5🌟 definitely some slight love triangle-ness going on but jealous noah is swoon worthy to me. this story is so good. pacing is incredible. characters are incredible. art is great. 10s across the board

This volume was SO much fun!
While I feel bad for saying so, I LOVED all the jealous shenanigans that took place between Noah and Justin! I may not ship Justin with our main girl, but he is a blast to have on page, and *coughs* I admit I had a good time seeing Noah get riled up because of it. *coughs*
Seriously though, the way Noah shows Raeliana is HIS woman and that Justin doesn't have a chance makes me swoon and giggle. I think my favorite moment is when he steps on a certain ring and makes a bold declaration about it. And not just that declaration, but the one later on!! EEEEEEPPPP!! Loved it so much and I truly hope that she takes her dad's words to heart and not be afraid to seek a future by Noah's side.
I know he's not a major character, but I love Noah's brother so much! He ALWAYS makes things lively and can't help but laugh at how he angers/upsets Raeliana and brings some extra excitement to the story! He's so awesome!

Estoy súper sorprendida con el giro que empieza a dar la historia en este punto, cómo todo lo que ha ido pasando empieza a afectar a la historia original (que sinceramente me sorprende que no haya pasado antes tbh) y tengo mucha curiosidad por ver cómo evoluciona todo de ahora en adelante

I didn’t think it was possible to fall more in love with Noah, this man gets better each volume. When he stepped on the engagement ring Justin tried to return and said a ring around another man’s neck?? Nah that’s not Raeliana’s. Please I love him so much, I screamed.
Also, this scene??: “And if I say no?”, “I’ll run away?”, “And if I catch you?”, “I’ll run away again?”, “And if I catch you again?” HELP IM SOBBING I LOVE THEM SM. AND, I seriously adore Wheaton, always running to Noah with the insight on Raeliana, we love a loyal guard 😂 The fact that Noah hired a private knight to watch over her without her knowledge is hilarious within itself. I can’t get enough of this story.

The story just gets better and better with each volume.
Beatrice is being set up as a villain. There's not a lot of information or a 'why' she's becoming the villain. I'm very curious as to how she will continue playing a role, behind the scenes and forefront, as the villain and how that will affect Noah and Raeliana's complicated relationship.
At that note, aaahhhhhh the official confession from Noah 😍🥰🥰😍 it was very sweet. Raeliana realizes she's going to have to confess her biggest secret very soon. I'm hoping she'll finally come out to Noah and be honest about where she's originally from in volume 7.

Two things:
1. I still really wish there was an English license for the novels, because the abrupt transitions between scenes makes it very obvious that there's a lot of context and fleshed-out scenes left behind in the manhwa adaptation.
2. I also wish anime adaptations didn't stop after a single "advertising" season so much of the time. Because there are some scenes in this volume that would be downright cinematic on the screen. Namely, the whispered "I love you" from Raeliana, looking down at the Duke standing far below, and Noah startling and jerking his head up to find the windows empty...
As Raeliana says herself, there's an odd, unsettling element to a love story that's 100% mutual and yet...not headed into a happy ending. (At least not yet.) She knows that she's in love with Noah. And while she's been aware of his feelings for a while - and doing her best to avoid them - he finally does a full confession and a second proposal at the end of this volume, giving her a new ring that wasn't ever connected to their fake engagement.
It should be perfect. But Raeliana is still stuck on the idea that she's stolen someone else's life and someone else's man.
That logic is actually handled in a beautiful, thoughtful way, with Raeliana forming an unexpected connection with her father. Years ago, when he'd first proposed to Raeliana's mother, she'd said no. She was fully in love with someone else: a good, strong, handsome, altruistic man whom she didn't marry only because he suddenly disappeared one day.
Second marriages and second loves have their complications from grief or divorce or exes who might still be lingering around, but this was kind of the worst case scenario, because while she eventually chose Raeliana's father and is happy with him now, her first love remains unresolved. He's probably long dead...and I doubt there's any plot point where he'd reenter this story...but Raeliana's father still has nightmares about him returning and taking his love away from him.
Are you happy? Raeliana asks him. Is it worth it?
His answer is yes, of course. Why live in fear of something that may or may not ever happen, when you can bask in the happiness you currently have.
It's a little different for Raeliana, because of all the alternate life and reincarnation complications, but at this point she's simply too afraid to face the fact that she's already changed her fate and Noah's. When and if Beatrice reenters the picture, Raeliana should be fighting for him. But she still can't bring herself to believe she has the right to.
Meanwhile, poor Noah has resigned himself to the former king's fate...a family trait of being irrevocably in love with a woman who cannot or will not give her heart away. He knows it's pathetic. He's aware how much he's going to hurt himself if Raeliana refuses to ever love him back. But he doesn't care anymore: he wants to marry her anyway, and to keep on pouring out love that may never be returned.
The plotty bits are getting intriguing again, with Raeliana finally discovering a little more about the "dark priestesses" of the Old Religion, and their ties to some sort of manipulation of human souls. Which gives some more depth and in-world explanations as to how her soul jumped worlds and landed in Raeliana's body.
I still don't really understand all of the political upheaval, or why the high priest's speaking tour would inflame the rebellion so much - I feel like this is all stuff that is probably explained in a lot more detail in the novels - but somehow Raeliana knew where the rebels could be found, and sent Noah after them. Not realizing he was going to be walking straight into a trap.

