When you've run out of places to hide, what are your chances of survival?
Carrie Randall hoped to escape her past and find a fresh start, after divorcing her abusive husband. Or are the increasing threats related to the troubling rumors about her handsome new landlord?

She got her first horse at the tender age of six and grew up riding bareback with wild abandon throughout her small Minnesota town year-round. It was like giving a child car keys!
She showed horses for many years, and later, she and her husband raised quarter horses and thoroughbreds until their kids came along.
She's living her childhood dream, living on an acreage in the country with her husband, three horses (all beloved elderly pasture ornaments, now), a golden retriever, a Mountain Cur rescue, and six fluffy barn cats. It's a much smaller menagerie than when their three kids were still at home!
Ranches, animals, and small-town life frequently find their way into her books.
Final Escape by Roxanne Rustand Montana Secrets Series Book Four Logan Bradley is working hard to keep his rafting business going. His sister, Penny, and he work it together, but it’s been tough since he had legal troubles last year. Granite Falls, Montana, is a small town. An unforgiving and unforgetting small town, even when a man is proven innocent. Carrie Randall has moved to Granite Falls from Battle Creek, where she lived with her brother Trace, first to teach summer school and then full-time in the fall. She questions her rental apartment after being told to be careful of the Bradleys. Out of town and alone at the apartment, she now has a stalker. Is it her angry ex-husband? If not, who would be after her? I loved the story and the characters. Great suspense that had me guessing to the end. https://justjudysjumbles.blogspot.com...
In running away from her ex-husband, Carrie lands a job summer teaching in a small town in Montana, where one of the children in her class is quiet but deeply troubled. Her only affordable housing is at a river rafting company run by Logan and his sister. Logan has been exonerated of a murder charge. It doesn't take long before another murder takes place with Logan as the chief suspect. The book is engaging and quite suspenseful. There is no sex or foul language. In today's world, this was quite a refreshing read. I won this book in a contest and Ms Rustand had no influence over my review.
Carrie moves to Granite Falls and a dream job for her, teaching children. She immediately gets caught up in the gossip and happenings of the small town, including falling in love with her landlord. After the murder of her ex husband, then finding the killer and saving a child she decides to cut all ties and move back to her brother's ranch. On Trace and Kris wedding an unexpected guest shows up, Logan. Great story.
Carrie had to leave town and leave no trail because her ex is after her again.
Carrie had enough of her ex-husband and his harassment and threats. So she pulled up stakes and ran to a small Montana town. Only her brother his fiancé and her lawyer knew where she went. But according to the gossips she may had just jumped into more trouble. She has to decide on her own instincts or what the town believes. It might make her life the payment of her choice .
Roxanne did a great job in this episode!! She came here to find her freedom and strength again. The apartment she rented is owned by a brother and sisters. He has been Acquitted of murder but the town people can't forget. Then her ex shows up then ended up murdered close to her apartment. That is when everything gets going. ENJOY
Another story of small Montana towns with one of the original characters. Carrie has come to teach art for the summer and hopefully into the fall semester. She takes an apartment over a rafters business and soon finds that things will not go as smoothly as planned.
Very entertaining mystery, action, bit of romance!
This book has wonderful characters, a lot of suspense, some action, and the beginning of a nice romance. I enjoyed that Christianity is lightly sprinkled into the story. I also enjoyed the setting. This is really a well told entertaining story and a nice length.
In a small rural area near water rapids there are two murders. Who really is the perpetrator? This is another exciting book by Roxanne Rustand. There was a section towards the end that seemed out or order but that have been in the printing on my tablet.
This novel has mystery, romance, and a touch of religion. The novel’s ending however was confusingly and somewhat illogical. This story was not one of the author’s best novels that I have read. Recommended
A wonderful story to loose yourself in. It is filled with suspense, and who could have done it. Romance and and an everyday life style. It is hard ti put the book down you want to read the whole book.
Wow oh wow. Makes me thankfulI never lived in a small town with crooked crooked people in positions that think they can get away with murder. Great book.
Roxanne Rustand did it again on the FINAL ESCAPE. Great story. Clean action and held my interest throughout the whole book! Would definitely recommend!❤️👍
