Ryohgo Narita (成田 良悟, Narita Ryōgo) is a Japanese light novelist. He won the Gold Prize in the 9th Dengeki Novel Prize for Baccano!, which was made into a TV anime in 2007.[1] His series Durarara!! was also made into a TV anime, which began airing January 2010
There are two traits found in most of Narita's works: * Narita writes extremely fast, one volume a month if he wishes - with tons of spelling errors and missing words as a tradeoff. The editors like to leave them sometimes just for fun, though. * His work titles often have an exclamation mark at the end (i.e. Baccano!, Vamp!, Durarara!!, etc.).
Vol. 3 is packed with a lot of additional information that was not included in the manga, and it makes me happy.
This is the first time I saw Gilgamesh show kindness, especially toward Tine. Him never been so forgiving if we remember what he did to Ilya on UBW, although that scene kinda traumatic, but I understand that for him, any other master is an enemy, whatever the shape, old or young, gramps or just children. Tine is probably lucky to be his master rather than his enemy, and because of this, we can see Gil's kindness and concern toward Tine as just children, not only his master.
I also love everything when Enkidu reminisces about them and Gil, one second I feel touched when they said that they are friends with all nature, but some or just one-sided, so they decided only to open their heart to one person. But on the next second, I'm laughing. The real reason Enkidu wants Richard to be strong when allying with them is that Gil always challenges people who want to befriend Enkidu, LOL, this information is cut in the manga version.
Always love the dialogue between Berserker Jack and Flat; it's always funny and fresh in this intense story. I like how they slightly mentioned Assassin in the shape of a girl in the Fate/Apocrypha version. This novel is a feast for Fate fans! (I'm just nodding hard at how ridiculous her clothes design:/) I just wish the Case Files of Lord El Melloi II novel was also licensed here, there is a character I didn't understand...
And the last is a cameo of Kiritsugu and Maiya, but I just wonder, does that mean FSF is one of direct continuation of FSN?
Anyway, manga vol.1-5 only covered until novel vol.3, so the start of vol.4 will be a new story that I have never read before, so I'm excited.
“ "What did you think of the rumored King of Heroes?" He asked, facing the Archer cum Avenger. ” 🔥🔥🔥✍🏻
anyway it's so fun to read and the richaya crumbs make me so happy, tine makes gil behave in the best way possible, enkidu and gil say the gayest things, flat + jack combo is silliness incarnate, francesca and faldeus are comically evil, sigma has a lot of development ahead of him (with assassin possibly), which i'm looking forward to, bazdilot needs to die, hippolyta is so cool, dumas can ragebaite cops, etc etc etc narita is sooo good at writing big casts of characters and making me enjoy every pov
Im kinda sad my pretty messiah assasin timplay aint that much... her nteraction w desperate jester is really cute!! But Gil and Enkidu timeplay really fulfilled me. The way they both rlly different but also similiar at the same time www is it bcs of Gil's influence Enkidu become like that or he is inherently kinda sassy too?
I wonder whaty would happend if Edmond Dantes meet his own writer! Bet he will beat the shit outta him!!

Oh this grail war keeps getting better and better. I am so excited for what’s coming. Alkeides being essentially just Heracles Alter before becoming afflicted, surprised me, I’d never considered Heracles being qualified for archer. However it didn’t surprise me anywhere near as much as Sigma being Kiritsugu’s son

The plot finally picks up in book 3, but there are so many characters and povs that unless you're reading these novels very close together it's easy to forget who is who. I still feel no love for Ayaka, but it's always fun to see Gilgamesh, Enkidu, and Richard again!
continues to be a fantastic read im excited to see the introduction of a new class and can't wait to see where it leads true berserker and true Lancer as well as true casters master there are tons of secrets left

There are way too many characters and POVs, and it's difficult to keep track. The two sets of heroic spirits and masters alone make it 28. Still, the author somehow makes it work ... barely.
