Everyone should read this book. I learned so much about myself, and life, through the journaling and exercises. It was refreshing to read a book about spiritually that was uplifting and encouraging, and not affiliated with any one religious view. Please go buy this book!

Why not approach our own spirituality, with techniques to nourish and exercise our spirit? This is a practical and inspiring book, one that will ignite your own creativity.
