I absolutely love my Dire Wolves! Gorri-Sensei really brought the magic with this one. This whole series has been just magic and filled with such great stories! Phoenix and Tracey shared such an amazing story and once again Gorri is full of surprises this story. We run into some familiar faces this book and that makes me smile as well. Our favorite Macconwood beachside Oasis is in full swing hooking up yet another couple. The chemistry and comedy is on point in this book. I laughed out loud a few times at Traceys bungling mistakes and embarrassing moments but that was part of her cute charm and I think part of the sizzling attraction that her wolf liked. In typical Gorri fashion we are faced with lots of do’s and don’ts on how to raise your kiddos and family values. If anyone knows Gorri she is super mom and wife extraordinaire. So she loves to incorporate these loving moments into her books. I know I’ve mentioned this in my reviews and I’ll continue to do so. It’s what makes her books so great. It’s one of the secrets to her success. It’s one of the great building blocks. Great story, great world building, great characters, great background but also great backstory and great side characters. You must hit all boxes and Gorri does that and then some! She always has her readers in mind when she writes a story and each time I read one of her books I am literally transported where she wants to take me and I get that full experience each and every time. She brings nonstop magic to her readers and it’s beyond a gift and a treasure to those that have been graced to read her work. Now, I cannot wait for Thor’s book. It’s going to be extremely powerful I know this with all of my being. Seeing Derrick and Lucy again makes me want to reread their book. I loved them so much. Definitely sign up for these Dire Wolves. Gorri did such a great job here. Each and every book is magnificent! This grumpy bear gives this book 5 cosmic stars 💥💥💥💥💥 and as a whole the series gets 5 meteors ☄️☄️☄️☄️☄️

Phoenix and Tracey's Story . . .
Phoenix Tala is restless, his Dire Wolf acting strange and anxious. So he takes a road trip from his MC to relax. He ends up in Maccon City, New Jersey. The hotel has an area for just shifters, but the regular part of the hotel was booked.
Tracey Donner has been putting up with her parents’ disapproval for too long. After a shopping trip where her mother continuously berates her, she has had enough. After all, she is 30 and not a teenager! She heads for Maccon City, New Jersey, where she found happiness as a child. She stopped at a hotel and Phoenix knew she was his mate. When he heard there were no rooms, he arranged for her to have one in the shifter area next to his room. He would talk to her before the weekend ended and explain shifters. She put on a bathing suit and then disappeared while Phoenix was in a brain-freezing trance from seeing his mate. When he realized she wasn’t standing there any longer, he quickly followed her scent and found her at a private area of the beach. Fortunately the shifter owners were not there at the moment, so she was safe.
Her moonlight skinny dip in the ocean turns into a wonderful meeting with a muscled midnight bather who made her feel like she was worthy and loved. Despite her insecurities, she actually asked him to dinner, and he offered to give her a ride on his motorcycle. She would definitely accept a short vacation fling with this gorgeous man, but Phoenix has forever on his mind for Tracey. But he has to tell her what he is and what she is to him. Can he convince her they are mates? Can he repair the damage her “parents” did to her over the years of belittling her and destroying her self-esteem? Tracey is tired of her parents disapproval about everything she does, decides to runaway from at thirty, she heads to Maccon City as it the only place she has happy memories of. Phoenix Tala, some of his pack have found their mates, he is feeling restless and believes he just needs to hit the open road. He arrives in Maccon City and knows he has found his mate. He just needs to convince Tracey to take a chance.
The interaction between Tracey and Phoenix is hot. Phoenix is exactly what she needs after a lifetime of disapproval from her parents. This is my first book by the author and look forward read more of her stories.

Phoenix Tala was a member of the Dire Wolf MC and loved his pack but he felt the pull and desire to hit the road. He didn’t know when he would return but had the urge to hit the beach at Maccon City. Tracey Donner was taking a break from her snooty parents and her mother’s constant belittling her because of her size. She was going to Maccon City where she had always enjoyed her summers when a child. Their she bumps into a very handsome man who only has eyes for her. Phoenix and his wolf both know instantly she is their mate. A quick read with wonderful characters.

