While this installment of The Lycans has a bit less plot than some of the other books, it was still an enjoyable read and steamy AF. Sebastian gives top-notch dirty talk (and follow-through!)!!

I love when jenika does vampires 😈😈😈
We got to see Sebastian in the last few books and he's as crazy as Adyran but not super crazy but definitely close to the top.

He's doing justice making sure these humans who are trapping supernatural monsters to torture and do other horrible things to them. As the Assembly falls Sebastian gets sent to another dimension where he's found by another creatures who he takes a bite out of. Turns out it's his mate and she's not to happy. Ada is a Fae and has been though hell also her wings were ripped out, scars and so on she's sassy and gives Sebastian piece of her mind but the more they travel together and lean on one another in this world the more she falls for him. They go though few more rough times before they are rescued. I loved that Ada got her revenge on the person who ripped out her wings Sebastian doesn't play. We get sneak of the next book 🥰🥰🥰
Feels like a maid/prince type can't wait to see what happens.

What in the ever-loving crack did these vampires inhale?! First Adryan (book 5) and now his cousin, Sebastian. These men are sooo freaking filthy, and the mouths on them, gawd, I looove it! 🥵😂 Oh, let's not forget they're also psychotic. So if readers are looking for some hot but psychotic men, then look no further. 🤣

Anyway, this was the continuation after the assembly came to an end. Larkin, the FMC from the prior book, managed to find a way to escape and ran into Sebastian while he was being dragged by two human guards. He realized she was Odhryn's mate, and she became the needed distraction for him to break free from his shackles and unleash his psychotic side. 😅

So, he let all the otherworld creatures out of their cages, and they went ahead, and they burned the place down. But there was this one creature that could open a vortex, and just like that, Sebastian and Ada found themselves tossed into another dimension (they still didn't know about each other, atp). In that dimension, I think a few days passed before she saw him unconscious. She realized he was her mate, so she took care of him and helped him get better.

Anyway, long story short, Sebastian woke up and then realized the same thing. Obviously, he became Ada's lovable but also annoying psychotic OTT mate. 🤭

I think I really liked this story because of the FMC. Among all the women in this series, I think Ada stands out as the most fiery and spunky. She stood her ground most of the time and really tried to resist the connection they had.

And, Sebastian wasn't a fan of that. 😅 He's too cocky, bordering on arrogant most times, as he usually gets his way. But his mate keeps on challenging him. As much as this pisses him off, it also makes him more obsessed because she always knows how to take him down a notch.

It's funny how these two, with their totally different personalities, just click so well together. They give as good as they get, and I love the the back-and-forth dynamic between them.

Also, they’re really into the same stuff when it comes to the physical aspect. They both love roughing it up, which is why most of their scenes are crazy hawt. These two really are freaks in the sheets. 🥵

Anyway, this was chaotic and fun. I had a good time than I expected. And I'm glad that the organization that hurt them was falling slowly and piece by piece.

PS. I was totally surprised by the minor daddy kink! 😂 I'm not a fan of that, but somehow that works for them, and they definitely made it hooot. 🤭

The perfect alpha asshole does exist and his name is Sebastian who is an unhinged vampire! He is the. type of man who will kill anyone who looks at you, touches you, or even breathes around you type of man and we love to see it. Oh and did I mention he is also a virgin too??? AHHH!!! Also, he is the type of man who is only SOFT and SWEET for his mate only.

The rundown...After escaping a facility where creatures are locked up and used as torture experiments he literally wakes up to find his fated mate. A gorgeously stunning Fae woman named Ada and he immediately attacks her and drinks her blood - my bad! They realize they are on some different plane or dimension and have to find a way of of it but in the mean time they are going to bang out their frustration with the situation with each other!

I really loved towards the end (not a spoiler) she is seeing a therapist for her trauma and Sebastian encourages it because he wants the best for her - "I needed her to heal, not for me - never for me - but for her"

Jenika can literally write her grocery list and it will be the sexiest thing ever. She always delivers on spice and loves to have her characters just get straight up nasty. I love to see it!!!

This was my first pick from the series but I was still able to follow through pretty easily!
Jenika Snow perfectly knows how to write excellent novellas without (hardly ever) compromising great MCs, story development, plot, characters' depth and LOTS and lots of hot steamy scenes. I don't know how she does it but she manages to find the perfect balance and give it all!

The Fall is the seventh book in The Lycans series and features Sebastian and Ada. What is it about the whole “you’re mine” mentality that just really gets me going?

