While sitting in her graduate school apartment, studying Rock science, Lorelei decided to set aside her notes and try her hand at romance.
At the same time, she used to write articles for a local newspaper under a pseudonym, and this made her wonder if she could write something besides news -- about something she really loved. At the age of 40 she managed to make her dream come true.
She has a great family and 4 sons that she adores. She is extremely proud of them, and so are they. They really admire her work, and support her in every step of her life.Her oldest son, who deeply loves her, says Lorelei’s novels make him travel to a different world.
In her spare time, she loves cooking and volunteering at her local elderly care home. She also adores traveling with her husband. Their dream is to travel all over the world, with Asia being at the top of her “bucket list”.

Another great historical western story by Lorelei Brogan. She brings strong characters and weaves an interesting story filled with action, mystery and romance. She paints her scenes beautifully and delivers another terrific read.

great western romance
This is the story of a young girl that lives on a ranch with her Father and brother. They have a cook also because Tilly cannot cook. They have a bunkhouse also where the ranch hands work that has their on cook. They have been having a lot of rancher raided so the sheriff recommends two cowboys to help them and also help watch out for them because he believe the robbers are getting inside information before the robberies.
Now the drama begins when Tilly begins to have feeling for one of the new ranch hands.

Turk was awesome.
If you are looking for a western historical mystery than this is a great one to read I know I loved it. After a series of crime take place Tilly is concern about the family ranch. Eddie Hodge goes to work on the ranch he is an undercover lawman. There is an attraction between Eddie and Tilly and these two are great together. This is a very well put together book that keep me completely engaged through the whole book I was a bit sad when it ended.

Lorelei Brogan always writes a good book, and this is no different. You'll find yourself rooting for the main characters, waiting with anticipation to see if Tilly finds love. She is different, in a good way. She fears her father's ranch is the next target of awful robberies going around town. Who are the good guys, and who are the bad guys? Read this excellent book and find the answers to all the questions you will have.

This is the story of a young woman who is living on the ranch with her father and the men who work for him. She loves riding and training the horses to which she has a special bond. Their is mystery and intrigue in this story of how farms are robbed by outlaws and no one has been able to catch them yet. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill

Great Read
A great western love story with action, drama and forgiveness. The strong Tilly didn’t want any man until Deputy Eddie showed under over up to try and catch a group of well organised thieves robbing successful ranches. Tilly loves training horses of which she has a strong bond. Eddie also has a way with horses and the two of them form a friendship and later love. Great story, great characters and a page turner...couldn’t put it down once started.

Not just likable, but loveable characters, and a storyline with just the right amount of mystery keeps the reader on your toes! I simply could not put this book down. Fantastic read!

Working together can accomplish much.
I chose this rating because the story and characters are very engaging, especially Tilly and Eddie.
The pace is very fast and sweeps the reader along towards the well thought out conclusion.

What an action packed storyline! The character descriptions are so good and the story so well written that reading this book was like watching a movie! Every action could be seen in your mind's eye.

This is a wonderful story full of intrigue and action The characters are kind and giving as well as forgiving There is romance that grows gradually but it turns into marrying and happiness This is a good author and I enjoy reading all she has written

Loved the Story
This was a really good story. This is another good story by Lorelei Brogan. This story has it all love, cowboys, horses and robbers.

This was a nice mystery filled historical romance. Loved Tilly's character and the mystery behind the crimes! Very entertaining and fun!

Not a boring moment.
Eddie and Tilly work through so much and face so many perilous situations together. I love their love for horses and each other. Great story.
