From reading the first few pages, I already knew this book was going to be good. Full of helpful and useful tips to make the most of your morning and You Time. Appreciate the quiet times, the times you can just sit and be present in the moment. Take notice of your surroundings, look at what is around you and be thankful for the little things that amount to your happiness.
The sections are well prepared, informative and have meaning behind them. From waking up with an alarm that it set at the end of your bed so you have to get out to switch it off, to drinking a healthy morning drink to set your day off well. Obviously there are other bits in between but eventually, you can wake up without an alarm and it'll become second nature to do certain things and in certain orders.
Stay positive, cherish the small things, be happy and try not to let things bother you. Positive thoughts create positive days.

I loved how the book has been written to start practicing morning zen straight away along side your reading, how Adrian mentions other useful tools like books, films, apps and quotes throughout the book and how everything suggested is back up with the reasons for doing this certain step. I loved how Adrian also makes suggestions for parents that might need to slightly modify things and also goes on to mention extra things you might like to add in throughout the rest of your day.
