This sweet prequel novella serves as a bridge between Amy Knupp’s North Brothers and Henry Brothers series. The North matriarch and Henry patriarch are getting married and creating a huge blended family. It’s written in a way that works even though I haven’t listened to any of the North brothers’ books (though I want to now!).
This is a perfect teaser to Holden & Chloe’s full length book, Unraveled.
Narration:
Kelsey Navarro Foster and Teddy Hamilton are terrific as usual and I can’t wait to listen to more of them as Chloe & Holden.

It was a cute quick read. The short story didn’t hold my attention as much as I would have wanted, but the narrators were amazing, love listening to them.

This is a nice little bridge, connecting two series... Serving as an epilogue ending the North Brothers series, while also a prologue introducing Holden and Chloe to begin the Henry Brothers series.

**Audiobook Review**
Perfect prequel novella to get the party started with the Henry Brothers. We get to meet each of them and find out a little bit about them. Most of the novella is about Holden and Chloe, who are the first couple in “Unraveled”. Holden invites his longtime friend, Chloe, to be his plus one for his Dad’s wedding. They are friends now but both have noticed how much each other has grown up. I can’t wait to start their story.
Teddy Hamilton and Kelsey Navarro-Foster were great as Holden and Chloe. I have always loved listening to them and can’t wait to listen to them bring Holden and Chloe’s story to life.

Mr. Teddy Hamilton was the voice for Holden and let me tell you… if he narrated instructions for me to buy used gum… I’d follows those instruction without question 😂 but in all seriousness, his voice was amazing as Holden. He really caught my attention and kept it through the short story.
Kelsey Navarro-Foster was the voice for Chloe. She did an amazing job bouncing off of Teddy and really showed us the emotional side of their friendship. I absolutely adored her as Chloe’s voice and it really help to set up my excitement for their full story 🤍

Untold is the short prequel to The Henry Brothers series. The audiobook is under an hour long. It leads into the first book in the series, Unraveled. While it mainly focuses on Holden and Chloe, it gives an overall look at the rest of the family and what is to come in the rest of the books.
This is the first book that I have read (or listened to) from this author but it gave me a great look at her style. Untold is just enough of a tasty little bite to get readers excited for the rest of The Henry Brothers series.
Kelsey Navarro Foster and Teddy Hamilton are both excellent narrators. They were perfectly chosen for Chloe and Holden. They continue their roles as Chloe and Holden in Unraveled.

Even though big crowds make her nervous she goes because she's his friend and she's always liked his family and oh yeah, she has a crush on him. Holden is coming to terms with his fathers marriage, even though he's happy for him it's unsettled him to see his father with someone who's not his mother and Chloe helps him through it. This was okay I guess but it was unnecessary. I'm not sure I'll continue with the series. Not the place to start.

This is a nice quick primer for the first book Unraveled.
This was my first book by Amy Knupp and I feel like this was also a transition from a series I haven't read into the series I'm starting. I feel like (without having looked anything up) everyone that is officially coupled off probably has a story and I want to go explore some of them.
Specifically in this little snack we see the dynamic between Holden and Chloe as friends. We get to be inside their heads as they deal with each other. Chloe is known to Holden's family and though he only sees her as a friend, we learn she wishes it was so much more.
I'm excited to see what happens to help these two find happily ever after.
I listened to this in audio and it was 45 mins to help set my background knowledge of Holden and Chloe. The narrators were Kelsey Navarro Foster and Teddy Hamilton. I love this pairing so much and jumped at the chance to listen to them even with a new to me author. There wasn't a lot to work with since it was so quick, but I adore Kelsey's base tone and inflections. Her performing Chloe's pining for Holden just made me want to hug her and say "there has to be a way". Teddy is delightful as sweetheart Holden. It's all about his feelings towards his father's new marriage but it's a great base to move into his full book with.