“You’re mine.”
I didn’t respond because I knew he wasn’t looking for an answer. He was stating a fact.
“And anyone who touches what’s mine is dead.”

Gets me EVERY TIME. Sebastian was all violent, growly and grumpy and Ada was his.

“Mmm,” he hummed and I braced my hands on the wall to steady myself. “You know what you smell like?” He said in a low voice that I felt the vibrations right between my legs. “Mine. You smell like mine.”

See what I mean? Yeah you do…

This series has been such a guilty pleasure of mine and Jenika has been on her A game with the engaging and intriguing plots and hot as hell steam. We know in the last book that Sebastian is the enforcer for Adryan - the leader of the US vampires - and has infiltrated the Assembly to take them apart and bathe in their blood for their horrific acts on Otherworldly creatures. It’s here that he finds his mate Ada but the two of them are sucked into another dimension.

Ada, a Fae female, recognizes Sebastian as her fated mate but she also realizes he is a loose cannon with red flags flying proudly. She isn’t so sure she wants such a domineering male in her life but Sebastian breaks down her walls and the two of them claim each other despite the predicament they are in. With danger all around them and the fact they are in another world, will they make it out?

Ada and Sebastian were such a fun couple. While this was definitely steamy and kinky, there was a wonderfully written slow burn to it as well. When they did claim each other, it was so satisfying.

“Fuck, I want to bite you so badly.” He pressed his thigh between my legs, lifting it up slightly so pressure was placed right at the most intimate part of me. “I want to take my fill of you, drink from you until I’m drunk.” He purred against my throat. “I want to part your thighs and sink in deep, forcing myself as far into your sweet cunt as I can get until you don’t know where you begin and I end.”

Ada was a kickass heroine with wit and intelligence that rivaled Sebastian and Sebastian was possessive and unapologetically alpha. Full of violence, steam, action, suspense and decent character development...I definitely recommend this to all those out there who like shorter PNR with delicious dirty talk. I’m looking forward to Lennox’s story!

Edit : I finally had the time and chance to read this. Three sparkling stars just because I feel like something is missing. I wasn't satisfied with the ending and feel like the novel was so short for me, idk. But then, I liked the plot, writing, storyline. it just kinda fell short at the ending some of the remaining chapters were sorta rushed and all.

por fin finalizó la saga e incluso me releí los tres libros que ya me había leído, y estuvo bueno. en este me dieron un buena historia y me gustó que Sebastián fuera loquito pero NO al nivel de Adryan. lo de viajar a una nueva dimensión estuvo bueno (porque se salió de lo que ya habíamos visto en los otros libros) pero casi que la mitad fue aburrido porque no hacían nada. sin embargo, me faltó que pasara más.

I have been reading this series for a while now and this one brought something completely new into the picture, a new and exciting setting. 👏🏽 This story follows Sebastian (I have been so excited for his book!) and Ada who get thrown through a portal into a different dimension where they must rely on each other for survival. Sebastian is a protective overbearing alpha male vampire who is used to getting his way and Ada is a strong-willed fae who finds him difficult to get along with at first and pushes back at his overly protective behavior. I absolutely loved their relationship and the angst between them. And as always with this series the spice was *chefs kiss 🤌🏽🔥 Another great read from Jenika’s Lycans series!

The Otherworldly creatures that have been taken hostage and tortured for The Assembly and humans sick pleasure are finally free from this facility. And that’s exactly where Sebastian and Ada were… until they were thrusted into another dimension.

With Sebastian unconscious, Ada a fae, found this vampire and instantly knew it was her mate. She brought him back to a cave she found.

This is a enemies to lovers- quick- hot and steamy romance. Ada isn’t too pleased with Sebastian‘s bruntness and his instant possessiveness… especially when the first thing he did when he woke up was nearly drain her dry of her blood.

He’s enthralled by her. A tiny fae with pale skin, red hair, freckles all over. She’s gorgeous.

“You’re my mate. You’re mine. I’m going to look at you, revel in the fact I found my female after all this time.”

Sebastian never thought in 1 million years that he would ever find his mate. Certainly not in a different dimension trapped in a cave where it seems like the sun never goes down. But he’s got a find a way to keep his mate safe and fed… except there’s other otherworldly creatures out there…
And they’re not so nice.

While getting to know each other, they also need to survive and try to find a way back home. It’s a story of survival in a place that’s unknown to them.
And also trying to get to know each other.

Of course it has HEA. And there’s going to be yet another book in the series for a character that I personally have been waiting for!! We’re going back to lycans!

