Once again the author heads off in another direction. This time he blends together a mixture of romance, academia, humor, crime and a dash of fine cuisine. Add this book to your summer reading list and you won't be disappointed. Amusez-vous!
Well, this book is a significant departure from author Johnson’s usual fare of intrigue, mayhem and murder. We are transported to lovely Hickston College on the verdant banks of the Hudson River in the Spring. Romance blooms, but Johnson introduces various complications to its successful culmination. Will two young professors overcome many obstacles, mostly humorous, and allow cupid to successfully shoot home his arrows? You must read this thoroughly enjoyable book to find out. Highly recommended
I liked this book. Grant had a lot of potential to give and Miranda was the perfect person to show him that. There were some chapters that I didn't think were necessary but overall, it was good
