A story that combines aspects of the romance and thriller genres is referred to as a romantic thriller or emotional romance thriller.
A good thriller entertains viewers by creating unpleasant moments of suspense, and a raised feeling of anxiety, and fear. A thriller is less of a specific genre and more of a well-known idea and description. There isn't a clear description of this genre. It can range from romance and adventure to humour and melodrama.
As we all are knowing that when it comes to this subject, people frequently express their biases, and the book discusses a delicate matter about the LGBTQ population. But believe me when I say that this book will open your eyes and help you see the bigger picture.
The Perfect Knot is a gripping, suspenseful romance thriller written by Dr Neha Rai. Abhinav Shastri, who falls in love with Sanchi, is the main and important character of the book. Characters like Sanchi, Kavisha, and Abhinav from the book stand out as being spectacular and fascinating. They are all in their early 20s and in college.
Abhinav who is closest to her cousin Kavisha. He has an acrimonious connection with both his father and stepmother since they constantly remind him of the wrongs done to his mother.
Soon after their initial encounters with his life, he meets Sanchi, a girl who has a profound effect on him. Abhinav enjoys her poetry because of its spirit.
His journey to find and love his life begins there.

This anecdote is written beautifully and has a well-constructed plot. It had some Bollywood touch to it, with all the drama and romance. The narration is smooth and hence it was very easy for me to connect to the plot and the characters. The pace is perfect, neither too fast nor too slow. The only thing that bugged me was the repetition of certain words and phrases.
All this is the story that illustrates one of the unforeseen events that life will force you to wonder about on multiple occasions. Love gives us extraordinary feelings, but human emotions can occasionally be a difficult thing for a person to understand. I adored the minute particulars of the friendships and interactions in this book. The plots held my interest the entire tiis a story worth trying. The story has been presented by the author in the finest possible way, so you won't want to put the book down until you're finished.

Feelings that have risen just by hearing the mesmerizing poetry at a club are keeping him unsettled and the sudden disappearance of the poet after the event is not helping his condition at all. He is trying hard to find her, to reach out to her, and to convey the message of his heart.
Sanchi's poem at a literacy club mesmerized Abhinav and before he could tell her about his first-sight love she disappeared. Abhinav is continuously recalling the moment and repeating the poem to calm down his racing heart and to find her at the earliest. Kavisha is Abhi's sister and Sanchi's friend. With the help of Kavisha, he finally found her but she is not like others. She is a loner and happy even without friends.
In such a scenario will Abhinav be able to win over her heart? Will she be able to accept new changes in her life?
Kavisha and Aakash have their own different stories, Kavisha's life is also very hard because of her choices and her way of living life. She faced humiliation just because of her preferences which made her lose hope but her brother's and friends' support pulled her out of that misery.
'The Perfect Knot' by Dr. Neha Rai is the epitome of emotions and an ocean of learning. The story talks about first-sight love, the LGBT community, mental health, childhood trauma, loneliness, and numerous social norms. It also talks about parents' love and affection.
She has also shown how a childhood without parental care, societal pressure, and the tsunami of stress within make the child's life miserable. But proper care, love, and guidance can make the child's life shine and can bring it back to normalcy. The author made me cry while reading Abhinav and she made us laugh while reading Aakash. I am mesmerized and fascinated to read such a brilliant combination of the emotional saga, a keen understanding of youth and their mental health, heartbreak, setback, and failures.
The story will not only entertain you, but it will also motivate you to achieve your goals and to live a healthy happy life.
In the story, Abhinav will teach you about loving someone unconditionally. He will also make you cry 😭.
Aakash will make you laugh and give you friendship goals.

It's not an ordinary story. It's a story that will shatter you, that will make you feel bad for Abhinav, that will make you realize how important it is to forgive, how important it is to have a healthy environment at home and most importantly, how important it is to express your thoughts.
Abhinav had a traumatic childhood and the scars still haunted him. While his life revolves around Kavisha, Aakash and Sanchi, little did he know, that life will test him every time.
While Sanchi, Aakash and Kavisha fight their own battles, Abhinav too tries to fight with one of his demons. Will he win in this fight? Will things be normal again for him? With each chapter, I got an answer, and with each chapter, I was shattered by how situations turned out for Abhinav.
With a brilliant plot and crisp descriptive narration, Neha Rai weaves a heartwarming story of love and loss. It's a story that carries an important message and Neha conveys it well.
It's a story simple engaging writing style with a smooth flow of words. It's a bit heavy read where the readers will witness the reality of life. How one mistake, one wrong move can change our life.
The characters are well developed by the author. Each of them has a story, a battle to fight and the author expresses their journey well. While Kavisha's journey is inspiring and the way the siblings supported each other, Abhinav's journey will shatter you. I loved the personality of each of the characters. Abhinav is constantly reliving the event and repeating the poem in order to calm his rushing heart and reach her as soon as possible. Abhi's sister and Sanchi's buddy are Kavisha. He eventually discovered her with the assistance of Kavisha, but she is not like the others. She is a loner who is content even without friends.

Sometimes the soulful lines of poetry strike a chord in our hearts. They get imprinted into our minds. What if the lines of a poetry leads us to a person of our dreams? How wonderful it would be isn't it?
Dr. Neha Rai's fiction 'The Perfect knot' is one of those novels that made me fall in love with the way a prose piece can also be used to make way for poetry. The author's beautiful narration of particular life stories of Abhinav, Sanchi, Aanya, Kavisha, Aakash really moved me . The story is not very different from the things we face today. Failures, heartbreaks, setbacks are things we often encounter but we dare not face up to them publicly. Sometimes repressing those emotions can lead us to desperate measures. The author brings out themes like depression and sexuality through the help of a delightfully woven storyline. The finely made out characters make us relate to them in every chapter of the novel. Kudos to the author for bringing out such a finely written piece among us readers!

"The perfect knot" by Dr. Neha rai is a story of abhinav. He is a young college student who loves her cousin , kavisha . But his relationship with his father and step- mother is bitter as they remind him of all the wrongs done to his mother. Abhinav had a traumatic childhood and the scars are still haunted him.
Initially when you start reading this book .It appears to be a normal narrative with simple plot. But later on, it quickly carries a strong message and heartfelt read by the end. I liked the way author talked about LGBTQ community, this book will help you to see the wider picture and make you open minded . Abhinav loves stars, music , and his chosenfamily and friends. But once, he come across a girl sanchi. Who leaves a strong impact on him.
The language of the book is lucid with incredible usage of vocabulary.Emotions, past memories and a yearning for love are well combined together by the author. The character of abhinav is more relatable for today's generation. Overall I really enjoyed reading this book.

Debutant writer Dr. Neha Rai has given the readers a taste of a fresh Bollywood plot. I mean, this book has all the elements of a perfect masala Bollywood movie, starting from romance, love at first sight, to some sidekick college friends and their support towards the lead pair, some old sufferings that haunt the male protagonist, the emotional quotient of the male protagonist, etc.
So the story revolves around Abhinav and Sanchi who he overhears and immediately falls for her. His college friends help him in this journey only until he discovers some secrets and some past memories comes to haunt him. Can he overcome those emotional turbulences inside him and handle love?
What I felt about this reading this book that the story was so fast, no one would get a chance to get bored or so. This could be a perfect choice for the young teenage minds too who are kind of in similar situations. Finding peace and love in their lives.
Overall, a good read. 4 out of 5 stars from my side.