Vampires yay!! My favorite paranormal creatures…there’s just something about the immortal, dark anti-hero (and maybe I’ve watched too much Vampire Diaries back in the days…;-))

Sebastian was a prime specimen, let me tell you! Ruthless, super (and I mean mega over the top) protective, badass, possessive as heck, jealous and the best dirty talker. Ada was a fierce little fae, tiny bit mighty! This is kind of instalove because it involves fated mates, but I love that. There is a tiny bit of enemies to lovers vibe, but both feel the connection instantly. These two are thrust into another dimension and have to fight their way out. Loved all the action scenes, the steamy spice and some sweet romance. Even though this is the last book in the series (so far), it can easily be read as a standalone. Loved it!!

Jenika’s Lycan series is just so delicious. My favorite queen of smut perfectly marries the eroctic with the paranormal- so many growly alphas, Otherworldly characters, supernatural danger, and SPICE! I can’t get enough of it-I just gobble them all right up, like a sinful piece of cake.

This outing features the stoic vampire Sebastian and tinkerbelleesque fae Ada, mates whose paths first cross during a chaotic Otherworldly-led rescue and destroy mission against the manacial Assembly. Ada has been tortured merciless for the sick pleasures of rich men, and Sebastian is there to do lots of destroying, and both find themselves thrust into a separate dimension after a otherworldly blast.

This is a fast, action packed, and steamy read. Ada is a total spitfire, but isn’t scared to lean into a mating, and Sebasastian is a big ole growly vampire with a big appetite and even bigger protective streak. Jenika isolates them in another realm, forcing them to get to know each other, which gives this book a bit of that desert island/marooned vibe. The spice is ultra spicey, as always. I didn’t quite feel the chemistry between these two as much as I have from others in the series- perhaps because Sebastian starts out just so detached, but it’s a fun ride, and I’m super excited for the story that’s next. I love love the lycans best, and this one has been brewing for a minute.

The two are left to deal with accepting the mating bond, past trauma Ada suffered at the hands of humans and being in a world they don’t know. Our pair have a rough start but once instinct takes over… be ready. I feel like every new book Jenika releases get dirtier ams dirtier & i am here for it!! Y’all.. fuuck it gets hot. I loved how filthy Sebastian was, the nasty mf.

I loved how Sebastian just knew what he wanted, and that Ada gave him the sass of his life. Their banter was top notch and made for long and satisfying foreplay when they finally gave in to the mate bond. Whats filthier than his mouth? The spice!

This book was SOOO deliciously good and I cant wait for more of Jenika's top tier alpha men

“I now realize that before you I was dead. The living dead. Only surviving.” My chest ached; my heart seized. “I’ll never let you go. I’d rather die than let that happen.”

Ada was perfect for Sebastian. He needed someone who could match his cheeky nature. There banter was great, and it made me laugh. Ada did frustrate me at times, given she often had to say something borderline bitchy, however she was self aware and after everything she had been through I get.

In terms of spice, this book is definitely one my favorites in the series. There wasn't much, but Sebastian was the kinky freak I knew he would be. The scenes were beautifully written and just a great time to read.

I have a soft spot for the Diablos, he's right solitude isn't a good time. Certainly hope he finds his mate soon.

Overall I loved that this book was vastly different in terms of setting. Taking place mostly in a alternate dimension was fascinating. And the way they escaped and the outcome of the assembly was a great plot twist. I enjoyed reading Sebastian and Ada's story. However I would have liked to read more about Sebastian times within the assembly. Something was missing, can't really put my thumb on it, but I just needed more.

Both MCs had tragic past, but Ada said it best, "It was now my turn to get a happily ever after. It was now both of our turns."

Once again Jenika Snow highlights the importance of therapy, and I'm here for it.

Can't wait for book 8!

Sebastian you primal beast of a motherfuucka. I just cannot with you. OMG Jenika, yes, you have convinced me to read all your books miss ma'am. I have been waiting for this book for a while now.

Sebastian was on a mission and he LUCKILY met his feisty mate Ada and he found his reason to live. He never ever thought he would find his mate, but there she is boys. ADA! The red-haired fae who will fight you and kick your ass.

Both of them have very ooof tempers and imagine the tension between the two! Daddy Sebastian has been so protective AF of her and would never let her go and will do anything to be mated with her.

