heroine was too ott and generic, like with the previous book’s heroine (faithful cowboy). The spice was cute, as have all the books in this series have been. Again, it was short and quick and did deliver what it promised but as someone who’s sped through these novellas this week, I can’t lie and say I’m glad it’s over 🤧.

They’re great little palette cleansers overall and my overall score for the WHOLE SERIES COMBINED would be a 3/5 🌟. But they didn’t do too much for me in the end, but I’m glad to have checked out Hope Ford still and I am still intrigued by some of her other books that are on my tbr! I used this series as a trial run to see how things would good.

Overall this book in particular was quite mediocre and simple. I liked our hero’s flirty and determined attitude and the romance was sweet in places but all in all nothing amazing or memorable 🙁. It’s a quick book to pass the time with and that if you are falling behind on your reading challenges, then it’s handy for that 👍🏻😅.

This is an insta-love between Chance and Amanda. These two come from neighboring ranching families who do not like one another. Chase and his brother's manage the ranch as their parents are deceased and Amanda is the youngest and only daughter who no longer lives at the ranch with her father and brothers. Amanda lives above her bookstore in town and that is where Chance ran into her. He was with his brother and was not aware who she was... but one he found out, he didn't care. He wants to start a relationship with Amanda and has a hard time getting her to have dinner with him. When she finally does, he basically wants to woo her and tells her he is going to have a talk with her father as he doesn't want any secrets.
It was a cute story, not too long but had enough meat to keep me interested. Not sure where the Savage part of the cowboy was, but overall a nice read!.

This is the 4th in the Whiskey Valley Bryant Brothers series and it is a wonderful love story. The feud between the McCoy's and the Bryant's has been going on so long that no one knows why they are feuding. When Chance Bryant first sees Amanda he falls in love immediately, claiming it is love at first sight. When Chance finds out Amanda is a McCoy he decides he needs her anyway. But can Chance ever hope to win Amanda's love when she is afraid to let him close because she is a McCoy. To Chance it doesn't matter who Amanda is he is going to have her, he wants her for his wife. This is a really great read with the perfect amount of misunderstandings and great steamy scenes. These two really need to fight for their love and I really liked this book. Great reading!.

I absolutely loved this story. Chance and Amanda are wonderful. Chance falls for Amada the moment he sees her not knowing she is a McCoy and that the Bryant's and McCoys have had a long standing feud between them. No one really even knows why since it started long ago. All Chance knows is that he will stop at nothing to make Amanda his and marry her. Amanda has been raised by her father and her four brothers since her mother died years ago. She knows there is a feud between the families and having overprotective brothers she tries to stay clear of Chace. She feels the pull between and can't deny it any longer. There is a bit of drama caused by her father when Chance goes to meet him and let him know he is in love with Amanda and intends to marry her. Everything is eventually settled and the two are able to get their HEA.

This is the fourth story in the "Whiskey Valley: Bryant Brothers" series and the final Bryant brother finds love! The series is about four brothers King, Chance, Griffin and Ryan Bryant, who own and run the Double B Ranch. It is a stand alone read with connected characters. This one features Amanda, Chance and a family feud. Chance sees her and the attraction is instant and he asks her out but she declines. His brother finally lets him know that Amanda is a McCoy. Their family and his have been at odds for a very long time. That does not stop Chance from pursuing Amanda. This is a good short story with a surprise pregnancy and strong, likable characters. The story is sweet, sexy and cute. Chance and Amanda have some bumps in the road before they finally get their touching happy ending.

It's love at first sight for Chance Bryant, the last of the four Bryant brothers to find love in Book 4 of Hope Ford's Whiskey Valley: Bryant Brothers series. The only problem: the object of his affection is a McCoy, the ranching family with whom the Bryants have a long-standing feud. It takes a while for Chance to convince Amanda, who owns the bookstore in town, to even agree to a date. However, before long the two are inseparable. But though the Bryants are quick to give their blessing to the couple whose chemistry is palpable to all who can see, will the McCoys be quite so quick to forgive?

A fabulously swoon-worthy and steamy romance, Chance and Amanda just may be my favourite couple in the series (but I probably say that with each new book ;) )

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. The Bryants and McCoys have been neighbors and enemies for decades. That isn't going to make a lot of difference when love gets involved. Chance knows that Amanda is special from the beginning. She also feels that attraction but is worried about her family's reaction. He more than proves himself to her but then misconstrued statements lead him to end things with her. A surprise brings gives them the chance to clear things up. Amanda and her family have a falling out but Chance is all about making his woman happy. This was one of my favorite stores by Tory. It has all the emotions, great characters and written well. Chance never wanted to hurt her but he fixes his mistakes.

This is the fourth tale of the Bryant Brothers and is Chance and Amanda's story.