Beh, che dire...Noah ha fatto la sua mossa: si è dichiarato, con tanto di nuovo anello (per sostituire quello perso da Raeliana, quello che Justin si sta portando dietro, giusto per creare un po' di drama...con discreto successo, se non altro riesce a far saltare i nervi al duca). Ora tocca a Raeliana, che deve lasciarsi alle spalle i suoi dubbi, la fissa con la questione del "libro" e del presunto grande amore tra Noah e Beatrice. La storia ormai è cambiata, è inutile farsi prendere dal panico per un eventuale futuro che potrebbe anche non avverarsi mai. Come le fa notare il padre, e come pensa lei stessa, i sentimenti sono mutevoli, anche il più grande amore potrebbe finire, però è giusto cercare di essere felici nel momento presente. E quello che rende felice Raeliana ora è la presenza di Noah. Spero che non ci metta mille volumi per farlo sapere al diretto interessato.
Per il resto, trovo molto interessante la trama che fa da contorno alla storyline romance - la figura di Beatrice, che sta magheggiando dietro le quinte (Vivian sta rischiando grosso a farsi tirare dentro nei suoi piani) e che continua a voler attentare alla vita di Raeliana (lo ha fatto fin dal principio, quindi dubito che siano mai state amiche); il mistero legato alla "Old Church", alle sue sacerdotesse che, a quanto pare, erano in grado di manipolare le anime 🤔 un potere giudicato negativamente dal nuovo culto (un potere che ha decisamente a che vedere con quanto accaduto alla protagonista); la complicata situazione politica, con un gruppo di estremisti intenzionati a uccidere il re e a fare casino (non so se tutto questo faccia parte dei piani di Beatrice oppure no).
Quel che è certo è che il prossimo volume potrebbe portarci il tanto atteso faccia a faccia tra Raeliana e Noah, con la prima che finalmente rivelerà tutta la verità al secondo - la sua vita in Corea, la sua prima morte, l'arrivo nel mondo del libro, la faccenda di Beatrice e tutto il resto. Ci aspetta una conversazione decisamente interessante!

Chapter 108 is where I am at now. AND WHEN I TELL YOU THE LOUD SCREAM I SCRUMT WHEN I SAW BODY HORROR??? I LOVE BODY HORROR. and she told him about how she’s from another world. And she told him she loves him. THIS SHOULDVE BEEN THE END OF SEASON 2. WHAT???? God this was so good. Him talking about how he was scared something worse than him loosing his arm would happen to her and she decided to use the bell to heal his arm anyways because she probably knows it won’t work on her. I just hope they can execute what happens next because if they don’t I will. Probably cry, piss, and shit myself. Please be good. You could move up to yass teir please. Also that wasn’t. Body horror like I’m used to. Me when body horror is seeing blood and a body with. One arm. That ain’t body horror bitch. When i hear body horror I wanna see some Tokyo ghoul ass shit. There is some competition between Noah and Justin,where they duke it out at the festival,where Rosemary,Raeliana’s sister accidentally gets lost.
We also see Raeliana’s linguistic skills at play again,when she speaks with the ambassadors from Linyang.
And the book ends in a cliffhanger,where Noah goes to stop a terrorist attack,only for Raeliana to discover it’s actually a trap.

Sin duda, cada vez que leo un tomo de Raeliana me doy cuenta que es una historia maravillosa, llena de personajes increíbles y dotados de una historia pasada muy interesante además que comenzamos a saber más de la trama principal y como avanza la historia entre los protagonistas además de estar unido a misterios que te dejan sorprendidos y saber como se desarrollarán en tomos siguientes. Que sé sin dudar, que el próximo será mi tomo favorito por varias escenas que marcan a la historia de manera fundamental y increíble.

It seems like there is still some trouble brewing and now Noah may be in danger. Perhaps with these realization of how things are changing and not the same as her previous life, Raeliana might find some hope of her own happiness going forward rather than being so determined to disappear while still also admitting she loves Noah. At least it seems she intends to make that clear to some of her other would-be suitors. Now they just have to be sure everyone survives this most recent attack.

Raeliana is struggling to reconcile her feelings for Noah because she firmly believes that Noah will end up with Beatrice.
After a conversation with her father, she realizes that she can no longer hide from her feelings and that she must face it head on.
I highly enjoyed this volume and Noah's actions makes me laugh out loud. I can't wait for the next volume.

This one delves into the world plot a little bit more, which I really enjoyed. Though we have plenty of Raeliana shenanigans still, so it doesn’t feel like a change in tone. Still love the art style!

Están hechos el uno para el otro, los adoro demasiado 🥹 pero luce que cierta va a aparecer en nada a liar las cosas y espero que Raeliana se dé cuenta de que el libro ya ha cambiado.

I read this like 7 months back and I went back to it again as I ran out of good completed Manhwa's I can fall in love with. I loved the love in this series. Its not only fluff but the genuine characters that it inspires that keeps me reading it. I'll revisit this again. ;)

Long story short: I love this series. I love the characters and dynamic they have with each other, their complexity and their growth, the plot is really entertaining perfect amount of serious, goof, and affection both platonic & non platonic.

Maybe it’s just been a while since I’ve read this series, but this volume felt clunkier than I remember. It’s still interesting but I want a few of the open questions to get solved; I feel like we’re just waiting around for the action to really start. 😅