Great narration, but unnecessary prequel

This was my first experience with an Amy Knupp novel and this first book in the Henry Bros. series, plus prequel novella (Untold), were an enjoyable introduction. Though the prequel struck as a bit unnecessary (could have been easily folded into Book 1 events), it was a sweet preview of the MCs from Unraveled, and a nice intro the Henry family dynamic; however, reading/listening to Unraveled alone is enough to get the same.
The narration for this audiobook was great. So, even if I felt the prequel itself was largely unnecessary, I did enjoy 45 minutes Teddy Hamilton and Kelsey Navarro Foster doing what they do best - be awesome narrators.

I picked up Untold during a past Stuff Your Earbuds day, and at just 40 minutes long (and technically Book 0.5 in the series), I knew going in that there wouldn’t be a ton of story or deep character development. And that’s totally fine! But…I do think this one leans more toward series sampler than standalone novella.
If you’re curious about the author’s writing style and want a quick taste before diving into the full series, this is a great way to test the waters. But if you’re looking for a short novella that feels fully satisfying on its own, this one might leave you wanting just a little more.
That said, it’s a quick listen, and if you’ve got Audible Plus, it’s an easy way to see if this series is for you!

I really liked this short prequel about Holden and Chloe and love there friendship and Holden going to his dads wedding and love the blended family between the Henry’s and the norths and Holden and Chloe talk about his mother not being here and being upset with his dad marrying someone else that isn’t his mom and love that all the sibling are there and Faye’s kids as well and this was a quick short read and love the friends to lovers and can wait to continue on from the series and I like that Holden and Chloe have been friends since they were kids and is like another member of the Henry family and Holden mothers loved the constellations as well

I loved listening to this prequel for Unraveled. This audiobook is free if you subscribe to Amy Knupp's newsletter. It was a sweet story that gave us a glimpse into how close Chloe and Holden were, how much they understood and supported each other, and made me want more of these two!
Teddy Hamilton, and Kelsey Navarro-Foster were so perfectly cast to narrate this fun and heartwarming prequel and romance. They completely captured these characters and made me feel all the hope, heartbreak, love, and passion they possessed. I was completely mesmerized by their storytelling making this romance even more captivating and delightful.

This is a prequel to the series that helps us understand some of the family dynamics.
Holden and Chloe are friends but after attending an event together they start looking at one an other a bit differently. They are a fun and delightful couple.
Teddy Hamilton and Kasey Navarro Foster delivered a great performance during this quick novella. They brought great voice, emotion and personality to each of the characters.

This is the prequel novella to Holden and Chloe’s story. However, this is where they both start to see each other, for the first time as adults, and not only, as pals. You see how they complement each other as a couple, and truly worry about each other's mental health. They help others remember parts of the past that are good, and that they never have to forget, like Holden’s mom. Just because he is celebrating his dad’s new wedding doesn’t mean he is betraying her it means he is helping his father move on and continue to be loved and not feel lonely. Can’t wait for the full story of Holden and Chloe.

Audiobook: I enjoyed this charming novella which introduced the characters of Holden and Chloe. The story depicted their long standing relationship which showed their love and care for one another. A more complete story was told in the book titled, "Unraveled". Kelsey Navarro Foster's and Teddy Hamilton's dual narrations added to the story's entertainment. I was given a free copy of the audiobook through Amy Knupp's newsletter as it was available to her newsletter subscribers, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

This was a cute and super fast prequel to the Henry Brothers series.

Untold is a complete story that gave me (new to Amy Knupp) an introduction to the different characters that appear in the Henry Brothers series. Teddy and Kelsey make a great narrating pair, teasing us just enough to continue Holden and Chloe’s story in Unraveled, the next in the series.

This short story is a combination of The North Brother's series and now The Henry Brother's series as the mother of the North brothers marries the father of the Henry brothers. Hayden is the youngest of the Henry brothers and thought that he was handling the situation well until after the vows were said. With the help of his best friend, Chloe, whom he took as his plus one perhaps he will see just what it is that is bothering him and how to rectify the situation. This is also an introduction to Hayden and Chloe's story, Unraveled.