After listen to her mother run her down a snipe at Tracey Donner walks out and decides she needs to get away and heads to the one place she had been happy Maccon City. She does not drive so she calls a car and arranges for it to take he there but unfortunately she does not call ahead to reserve a room and when she get there she finds the is an event causing all the hotels to be full. The love story of Tracey and Phoenix was soooo amazing and just lovely story to follow from beginning to the end, I could not put it down. To see the story of Tracey and how she was treated for most of her life only to find her way and in to the arms of a very handsome and capable mate. When she learned of her true heritage it opened up so many more questions. I cant wait to see if this story can develop a few others to this wonderful group. I loved that we dont know about this world of the encantada moura and I want to see more from both of these groups in other series. Great Job CD Gorri!!!! Cant wait to see what's next !!!!

The fourth book in the Dire Wolf Mates series a well written story that kept me turning pages. This series just gets better with each new book. Dire Wolf Phoenix Tala and Tracey Donner meet in Maccon City, New Jersey as they both are moonlight skinny dipping. I enjoyed seeing them get their happy ending I would recommend. loved it !!! a great start for a new series... love Phoenix and Tracey... this is their story... a fun fast paced angsty story... Tracey needs some space...she wants to be happy and can't with her parents always disapproving of everything that she does... Phoenix is just restless so, it's road trip...the meet/cute is really cute... can Phoenix convince Tracey that this is forever and not just a fling ?

Tracey is different than her all rich friends, she is wonderful human being. She have enough of her mother disapproval and she moves out. She end up at Jersey shore.
Phoenix feels that he needs to leave his pack and go look for his mate. He ends up at Jersey shore, best decision ever.
I loved how down to earth Tracey is, how Phoenix treated her.

What a fantastic return to the dire wolf pack! I truly enjoyed this one! I love how Phoenix was drawn to the winding roads just as his mate was finding her path. The story was fast-paced, but oh so moving. I especially enjoyed the fact that we got to see some of my favorite past characters. This author really knows how to bring the emotion to her stories! With each new book she creates a fantastic world that I can’t wait to escape to once again.

A extremely good story with a uplifting ending, one that will have you believing there really is someone for everyone. I started out pitying the heroine then ended up cheering for her. With a few short humorous moments to round the story out I found myself looking for the rest of the books in this series. Thank you Ms. Gorri for a truly enjoyable read.

This is a shifter MC Biker love story for Phoenix Tala and Tracey Donner. I will say I did not like the parents of Tracey and hated how they made her feel like she was not good enough but when she meets Phoenix the wolf shifter he teaches her she is the only thing he will ever need. I loved this mating book. I loved when she finds out about shifters you will laugh at what she thinks Phoenix is. I loved the little boy too.

The Dire Wolves are coming close to my love of Dragons. Each and every one has been an amazing story. Phoenix and Tracey had an amazing chemistry, but a lack of communication. Still, their story was soo sweet. Phoenix's devotion to build up her self esteem would make any girl feel butterflies in her belly. Tracey just needed to believe in his love for her. She had been beaten down for so long. The twist......didn't see that coming. Once again Ms. Gorri, you rock!

I read this in an ARC reading and OMG it is so brilliant. I was so enthralled in the story that I read it in one sitting. The chemistry was off of the charts!! The instant attraction and wonderful experiences the characters had together!!! I even forgot about the glass of wine I had poured (a sure sign that it was a great book and I couldn't take my eyes off of the words!). This by one of my favorite authors and never fails to brighten my day and give me a great reading experience. I am so grateful that she writes as she never fails to give me a great experience. I have never read a bad book by her. Enjoy!!!

This is an amazing Dire Wolf MC Shifter Love Story. These characters have intriguing histories, unique personalities, and believably hot interactions. I love the beach scene and how he acted to prove his interest in her. This story has secrets, feelings of inadequacy, adventure, and secrets being revealed. She finds acceptance from him and his family, he finds his fated mate. A beautiful and entertaining story. I cannot wait for the next 2 books in the series from the other 2 authors. I am always looking for books from this author.