Chance sees Amanda at the bookstore when his future sister-in-law has book signing. Unable to keep his eyes off her, he is determined to ask her out, even if she is from a family, his family has been feuding with for years.

Chance and Amanda's journey is filled with past hurts, unknowns and loving families and love that grows with each passing day. Chance knows and understands the tensions between the families, but he is not going to let this stop him. What brings him stopping in his tracks is when he is told that Amanda does not want to live on a ranch. Amanda's reason will grab at your heart and have you needing a moment. But when the truth comes out, the passion is hot, and the love is pure.

I enjoyed the realistic truth to Amanda's first time in this story. So often the only time you hear about the blood and pain of a woman's first time is in a historical romance, but this one was truthful about it and for that I'm appreciative. However, in the same breath I call them careless because Chance waits until after the deed is done to question about birth control. Seriously, that is a discussion you have upfront. I get it, she's your one, but still, protection man. However, as is always true in romance novels, there is a happy ending and everyone gets what they want and everyone is happy. It even tugs a bit at the heartstrings.

This is book number 4 of the Whiskey Valley: Bryant Brothers series and focuses on Chance and Amanda. Chance fell for Amanda at first sight and knew that she was meant to be his. Unfortunately, their families have neighboring ranches and have been feuding for decades. Because of this, Amanda is initially hesitant to allow her feelings for Chance to grow because of who their families are. Chance isn’t having any of that and knows that she is meant to be his everything, despite who her family is. They end up falling hard for each other but outside influences cause Chance to break both of their hearts. This was a great addition to the series.

This was a fantastic instalove cowboy romance. I love the way Hope Ford creates worlds that keep growing and evolving, stories that interconnect with so many others but they can all still be read and enjoyed totally individually. This story had characters from previous stories and yes it added to my enjoyment that I had read those, but this story didn’t need that as it worked so well on its own.

Chance and Amanda had an uphill battle to get together from the start but that didn’t stop them. They had such a great connection and I loved them together. The little bit of drama was a bit heartbreaking but at least it wasn’t drawn out too long. I simply loved this story.

This was a cute story about a bookstore owner who falls for a cowboy while helping a friend launch a new book with a book signing in her store. Chance falls for Amanda as soon as he sees her in the bookstore and doesn’t know she’s McCoy (think Hatfields and McCoy) who they are supposed to be involved in a 40 Year feud with. He asks her to go out time and again even with her brothers trying to run him off and she finally agrees. There are some bumps in the road for these two but their love for each other will over come any obstacles put in their way. I highly recommend this book if you’re looking for a sweet, fast romance with a HEA.

The truth is that I don't have many opinions about this book, it is a short book, it adheres very well to the cliche that it has, the truth is that in my opinion it is a book to spend an afternoon but it is not really a great story, it is not like, for example, the third book in the saga that really has several phrases that you can tune into, that's fine.

Wowsa this book was absolutely fantastic and had me enthralled from the beginning until the end and the storyline flowed throughout the book. With the families of the McCoys and Bryant's not getting along can Chance get the woman of his dreams to go out with him? Amanda is the only girl and the youngest considered the baby in the McCoy family has feelings for Chance Bryant can they make it work between them or will her family ruin everything? This was such a fantastic story and I felt the emotions of the characters and their pain. Hope did it again with another fantastic book.

This book was incredible!! It is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. I enjoyed this book so much. Amanda McCoy’s family has a long standing feud with Chance Bryant’s family. Too bad for Chance because he wants Amanda to be his wife! One look at her and he is convinced.
There was definite steam once Amanda feels the pull to Chance. There is so much trying to keep them apart but they manage to fight their way through it all.
This author is one of my favorites. Hope Ford can write a wonderful book that you can step into and forget about everything else.

This was a fantastic ending to the Bryant brothers stories! As soon as he set eyes on her in the bookstore Chance knew Amanda was his one, his future wife. He couldn’t understand her refusal to go out with him until he discovered she was a McCoy. Their families had been in a feud for 40 years. That was not going to stop Chance. He was determined to make Amanda is wife. Wonderfully written story with lots of chemistry, hot and steamy scenes and kind, loving hero. An interfering father causes a misunderstanding and a lot of hurt but Chance and Amanda fight hard for their HEA.

Another Bryant brother finds love. Chance sees Amanda and instantly knows she’s the one for him. He doesn’t realize that her last name is McCoy, the family his family has had a feud with for years. That doesn’t matter because the feelings are mutual and love concurs all. This was an instant attraction age gap romance. Chance was kind, caring and patient with Amanda until she was ready to see that what they had was real. Amanda was sweet and even though there were meddling family members trying to keep them apart, she was strong enough to finally stand up for herself and grasp what she truly wanted. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