Ada is just ahhh! We love her she just is WILD and she matches our man Sebastian in every way. I see why he is so hesitant in letting her go. She does have her own traumas that Sebastian is willing to avenge on behalf of her! OMG YES, LETS FREAKING GO!!!! You will unlock every kink in this book and you don't need to read the other books before this sooo you definitely need to read this!

The Fall by Jenika Snow was one hot, steamy, crazy intense paranormal romance! We've been getting a few glimpses of Sebastian, and I was thrilled that he finally found his mate, Ada! However, their journey to HEA was full of spicy twists and thrilling turns that I couldn't get enough of. Sebastian is a vampire on a mission, but when he and a little redheaded stubborn fae, named Ada to get sucked into a portal that leads to another dimension these two are forced together to find their way out. Sebastian is a strong-willed protective dominant alpha vampire that knows he has found his mate in Ada. Ada is a little reluctant at first but realizes the instant lust and attraction are there, and she can only deny herself for so long. When these two get together their chemistry is blazing hot, and will make you blush a bit! (Thanks Jenika.) Trouble is lurking and soon these two find themselves in a bit of danger.

Overall, I enjoyed this book! If you are a fan of Jenika's Lycans Series, Sebastian and Ada's romance is the perfect addition to a dangerously, hot, and sexy PNR series! This book has adventure, HOT steamy times, strong and heroic MCs, suspense, and a HEA that will make you FALL in love with Sebastian and Ada. I always look forward to more from Jenika Snow!

The Fall was an okay read. While I loved the romance and spice, the overall plot felt a bit too rushed and underwhelming.

It is dual POVs of the main characters and has some amazing tropes like: enemies to lovers, forced proximity, size difference, and fated mates.

While this book is a standalone, it is the seventh book in The Lycans series. I haven’t read the prior books and to be honest I did have a hard time following the world, history and conflict these characters were experiencing. So I would recommend just reading the prior books in the series for a better understanding of the world and history.

The writing overall was pretty good but the plot definitely could have been a bit better. Again it just felt very rushed and more smut-driven, which I didn’t mind but would have liked a bit more story development.

The romance between the main characters was quite steamy, passionate and intense. While, it did feel more physical driven to be honest they still had great tension and banter. The spice was definitely the main highlight of this book; just so well written and kinky. I also loved the possessive hero who would do anything for his girl.

The ending was a bit rushed as well but nonetheless still enjoyable. I will say though, the epilogue isn’t about the main characters but sets up the story for the next character and their book, which was fine but I would have liked it to have been about the main characters more.

Overall, just a decent read with some great spice.

I haven’t read the rest of this series but they can be read as standalones. I really enjoyed this and I can’t wait to read the others in the Lycans series.
The beginning gave me serious Underworld vibes, Sebastian and Ada our MC’s are trying to escape The Assembly, a group of corrupt humans. The building their being held captive in is collapsing with a bunch of Otherworld creatures trying to get out as well. As their escaping they get thrown through a portal to another dimension and have to rely on each other to survive and find their way back home.
Sebastian is the definition of an overbearing alpha asshole. He will stop at nothing to make sure his mate is safe and taken care of.
Ada is a a feisty little fae who tries her best to push Sebastian away but can’t deny the attraction there. The push and pull between them is so great!
The spice was…..hot af 🥵 Sebastian like to have control and he won’t have it any other way! He never hid his need to have Ada.
I love how Jenika Snow writes smut and I cannot wait to read more!

The Fall was a lot of fun and super spicy!

This is my first book in Snow's Lycans series but I had no trouble following along or understanding the world. This actually reminded me a lot of Kresley Cole's Imortals After Dark series. In particular this reminded me a bit of her story Lothaire.
I really enjoyed Ada's character. She may be tiny but she was definitely feisty! She was not a pushover, even with her fated mate Sebastian. Sebastian was a killing machine who cared about no one but his mate and let me tell you I was a fan. I love the "touch her and you die" trope and we get that here in spades. I also found the plot line interesting.
And the spice! Snow certainly delivered the chili peppers in The Fall. Some of those scenes will be replaying in my mind for rest of the month. I mean *furiously fans self*
This was also super easy to read and I read it practically in one sitting. Snow is quickly becoming a new favorite author. I will for sure go back and read the other Lycans books. (Especially if they are this steamy!)
I would recommend if you enjoy: alpha male who's soft spot is his mate, touch her and you die vibes, awesome heroine, villain gets the girl, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, fated mates and of course spice!

