I'd heard that there was a walking book out there with prayers and readings to contemplate while walking. Here it is! And it provides more resources to combine spirituality with walking.
It's exactly what I was looking for and it resonated strongly. Before too long, I was marking up passages; I normally don't mark passages until a second reading. I have the feeling, though, I'll be re-reading this one often.
