Show Up Positive is a beautiful read. Show Up Positive is not about being positive at all costs. It is in finding those ways to say yes to yourself so you can show up positive. Reading Show Up Positive is like sitting down with Rita enjoying a cup of tea.
This books reminds us we do have the power to create a world of work that works for us where we can say yes to ourselves. The first part of the book looks at what a Positive Culture is and is not. The last chapter is the transformation piece encouraging us to look at the "Show Up Positive Sparks" One word for each letter of the alphabet is included as a "Spark". Such as the word "Believe" Trust | Affirm | Rely This includes words to reframe and Questions Worth Contemplating. Highly recommend Show Up Positive. Thank you Rita for this beautiful book.
