I hope this is the right book. It's the 5th edition but either way in regards to the Barnett and Stubbs Practical Guide to Writing 5th edition, I was really impressed. As the authors wished they did make it compact but has absolutely everything I could possibly ask for when it comes to writing, reviving, editing. It has exercises and examples. As somebody who's been studying for a couple years I think this would have been beneficial in the beginning and I still will flip through it and hold on to it. It's definitely one of my favorite. They were very elaborate with everything and didn't go overboard where you got sick of the reiteration. Thank you for a great guide!

I use it as a quick reference, but surprisingly, it's full of helpful tips that are worth reviewing from time to time.
