I was honored to receive advanced reader copy of this book and delighted to share my review.

This the second book from Steve that I am reading and the quality is great as always. The book provides valuable contents to support C-level people for business hypergrowth. The focus of business growth is around people, purpose, performance, playbooks and profit. All these elements need to be orchestrated in harmony to drive 5x growth. In the section of people we learn about company culture, functions and coaching of team mates to support their development and commitment for company's profitability. Purpose covers business vision, strategy and alignment between strategy and vision/purpose of the business.Playbooks help with operational side of definite tasks, organizing them and optimizing delegation. Performance section covers objectives and goals and how to measure sucess. When you reach profit chapter, you will learn how to price, optimize costs and work on the revenue side that will help you to accelerate your business.

Very interesting and full of rich example book that can support new way or thinking and/or organizing your thoughts and ideas into a structure that will help your company grow and thrive.

Tremendous book. More adaptable than other books like it, so it’s more geared towards teaching a customizable business OS.
