In 2015 liep bij Drenthe de eerste wolf Nederland binnen. Niet lang daarna werd voor het eerst in Nederland een wolf aangereden. Sindsdien gebeurt dat regelmatig, zoals onlangs nog bij Planken Wambuis. Maar de wolf laat zich niet meer verjagen van wat eens zijn territorium was – zeer tot genoegen van natuurliefhebbers, maar zeer tot ongenoegen van schapenhouders, die hun land afbakenen met hekken.
In dit boek staat de wolf symbool voor alles wat zich de laatste twintig jaar in Nederland heeft afgespeeld en waarover Max Pam zijn licht laat schijnen.
De wolf van Nederland is een selectie uit de mooiste columns die Max Pam de afgelopen twintig jaar heeft geschreven, aangevuld met essays en langere beschouwingen.

False advertising.
The title mentions a wolf. The cover depicts a wolf. The foreword AND synopsis on the back mention that this book is about wolves. This book is found in the "animal nonfiction" shelf of the bookstore.
This book is NOT at ALL about wolves despite this. I really don't care about the quality of the columns themselves; lying to your readers about the main topic of your book like this just should not be allowed.