So it’s no secret that I am absolutely obsessed with pretty much everything Jenika writes…

…and the Lycan series has me forever hooked and be one of my favorite series always. I thought that Bite Marks checked all my vampire boxes…well let me tell you, I was wrong! Move over Adryan, here comes Daddy Seb!

I was absolutely obsessed with Ada and her spitfire/survivor attitude. I love how this is not an immediate love story and they banter like no other. Sebastian is super cocky, insanely hot, and very possessive. (What’s not to love)

To say Sebastian is “skilled” in the sheets is a severe understatement. He lit my Kindle on fire 🔥 The dirty talk was immaculate, the spicy scenes were on point, and don’t even get me started on the sneak preview we got for the next Lycan in book.

Honest ARC review: This book was packed with adventure and action but also a good helping of spice. Sebastian is a beast of a man. He is a vampire that is known for being vicious and bloodthirsty. He has been going through life emotionless and clings to loyalty of his family. When he is thrust into a different dimension and saved by a female he is overcome by emotion. Ada is a fae that has been tortured at the hands of the Assembly. When she is blasted into a different dimension she finds a vampire passed out and instant,y knows she has to help him. These two had the best bickering and tension. Sebastian is just completely obsessed with Ada and loves the fact that she is feisty. Ada is trying to resist Sebastian and his arrogance but she can only hold out so long before she gives into their connection. I really enjoyed reading this book and would definitely suggest it!

This! Book! Holy Geez! I love some Jenika Snow & she killed it once again. If you haven’t read anything by her, stop waiting. This one is a fantastic place to start, especially if you’re all paranormal romance with delectable smut but a great storyline too! ⭐️5/5 + 🌶 5/5, no doubt!

Sebastian & Ada. Wow. 🥵 I always know I’m in for a treat with Jenika’s writing but every book I read seems to blow the previous one out of the water. HOW?! The sass. The spicy hatred. Vampire. Fae. I love a good possessive alpha. I LIVE for a strong female main character because wilted flowers aren’t my style. I mean, if you want a book that will have your blood pumping & leaving you a little breathless, even - make this your next read!

The Fall by Jenika Snow is the seventh book in her Lycan’s series. This is vampire Sebastian and faerie Ada’s story.

Sebastian let himself get kidnapped by the Assembly - a group of evil humans that likes to torture Otherworldly creatures for money and kicks. Sebastian was there to kick a$$ and take down the Assembly. Little did he know that he would meet his fated mate.

Ada was under the control of the Assembly. She had been drugged, hurt and held captive. All that changed when she and Sebastian were knocked into another realm.

The fated mates have to work together to survive. This couple is drawn together and needs each other. Sebastian is head over heels for Ada and will give his life to protect her. There are some really hot scenes between the two of them. Very good read!

This was my first full length story from Jenika Snow. I love how this author does NOT hold back with all the kinds of fun play 🔥

Sebastian is a emotionless vampire. Ada is a spitfire tiny fae. Reading how these two come together was awesome. Sebastian has some serious personal growth through this story, and it totally melted my heart. Ada is small but fierce. She does not shy away from danger or Sebastian. These two together are just perfection.

My only complaint is on myself. I should have gone back to read at least book 5/6 before starting this one. At times I felt a little confused, but had I read the 2 books before, I think my questions would have been answered. I plan to go back and read the previous books, I’m in love with these characters.

The Fall is the seventh book in her “The Lycans” series.
It’s a paranormal romance that gives us enemies to lovers, fated mates, forced proximity, a possessive alpha and a sassy heroine. With a whole lot of spice.

A vampire and a fae. What can happen when you’ve been transported (blasted) to whole new dimension? Well, other than unknown creatures and world, you find out you’re stuck there with your fated. Fun, huh?

Ada and Sebastian’s chemistry was, mmm, *chef’s kiss.* And let me tell you, Sebastian has got a mouth on him, lordt. Filthy, filthy man. *winks*

I enjoyed this book and can not wait to continue reading more from this author.

Finally, we got Sebastian's story, and I couldn't put the book down.

Jenika did not hold back, and I couldn't get enough of Sebastian and Ada.

Sebastian is a dirty-talking possessive alpha vampire. Ada is a sassy fae who gives Sebastian a run for his money.

Despite being fated mates, Sebastian and Ada are thrown into a world they are unfamiliar with, and they must work together to find their way home.

Jenika knows how to write spice, and let me tell you; the spice was off the charts; it's always panty melting. They were hilarious; each was stubborn and fiery, making great entertaining banter.

We got a little taste of the next book, and I can't wait to read Lennox's story!!
